I had this idea tucked in my head for a long time but Rook's latest Ep. 7 card inspired me to finally draw this as a full 8 pages comic.

The initial spark for me was this drabble I made last April and luckily, neither the card or the main story went against this headcanon of mine (I'm so glad, cuz I tend to follow canon despite of my own hcs).

I also made this originally for my supporters on Patreon (you can go join me there if you feel like it!) and now I am posting this to SNS.

Ryuuni is your standard, angsty Yuu (because im allergic to happiness)

I really like the time loop theory I found, so that explains the post: one more time, where Ryuuni debut on this blog.

As you can guess, Ryuuni grows tired from tending to others, they grow spiteful to everyone around, eventually forming a great hatred to everyone, because no matter who helped them, Ryuuni still had more to do. So just one more time?

Ryuuni starts out being happy to help, eager to run around and explore this new world. But they’re so young. Just 14 when they were plopped into this place, and they have to help around people who’re (supposed to be) much more mature than them.

It started out as feeling special then feeling like an object, another thing anyone here can dispose. They feel lonely and used, and even after everything that happens, they can’t say if they made a single genuine connection.

And the lack of special or even just above average qualities Ryuuni doesn’t have, it grows into a catalyst for their self hatred.

But Ryuuni’s hatred to themselves forms into a wall, blocking and lashing out an anyone and everyone who wants to try and get close.

They don’t want to do this one more time.

I adapted a sketch to digital cause i felt like it

Anyways i color dropped Wanderer’s skin and jaw was on the floor when it nearly blended into the white background, so i made it his eye white colors
