So as of late, the allegations from 2017 of Melanie Martinez have resurfaced. (This literally happened like this week, the rumors coming back)

The allegations include Melanie 🍇ing and/or SAing Timothy Heller (and possibly another person)

So back in 2017, Timothy was smeared off the internet after she came out and accused Melanie of SAing her, Mel’s fans shut the whole thing down because their artist could just do no wrong (sarcasm)

Now im not sure how/why the rumors came back now, but now the entire fan base is choosing sides, but there are some ignorant people out there defending Mel or not choosing sides when you should ALWAYS support the victim

people are trying to use the old “evidence” from 2017 to try and shut down this uprising again, but there is a lot of miscommunication so I’m not even sure if the evidence i real.

But Melanie has confirmed that she and Timothy had done things and a popular quote from Mel is “She didn’t say no” and that is very incriminating (this is very popular on TikTok but I haven’t seen it for myself so idk when she said this whether it was now or 2017)

I’m not the best person to look at drama but there are numerous posts of all sides arguing on who is right (and why Timothy isn’t taking it to court and rather the internet etc)

And if you’re defending Melanie Martinez right now, or not choosing the victim’s side, DO NOT INTERACT WITH ME.

I love Melanie and her music for years, ever since K-12 came out, but I cannot and will not support a potential 🍇ist/ sa predator, i rather support the victim

Timothy Heller has my support, innocent until proven guilty

I am boycotting Melanie Martinez’s music by not listening to her, guilty until proven innocent

That is how I am seeing the situation, if there is anything that needs to be added or edited (with proof) then i will be editing this post accordingly
