the last few days had been chaotic

everyone had something going on

Dustin, Steve, and Robin were dealing with Russians in Hawkins

There was trouble at home between Hopper and El

and of course, now you were in the mall with everyone, facing a mind-flayed Billy with El trying to talk Billy into fighting the mind flayer

You and the others had taken the fireworks you'd found earlier and lit them and chucked them towards the mind flayer hoping to slow it down to give Hopper, Joyce, and Murray enough time to deal with the Russians

You had taken your eyes off El for just a few minutes to help and saw Billy holding her in his arms and setting her down on the floor as a sacrifice to the mind flayer, to make her part of his army

Without thinking you started to make your way to Billy and El hoping to save El or get her out of the way because if El was mind-flayed you knew it was all over for everyone.

But without you knowing, the mind flayer knew where you were headed and used one of its limbs to knock you out of the way, sending you flying into a wall and becoming unconscious as you fell to the floor

Several of the others yelled your name, calling for you panicked that the mind flayer may have killed you

What seemed like an eternity later, you woke up in the back of an ambulance with a distraught Joyce and El sitting by your side

They and the others waited til you mostly recovered before giving you the news about Hopper and Billy

Everyone visited you while you were in the hospital, Joyce and El rarely left your side and if they weren't there either Mike, Jonathan, or Will was there instead

But before he can he hears you manage to tell him it was just a nightmare and there was no need to get his Tia

He calms down and approaches you, rubbing your back, hugging you to calm you down

He reassures you that you're okay and listens to you talk about your nightmare if you're willing to

Once you've calmed you're breathing and stopped crying, he'll offer to make you tea or get you something to eat

He'll also offer to hold you until you go back to sleep if that will help

Either way, he spends the rest of the night being so gentle, patient, and kind with you

He just wants to make sure you are okay :)

I hope I am wording this right but can you do a Johanna Mason x fem!reader where Johanna and the reader are arguing about something and Johanna raises her hand to make a point which causes the reader to flinch away? Arguments weren't rare or new with Johanna

Sometimes they were silly and meaningless, other times they were severe and caused tension

Thankfully, serious arguments didn't happen often

But no matter who started it, the conflict was usually resolved either by you making up to Johanna in your own way or Johanna giving a grumpy but sincere apology

However this time it wasn't just some petty argument. This was serious, more serious than any of your previous fights

The fight progressed further and further until you and Johanna were yelling at each other to try to get the point across to the other

You were full of anger, and both of you had gotten more aggressive in your language towards each other

After some rage-filled comment towards Johanna, she had stepped forward raising a finger toward you, ready to tell you to never say something like that to her

But she froze and lowered her hand when she saw you stiffen up and flinch back

At first, she has no idea what to do or say. She had never been violent towards you or laid her hands on you in a harsh way, but you still flinched.

Was she scaring you? Did you really think she would hurt you over a stupid argument?

She felt angry and upset and not towards you, but herself

Sure, she had killed people but that was completely in self-defense, to survive the hunger games. But you had to know that she would never hurt you like that right?

She doesn't say anything, she looks down at the ground before walking off

Sometime later after the both of you have cooled off, Johanna comes with a peace offering, most likely a gift she had stored away or your favorite food

That's when she apologizes for letting the argument get out of hand, for saying things she shouldn't have, and for scaring you into thinking she would ever lay her hands on you

And once you two have sorted through things, she wants to know why you flinched away

If it was because it was a natural reaction because of trauma, she understands and is willing to hear you vent about it

If it was because you were scared she would hit you, she explains that she would never hurt you in any way

So what would the FNAF night guards think if their S/O has chronic nightmares? Like every dream they have is going to be a nightmare, and because of this they never get much sleep. anyway thanks! Have a good day/night/afternoon!

Much like you, he is not new to chronic nightmares

Though he has found ways to avoid them, in the most unhealthy way possible, by avoiding sleeping all together

But he wants you to be better than him and take care of yourself properly

So, despite his grump demeanor, he'll do what he can to help you go to sleep, or calm you down after bad nightmares

Mike is more than happy to sit and listen to your ranting about nightmares if it helps

Will give you caffeine after a sleepless night to keep you going

He has also had his fair share of nightmares and night terrors

Especially since he was attacked by the animatronics

He finds that actually talking about it helps him a lot personally

So he may encourage you to do the same, only if you are comfortable with it

That, and he also thrives on coffee

He will stay up with you after your nightmares to keep you company and so you know he's there if you want to talk :)

He honestly doesn't have nightmares often, if at all

So the first few times he's confused when you wake up panicked after a "silly little nightmare"

So you may have to explain that these nightmares really do bother you and that you don't sleep much because of it

After that, he is much more sympathetic (if that's even possible)

He likes to stay up with you after your nightmares and hold you or cuddle if you're willing too

Jeremy honestly doesn't get nightmares often, let alone dream that often

But when he does, they are terrifying and it leaves him unable to sleep properly for a week

He has even lost sleep because he was anxious/terrified about going to work

Whenever you tell him about these nightmares he's very sympathetic and opens up about his own experiences

He'll ask what he can do to help or if you just want to rant about it, either way, he feels better knowing he can help you

Fritz doesn't even sleep that often or that much, not because of nightmares or anxiety but just because

So he quite literally runs on energy drinks and keeps himself busy

He has probably noticed that you hadn't been getting a lot of sleep and offers an energy drink or tells you to do something to keep yourself busy until you get tired enough to fall asleep

So his go-to method with you is to keep you busy or keep your attention until you drop, honestly not the best but at least you slept right?

He is also more than happy to hear you talk about your nightmares or stay up with you if that will help you go back to sleep

May I request a Jasper hale or maybe Edward x reader who is afraid of spiders and they find one in their room in the middle of the night and have a meltdown but then they are graciously saved by one of the boys? -w-

Jasper often spent the night with you, waiting until you fell asleep to leave

Or even occasionally staying if you really wanted him too

This night he had happened to stay and was in the corner of your room reading while you slept peacefully in your bed

At least until Jasper heard you stir around and then scream at the top of your lungs while jumping out of your bed

You cursed left and right continuing to yell as you pointed to your bed

Of course, Jasper is by your side in an instant, using his abilities and words to calm you so he can help

When he can finally understand you and realizes you acted like this over a spider, he can't help but hold back laughter

This terrified reaction over a tiny harmless spider crawling on your pillow?

He doesn't understand the fear but he'll get rid of the spider for you by picking it up and putting it outside

If you're still worried about more spiders he'll happily help you look but may tease you as he does, but not too much as he understands that it is genuine fear

It's so nerve-wracking, sure he's seen you're Avatar body but not your human body, in some way it makes you feel anxious and self-conscious

Of course, you knew Tsu'tey loved you either way. Dreamwalker or not, he knows you, even if he was suspicious of you at first

You were getting ready to transfer yourself into your Avatar permanently, Tsu'tey was obviously your escort

Seeing him in your human form for the first time was like seeing him for the first time

He looked intimidating, he was twice your size in height and naturally built

It did take him a moment to realize it was you since you did look much different from your Avatar form, but it was like he could still sense that it was you

Of course, he treats you exactly the same with the exception of a few comments on how small or weak you look

But I promise he means nothing by it, he just wants to tease you a bit while he has the chance

However, he does treat your body more delicately as if you're glass ready to break if he even looks at you the wrong way

You may have to reassure him that you are stronger than you look and that he doesn't have to be so cautious with you

And if you ask him what he thinks of this form, he will answer honestly. You definitely look different, maybe even a bit odd. But, you still are, and forever will be, beautiful to him no matter what you look like
