I had to talk to my spouse about feeling bad abt being disabled but not getting benefits for me, and they hit me with: "You're still disabled, whether you get government benefits or not."

despite the chronic pains, chronic physical & mental illnesses, i still feel like a fake because I dont have any paper saying "YUP UR DISABLED. HERES MONEY"

redrew this lego batman drawing again! i am REALLY proud of my improvement on this piece! i think the shapes are so much better, the colors are so much better, the lighting is so much better! i am especially proud of the values in the new version! in the old ones Joker almost blends into the bg because of how i decided to color the balloons! but in the new version i fixed that and made the whole bg dark! and i just LOVE how Joker pops off a dark bg with the yellow light and Batman pops off a light background with the dark shadows! i think the way i colored it really adds to the tone of the scene! making Batman look like the bad guy there. i like it a lot!!!
