Capitalizing the ST is definitely a stranger things reference but what about the rest? It's not ST-urn, because urn doesn't make sense both as a single object or trying to find any acronyms, and it's obviously not Stern because he'd have spelt it that way so it's S-Turn. And what is an S-Turn? At it's basic it's going one direction, doing a 180 turn so you're going the opposite direction, and finally doing a 180 again correcting yourself back into the same direction you were going in the first place.
