Summary: The select few Enstars characters have transported to another world, the only person they recognize is you. Of course, you feel delighted to have some familiar faces during their time in NRC. But something unexpected has happend and the Housewardens have to leave for a while, appointing the role of "Temporary Housewarden" to one of your ES friends that are in their respective dorms. How would they manage?

A/N: Why did I turn my requests on? Well, Why not? :)

Anyways, this is kind of a Headcanon, but the beginning has some context, which are not Headcanons. Also, I don't really know how to write Mitsuru and Koga (kinda), but I tried my best, so they might be a little OOC.

Reader is gender neutral! This one's platonic.

Characters: Housewardens, Ace, Deuce, Cater, Trey, Ruggie, Jack, Jade, Floyd, Jamil, Epel, Rook, Ortho, Silver, Lilia, Sebek, Tsukasa, Nagisa, Ibara, Mitsuru, Mayoi, Koga, Arashi, and of course, you!

You were alone at the time that this has happened. You just needed some alone time, away from the chaos of your friend group. Walking around, looking at NRC's environment. You were just relaxing, when you heard someone call your name in the distance.

"Y/n!"

By nature at this point, you had assumed it was either Ace or Deuce. You turned around to expect your friends, but to your surprise, you were met with a familiar sight, but not a sight of this world.

"Eh? Mitsuru?!" You exclaimed.

"Y/n! We haven't seen you in a while~ ☆" Mitsuru exclaimed, running over to you. After having a little talk with them, you decided to bring them to Crowley.

After explaining things to the Crowley, he decides that since they don't have any magic, they could stay in Ramshackle with you. You, of course, are very open to it since currently it was just you and Grim living there (and the ghosts), it was nice to have some company, though you don't know how some of them would feel, living in a dorm that could practically fall apart at any second.

Time quickly passes by as it has been a week since they have came to Twisted Wonderland. They adjusted quite well, to be honest. You had introduced some of them to your friends. And they all seem to get along with differing housewardens as well.

Mental note:

Tsukasa gets along well with Riddle

Koga gets along well with probably everyone in Savanaclaw, even Leona seems to tolerate him, though that doesn't quite surprise you

By natural, Ibara gets along well with Azul (Should you fear for your life? They probably joined forces)

Mitsuru gets along well with Kalim

Arashi gets along well with Vil

Mayoi and Idia are basically one of the same person

And Nagisa and Malleus get along well, they've bonded over Gargoyles, most likely

A few more days go by, and the housewardens were called to a help with something very important, on the downside, that would also mean they couldn't perform their dorm duties and other stuff relating to managing their dorm.

So you decided to step in and help recommend some people to take the role of "Temporary Housewarden". Of course, you would be supervising their actions according to the list of things the housewardens have given you to supervise them on.

We'll see how this plays out...

HEARTSLABYUL - Tsukasa Suou

Oh boy

Once Tsukasa has the housewarden outfit on

He looks like the splitting image of Riddle

Some of the people in Heartslabyul even thought he was actually Riddle!

"Please don't behead me, housewarden Rosehearts!" Tsukasa: ??? I'm not Riddle???

They're quite similar-looking, except they have different eye colors

Above all else, Tsukasa's quite great at managing the Heartslabyul dorm

Everytime you come around to check on him, he always seems to be doing fine on his own, everything is great and in order!

Tsukasa tries his best to memorize the rules and make sure people obeys them, but unlike Riddle, he's more kinder and less harsh with punishments

Trey thinks he's a very nice person, he always assists Tsukasa with whatever he doesn't understand or know how to do when managing the dorms

Cater thinks that Tsukasa's pretty cool! Way more chill than Riddle too

Ace is pretty happy that he doesn't have to get collared anymore because Tsukasa doesn't have the ability to collar people (still gets punishments tho lmao)

Deuce is pretty grateful for Tsukasa helping him if he ever needs it (helping him with his homework to appease to his mama of course)

Overall, you think he did quite great! Not too strict on punishments, but still strict with rules. Whenever it's time to check up on them, you know you can rely on Tsukasa so you don't really need to check on him

10/10 would reccomend

Leona???

Boy's actually quite surprised when Leona told him that he was going to be the temporary housewarden

(and Leona just walked away after that to go take his nap before he has to leave)

Overall, he doesn't have to do too much, as Leona proabably sleeps 24/7

Well, except for normal housewarden stuff, he's pretty free

Koga was also free to use Ruggie however he'd want to

But Koga's pretty nice so he just let Ruggie go free

Now dealing with the sports that go on there

Savanaclaw has a Spelldrive stadium, which I would assume they would use for practice

Koga might be unable to use magic but I'm pretty sure he's more than capable of beating most of the Savanaclaw students at it

He can be stronk

You don't really have to check any personal dorm things he has to do (mostly because Leona barely has any)

You're just chilling when it comes to checking on Savanaclaw, Koga even asks you if you'd like to listen to a song he could play you on his electric guitar

And that ends up being a mini-concert for Savanaclaw

Savanaclaw absolutely adores him ngl

Ruggie's pretty happy he gets to do whatever he wants now because there's no Leona bossing him around and Koga doesn't need to be tended to

Jack doesn't mind the new housewarden, he likes to hear Koga's music tho (I feel like they could bond over a wolf thing, with Jack being a wolf and Koga being a "wolf" and all)

10/10 Savanaclaw loves him, there is nothing else to it

Octavinelle residents never get a break, do they?

They thought they could get away from Azul and his sketchy business when he was gone

Boy they were wrong

Because here comes a replacement sketchy businessman!

Naturally, Ibara runs the Mostro Lounge as per Azul's request

You feel like you don't even need to check on Ibara in the first place because running a sketchy business is practically second nature to Ibara at this point

He makes sure Jade and Floyd are paid lol

Tbh the Octavinelle uniform fits him, completely

Octavinelle feels like normal, it's like Azul never left at all!

You mostly just move on the Scarabia when you finish checking on Koga running Savanaclaw. You don't even doubt Ibara's ability to manage Octavinelle AND run the Mostro Lounge

He occasionally worries for Nagisa tho, so he sometimes sends the tweels to check on Nagisa, just incase Diasomnia decides to erupt into chaos for whatever reason (and also to also avoid him possibly getting poisoned by Lilia's cooking)

Someone probably once called him Azul by accident-

Jade's just doing what he's told to do by Ibara

Floyd seems to have less aqueezing to do, due to Ibara's physical abilities and his gadgets, so he's kind of sad. But hey! The less work the more chances he gets to see his beloved shrimpy! So he's fine with that arrangement

11/10 this feels too perfect that it's scary

He makes sure to occasionally throw parties

Proabably threw a bread party once

I'm so sorry Jamil

He's probably the reason that Jamil had to ask Trey how to bake bread

At least he doesn't really need to tutor Mitsuru as much when it comes to Mitsuru, due to Mitsuru being a fast learner

Somehow Jamil gets more time to himself than if Kalim was here

Mitsuru probably has to attend the Pop Music Club's meetings in place of Kalim's too

He would probably show them some of Ra*bits' songs lol

ANYWAYS back to the parties

You once had to help instruct him on how to throw a party by Kalim's instructions

He does learn that he wasn't supposed to be putting up decorations n stuff by himself and that Jamil has to do it

He still does it tho

That's one thing that Jamil is grateful for

You appreciate his enthusiasm. He even invites you to the parties!

Idk what else to say lol

Jamil could tolerate Mitsuru better because less stress for him, he still has to cook for him but at least he helps with the decorations

8/10 Scarabia's gonna die, too much bread

Big sister of Pomefiore!

She makes sure to take care of the residents

She makes sure to take care of Epel the way Vil wants her to

She doesn't scold Epel as much as Vil does, more gentler with her approach

I feel like part of Vil's assignments for Arashi was a list on how to do skincare lol

Arashi gets a little confused of the instructions

You tried to help her

You also mildly don't understand the instructions

Took a few days to finally understand the cryptic message of Vil's skincare routine

She likes it

Makes sure to keep an eye of Epel's posture because I still remember that one dialogue with Vil and Epel where VIl criticized him for his posture lol

She does still watch Epel's language when he talks though, as Vil would be very mad if Epel starts swearing in the middle of the Pomefiore resident or smth

Epel obviously likes her more than Vil, being that she isn't too strict on him and he occasionally gets to stay past his bedtime when Arashi allows him to (just don't tell Vil)

Rook quite likes Arashi's management. Overall he doesn't mind listening to her. Sometimes he comments on things to help her with things Vil has requested, Rook doesn't want to dissapoint Vil, of course!

10/10 she's very nice

Mayoi has the least to do

Ignihyde being Ignihyde doesn't really require for Mayoi to have duties, per say

Unlike Idia he actually has to go outside and cannot speak through the confines of a tablet

But in Mayoi fashion, he stays in the ceiling

You never really know when to expect him

Checkups with Ignihyde for you is just making sure Mayoi is still sane with the fact that he's become a temporary housewarden

He lucked out that it was Ignihyde

If it was any other dorm you would have to do more frequent checkups to make sure he hasn't died yet

Ortho's really fond of Mayoi, since he's similar to Idia

Took Mayoi a little while to figure out how to charge Ortho ngl

Mayoi does occasionally stay in Idia's room to watch people come and go with NRC's surveillance that Idia has access to somehow

Do I even have to rate this he doesn't even have to do anything

10/10 he's Idia confirmed :oooo

Nagisa Ran.

Quite knowledgeable with Gargoyles due to his time with Malleus

He has no problem managing in Malleus' club

Lilia sometimes asks him to try his concoctions that he calls food

Of course, Jade and Floyd to the rescue, as per Ibara's request

Makes sure Nagisa doesn't die lol

But what happens when Jade and Floyd don't intervene because they're not there? Well, don't worry, Sebek can't let their temporary-hosuewarden-that-was-assigned-by-the-great-Malleus-sama get poisoned by Lilia concoctions! Hooray!

Sebek is always on his tail because his great Malleus-sama personally appointed him to be the temporary housewarden of Diasomnia and he would never do anything to dissapoint his great Malleus-sama

He may not have magic but that dictator-like persona Ibara makes him put on for Eden is really coming in handy around these moments

Nagisa can't really do much when it comes to the point that he needs to use magic, well, because he has none

But don't worry because Lilia can help him with that somehow??

Lilia powers go weeeee

You help direct Nagisa to what Malleus' schedule tells him to do

Final verdict from Diasomnia?

Lilia loves having someone like him around, since he's a little similar to Malleus, plus he doesn't know that Lilia's food is kinda... uh... unique? Ibara usually cooks for him so he won't suspect it since Lilia's the vide housewarden (Ibara won't allow for him to eat the food tho)

Silver doesn't mind him. He's sleepy most of the time. Like always.

Sebek has a need to protect him because have I mentioned Malleus appointed him to be temporary housewarden? I definitely must not have! I apologise for definitely leaving that out

Overall

9/10 it just works. 1 point deducted because Jade and Floyd casually appears every now and then to check up on Nagisa and Sebek probably tried to shoo them away which then chaos starts errupting in Diasomnia

You might be asking, what does the housewardens think of how each person managed their dorm?

Riddle thinks that Tsukasa does a great job at it!

Leona doesn't really care too much man just wants to sleep

Azul and Ibara are like business partners or smth so he knows that Ibara is more than capable of managing the dorm either way

Kalim thanks Mitsuru for holding all those parties! Kalim even throws him a thank you party! (poor jamil)

Vil thanks Arashi for keeping everything in order, then moves on with his day

Idia and Mayoi, they're just two socially awkward people, there isn't too much to do when it comes to dorm duties, but thanks him for taking care of Ortho

Malleus is grateful for Nagisa taking care of Diasomnia.

After all that, you're just happy that everything is back to normal now, no more supervising, just chilling with your friends.

But the after effects of being temporary housewarden still exists

They kind of got adapted to their new routine too much and now they tend to do things a little differently... but you won't mind, will you?

“Not a chance! Any henchmen of mine should do a better job of keeping up!”

Your feline friend's squeaky voice shouted out as he rounded the corner. Much to your dismay and brewing anger, he decided it’d be the idea of the century to snatch up a certain magical artifact from Crewel's classroom. You can’t remember what it did exactly, something about multiplying a user's possessions? All you knew for sure was that it was Grim’s one way ticket to tuna city and yours to Crowley’s office. AGAIN. So naturally here you are trying to prevent that future as you finally cornered the furball in the Mostro Lounge.

“Cmon Grim I’ll buy you all the tuna you want, just please give it back! If I have to explain ourselves to Crowley again I might as well lock myself in the nearest tall tower.”

“No way! You haven’t provided me with the goods I deserve in an entire three days! Consider this a win for both of us.”

While he went on you slowly crept towards him, and finally came close enough to take the leap in tackling the little thief.

“GOTCHA! Wai-UGH!”

As you got hold of him you unfortunately sent the two of you tumbling towards a beautifully decorated shelf of antiques and treasures. Luckily it was fortified enough to only jostle around a bit. Except for one cheeky vase that decided to make your life infinitely more difficult and come plummeting to the ground in an ear piercing crash.

“…wasn’t me.”

“Sweet seven! Nononono! I-It’s ok, it’s fine, everything’s fine! I’ll just take this back to Ramshackle and fix it before anyone knows what happened-”

“And what exactly has happened here prefect?”

You let a squeak slip out, stopping your frantic assembling of the broken pieces to turn and see a somewhat amused Azul looking down at you.

“Heyyyyy Azul..how’s life been?”

“Hello prefect, it’s been quite well. Although I can’t say so anymore seeing as how my priceless Caribbean pearl infused marble vase has been decimated.”

“Pr-priceless you say?”

“Very.”

“Azul I am so sorry! I was just trying to stop Grim from doing something stupid, but kinda ended slipping up myself hehe…”

You sprang up to your feet in an attempt to apologize and make light of the situation, only to be met with Azul’s deadpan face as he quirked an eyebrow.

“A-Anyway, I really am sorry. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?”

“Hmmm, well unfortunately that was an extremely expensive piece to retrieve and a beautiful part of my collection no less.”

You cringed at his explanation realizing that you might have fucked up more than you thought.

“However, now that I think about it the Lounge has been in desperate need of entertainment lately…”

“What kind of entertainment?”

Azul looked at you with that familiar mischievous glint in his eyes. Before you had the chance to blink he quickly conjured up a contract, primed and ready for the signing.

“I propose we throw a little event. An auction to win a day with NRC’s favorite prefect! I’ve been brewing up the idea for quite some time now, how kind of you to give me the perfect opportunity to put it into action.”

A win a date auction, like from all those cheesy romcoms? You were a bit-no scratch that EXTREMELY skeptical to say the least. With a perturbed look you grabbed and examined the contract front to back over and over again. Trying not to be caught up on a footnote about being handed over immediately to the headmaster's office if you failed to comply or opted out last minute. So either way you’d be screwed, huh? Don’t sign and pay out of pocket, or sign and face possible embarrassment but receive a get out of jail free card. Screw it. You grabbed the pen but right before it hit the parchment you have to ask.

“Are you sure about this? I really don’t see where you’re coming from thinking I’M the best candidate for something like this.”

“Oh prefect. You have no idea.~”

“Now. Do we have a deal?”

Take a breath and sign the scroll. What’s the worst that could happen?
