Ranking the Top-Rated Hazbin Hotel Ships Part 1 (Gay)

RadioStatic. This is the best one. I prefer it one-sided, but it's fine when reciprocated as well. It's the best of everything - it allows for angst, for fluff, for a murder duo, and of course it's very hot.

StaticMoth. This ship is amazing. It allows for evil hijinks galore, fluff, smut, and even angst if you take into account the old Voxtagram posts. Bonus points when poly with Velvette.

Huskerdust. This is just an incredibly sweet and wholesome ship. It allows for so much fluff as well as hurt/comfort or just plain angst. It's one of those ships where it's them vs the world. Beautiful.

RadioApple. This one is hot, but I really don't see much chemistry there. But the wholesome content is funny and sweet, and the *ahem* less wholesome stuff can be extremely hot. Win-win.

Valastor. This one only gets this high on the list because, again, it's hot. This would not work in any way, shape or form - Alastor and Val are completely incompatible. But, they're both attractive.

PentNiss. This one is rather odd, because Arackniss hasn't been in the show yet. However, he seems to be a rather grumpy sort, so this dynamic could be funny.

AdamsApple. I'm neutral on this one, I genuinely have no opinion on it - it's not good, but not bad. It's completely fine with me, however. Go forth and ship.

RadioHusk. It's not bad, but I'm not a huge fan. I don't really see any way for it to be healthy or sweet, and I'm not a fan of those two having sexual tension. But no animosity to its fans.

RadioDust. It rubs me the wrong way for some reason, but the fans of that ship are really good at what they do, so I'm fine with it. I'd never seek it out, but I respect its fans.

ValAngel. Awful. For obvious reasons.

Okay, new brainstorm session for Muzan x Alastor, because I am not in a good place and I think I will scream if my mind is unoccupied for a second longer.

So, I just realized that they could not meet in the forms I've been drawing them together in. They could either meet while both alive, with Alastor as a young man presumably between eighteen and twenty-six, or in hell at any time after 1933, with Muzan now as a sinner and Alastor just having died.

Actually, what would a sinner Muzan look like? Perhaps I'll work on that later, if anyone wants that or has suggestions. Would he just look like Muzan, or would he be some sort of eldritch monstrosity, or something in between?

Muzan is much older than Alastor, and it seems like he used to be a little like him before he got absolutely bodied by Yorichii. So he'd probably think of him as a dumb annoying kid at first.

Alastor, on the other hand, would almost certainly either hate Muzan instantly or recognize his power and try to get close to him for that reason. Even if they were both alive, Alastor is smart, he'd realize something was up even if not what, which could contribute to him disliking Muzan at first.

Perhaps they're forced to spend time together, by fate or by another person, and wind up growing on each other that way. If living, perhaps they wind up working together a bit, maybe as part of one of Muzan's covers; if dead, perhaps they're both Overlords, and Muzan is too strong for Alastor to take down so he has to put up with him.

Their morals are absolutely not compatible, so them being together would have to come with either Muzan becoming better or Alastor becoming worse. I can't actually decide which would be better. Either that or they just ignore each other's morals for the sake of love.

Perhaps I will make a post about them if they were alive and another one about if they were dead. Good lord, this has gotten out of hand, but it's fun, so I don't care. See y'all later, I'm off to make a bunch of posts and queue them.

Okay, you know what. After our conversation in the comments, I guess I'll bite. But before I draw more, we gotta brainstorm.

Should probably start with their first meeting. Well, for this, we have to think about who they are and where either of them would be likely to go.

Alastor is a classy type, we know from the comics that he goes to cafes and to visit the Cannibals but I could see him going to someplace interesting like an opera or a museum or something.

Muzan likes libraries, we know that, but he could also go to interesting places, perhaps with that wife and kid of his. They could meet at a library, while he's looking up those flowers he likes so much, or at some fancy place.

Alternately, they could meet in a much different context, aka both doing something nefarious in the same place.

How they'd get to speaking, let alone becoming friendly enough to want to see each other again, I don't know. Perhaps they talk for a bit and one decides he can gain something from the other, so he latches on...?

More on this later, the heat is starting to fry my brain but if anyone has a suggestion I'd be happy to hear it.
