this spell jar is best crafted on a Sunday, when you can channel the energy of the day, and look back on your achievements of the past week.
✿ ✿ ✿ ✿ ✿ ✿
you will need,
7 small strips of paper
a pen
a mason jar, or a jar of similar size
2-3 cinnamon sticks
a pinch of patchouli, but i used rosemary
a magnet or lodestone crystal
orange or white wax (optional)
the cinnamon brings your happiness blessings, and the magnet and patchouli draw many more of these good things to you.

“on each piece of paper, write down something that has made you happy over the past week; this is the time to celebrate anything and everything, from seeing a cute dog in the park and treating yourself to a cup of coffee on your commute, to taking an afternoon nap.
“fold the papers up, put them in the jar with the cinnamon sticks, patchouli/rosemary and magnet, then place the jar on a windowsill that gets plenty of sunlight.”
“optional, seal with orange or white wax. if you decide not to seal the jar, add to it as and when, or even try to make it a Sunday ritual.”

Honey is a natural healer, and is good in self love spells
enchant your medicine (either your icky sicky medicine or your daily meds) with either a comfort charm or a quick healing charm (depending on the situation).
Sore throat? Gargle salt water. Salt is also good for protection.
Flavored medicine, like it or not, can hold the same magical properties of the original flavor.
Take a self love bath. It’s not like you can do much else right now /lh
Don’t worry so much about your practice if youre sick (this goes for chronic illnesses too) your deities/spirit guides will understand if you can’t at the moment. Don’t beat yourself up about it. Just relax and take it easy.
