Oh Really? Introduce Me Then.

“Oh really? Introduce me then.”
“Cause I don’t know if you remember, but you cause me a lot of pain and anxiety with the other bitch.”
“Now that I think, I still haven’t gotten an apology from you though.”

For the first time, she honestly doesn’t feel like crap. Which is a first, and it’s something that feels good. She no longer feels such a heavyweight in her heart. She wonders if this is what a degree of peace feels like.
“It’s no problem, besides your hair looks better when it isn’t messy, the buzzcut suits you better,” She smiles.
“But I will keep that offer in mind, and I’ll let him know,” She remarks, leaving out the knowledge he doesn’t have a phone. He also would rather...meet people in person as his pride would allow it. She turns to Jean playfully teasing says, “And thanks Mom, I’ll keep that in mind.”
This she shrugs at, cause she honestly has no idea. “Maybe after Rick and I figure out what the hell’s going on, drinks are on me.”
“But in all seriousness, I think all I can ask from you two is just to keep an eye out, or in Jean’s case, keep a mind out. See if there’s anything weird that could relate to this. I don’t know what else I can ask of you two.”
When he mentions Rick, a serious and concerned look paints her face.
“I think it should be up to Rick to decide if he wants that. I should warn you though, his body hasn’t...Been working the way it should and among other things,” She answers sighing. “I know I shouldn’t be speaking on his behalf but he just came back from the dead. I think the least we can do is let him process that, no offense.”

“No offense, but I call bullshit.”
“You’re a wonderful and a Hercules of a man, but I guess God did not give you a brain that remembers all past events.”
“I know I do though.”

“I’m not just me anymore. I’m… we, now. We live for each other. We’re one.”

“....I left and went back to Okinawa and for the most part, I isolated myself from the news and media, so I didn’t hear anything about it.”
“Whenever I deal with shit like that, I go far away from it and I stay away from anything it’s associated with it,” she says admitting her coping mechanism, first starting after her death she left the school.
“If I tried to go back, the memories just come back all the time. It would just end up giving me panic attacks every day and I hate living like that.”
“Even if I did come back to the states, back to you, it wouldn’t be the same, and all I would be doing is constantly worrying about whether or not it would’ve happened again or worse.”
“I’m sorry, I didn’t trust you then, I should’ve checked if anything happened after I left, but I was clouded by all my anxiety and fear. Honestly, if you think half of what I’m saying is selfish, I don’t blame you.”

“Wait...Aren’t you Eddie and Venom’s kid?”
“Huh, well this changes everything. I’m Dana. I’m a friend of Eddie and Venom.”
“Normally, I’d shout about how this is a bad idea, but since I know Eddie and Venom, I’m trusting you to keep his butt out of trouble. Ok?”

“Well...There is one guy, but he isn’t human. He’s a demon named Baal that I’ve really hated for a lot of personal shit.”
“I’m not gonna go into it, but you can be my guest at trying to kill him. He’s really powerful. Especially if he’s bonded to a human.”
