There’s such a heartbreaking parallel between Lucerys and Jaehaerys final send-offs.

Lucerys:

Lucerys funeral is presented to us as an intimate moment between family members. Every single person at that funeral cared for/knew Lucerys in a way. It was a send-off, a last way to say goodbye, his family’s last goodbye.

In the photos, you can see the heartbroken look on Jacaerys, Rhaenyras and Jofferys faces. That is their BROTHER and they aren’t even able to burn his body, only his clothes. But either way, it’s their moment to grieve someone who meant the world to them. It’s almost like their last way to say goodbye to him.

Jaehaerys:

Jaehaerys is displayed as having a public funeral, being brought around for all of king landing to grieve.

I think I am right to believe that the prospect of showing poor Jaehaerys was to gain sympathy from the people of kingslanding, displaying the black's cruelty. Turning them away from Rhaenyra.

To me, this is such a horrible thing to do, and I think it’s to the dismay of Helaena and Alicent. Who are almost being parading around the city.

I think it’s worse when you realise this is probably a week or even a few days after Jaehaerys was murdered, I don’t think either woman had time to grieve. Even in the pictures, you can see that they don’t want to be doing this. Instead of being able to grieve in private, it’s made to be a public display. I especially feel horrible for Helaena, who looks heartbroken to be there. I can’t imagine your son dying and then having to parade his dead body for the whole of Kingslanding to see.

I think it’s an interesting perspective of both sides. One of them was able to get a private funeral, despite there not being a body to burn. And one of them getting a public funeral 💔. My heart breaks for both Helaena and Rhaenyra.

She definently did because , it's so fucking out of character for him. Why would he kill a strong bastard , to get with a strong bastard , and have a bastard of his own. It makes absolutely no damn sense unless he was down bad being a nine-teen year old boy with raging hormones. Yet it still makes no sense why would he specifically fall in love with her?

I’ve officially decided that hotd fans need to be more like succession fans.

Cus succession fans were still able to love their favorite characters for being weird and broken and having empathy towards them and their situation whilst simultaneously still acknowledging that their favs are overall awful fucking people and there is no justifying their actions. And even better they love their favs even more for being shitty people.

Hotd fans can’t do that. Like yes you’re allowed to like Aegon. No. You can defend his fucking behavior by saying his mummy is mean.

Addressing the toxic team black accusations against Tom Glynn-Carney.

First and foremost, he is not a rapist; his character, Aegon, the second Targaryen, is. Second of all, I hate how some of you pretend Viserys and Daemon weren't groomers. Nine times out of ten, you don't see sane people from Team Green making rape accusations against Paddy and Matt. Just please fucking stop it; it's like some of you really want to ruin this man's career. And you can say what you want, so please do comment in defense of the toxic actions being taken because I want all the smoke.  I was also told by my aunt that he was a rapist, but I was quick to shut that shit down from the door. It goes to show how quickly false information is spread and how much it could really impact somebody's life. It's disgusting and makes me sick that some of you team black fans have so much hatred for his character that some of you are willing to corrupt this man's life. I find it hilarious that some of you have the sheer audacity to be that fucking bold behind a computer screen or a screen of whatever mobile device is in your possession, but would some of you ever make a statement like that in front of his face? No, most of you wouldn't even dare to do so because he is able to sue for defamation in court by law. So, please don't ditch what you can take because you will get verbally bodied by me morally, and that's not a will; that's a promise.
