to add to this, she's letting me infodump to her??? AND has asked me about fics???? AND said she wishes she went into reading fics right after watching the show?? AND I might be getting her to watch the show again, so she can go into reading fics???

and mmmmm I have Many A Thought. it makes sense for her to move out to that garage so she can be more independent / kinda get away from joel / get some soace from him, but the fact it's not finished is what deals me in :( like, joel is a contractor, he could've fixed it! that is your daughter, sir! fix it! please! I think that's really my biggest thing about it, like, it makes sense (and the fact joel can see when she gets home from one of the windows in his house? more devastation), but it is not finished. we know jackson can do construction-y things, I'm sure that could've been dealt with, y'know?
