My teeny Atem earrings from @vaguelygenius came today!! I love them!!!!!!

I generally like to keep my fandom subtle in my real life, and these are absolutely PERFECT for that.

As you will recall, I bought my Atem cartouche from VaguelyGenius over 3 years ago, and I literally wear it every day! It’s my favorite piece of jewelry, and now I have earrings to channel my inner Pharaoh with, too~

I can’t stop thinking about how interesting it would have been if Bakura could have wrested control from Yami Marik in the Battle City finals. He probably couldn’t take complete control all of the time, that would be too much, especially if it’s only a piece of him left in the Ring, a back-up Horcrux. But for him to take control at a pivotal moment when Yami Marik was least expecting it would have been so iconic.

Yami Marik: I literally just got done killing you.

Yami Bakura: I told you I’d be back. I forgot to mention how soon.

And it would have established Yami Bakura a little better as the final villain if we had had more evidence of how he just keeps coming back. Even when another villain blasts him with the literal power of the gods.

It just would have been really neat! And Marik would have gotten a fun new hairstyle.

I have an important question for the YGO Fandom:
