Thinking about the time I blatantly told a lie in church. The instructor of my Sunday school came over to where my class was sitting and was asking if any of us did plays or whatnot because she wanted people to talk or sing in mass and since I’m known as the “musical girl” everyone pointed at and said me.
When she asked me, I immediately said no … I was wearing my Footloose shirt from when my school did Footloose. It said the name of my theatre program on it too. T-T (she still believed me somehow)
I refuse to speak or sing for them. I also left immediately after that, I wasn’t staying for mass. I’m a great person :)
There’s hope! My mom said she’ll try to take me to see The Great Gatsby before the og cast leaves!! But it is a maybe and I understand her reasoning as to why it may not happen but it’s still the thought that counts. I love my mom, she’s the best!!
