Hey everyone!! In today's video I explain that you shouldn't always feel the need to explain yourself. When you learn how to stop, you begin to build confidence in yourself and improve your mental health.

I also explain my disrespect for being an art major, and how my depression worsens when explaining my reasoning to other people. Build true confidence by trusting in yourself!

How would Nevana react to the events of this world? How would she feel, if she could experience the world I am in? In my comic, she lives in a post apocalyptic world. There are no laws. No rulers. People try to be, but none succeed. She has spent the bulk of her life in this godless, lawless world, where everyone is trying to find their own sense of justice on their own with no sense of direction but their experiences and mistakes. I've been trying to think of something motivational for her to say. Nevana is usually sarcastic and witty and makes light of everything, but I have no idea how she would react in this world. I may sound crazy but I have always felt what she has. Before Atom was made, she had a different brother in the story that was an OC of someone I knew. When we split ways, I felt so upset for losing my brother. But... I don't have a brother and I didn't know what it felt like to lose one. But I felt it. And now... I don't know what she would feel in this situation? She's my own character that I've had since 2012 and I don't know. I was waiting to post about the current events with a related drawing as tribute, but I just didn't know how to express it since I am not aware of how to handle these things on social media and am not a POC. I cannot possibly speak for them, but I want to do my best to uplift black voices. Feel free to ask me to share your own art about the current events and racism to my story. If enough people want me to share then I'll make a group collage of all the pieces and make a permanent post on this account. I hope this tribute piece I have made is enough to express the sorrow and confusion that I feel for those who are so scared for their lives and angry at the world. People usually tell me that I'm good at expressions and conveying emotion...but this time I don't agree. I can't put enough behind it to make a quality piece. Because I don't fully understand things. But I'm trying, and over the past few days I've learned a lot. Please remember to stand up for injustice whenever you can.
