I Think Its Funny How Like. Boy Mobile Game Franchises And Girl Mobile Game Franchises Are So Different

I think it’s funny how like. boy mobile game franchises and girl mobile game franchises are so different in tone and vibe. Love Live and Enstars (neither of which I’m super familiar with) are both about idols, but Love Live is about Friendship and Enstars is about War. Bang Dream and From Argonavis are both centered around bands, and they’re even by the same company but Bang Dream is gentle and sweet most of the time even if there IS drama and big emotional beats. And then Argonavis lets one of it’s characters get in an onscreen car crash and also one of the characters nearly breaks someone’s arm Just Because.

And then there’s Revue Starlight and A3. Multimedia franchises about actors. But the “girl franchises are sweet and boy franchises are intense” gets utterly broken with them. Revue Starlight is about girls fighting each other with Actual Weapons. No friendship allowed when you’ve got the TOP STAR position on the line!!!!!!! Meanwhile A3 is like. these boys are found family they love each other so much. Only by the power of friendship can they Win in the theater world. So funny.
