[2:05 p.m.] “didn’t think you were this desperate,” you scoffed, legs crossed as you leaned back against the plexiglass of the abandoned bus stop. the man blushed pink, or maybe it was due to the cigarette hanging loosely from his lips. “I can’t believe you. you’re risking your career to be here, and look at the way you came. all because you wanted to see me again? cute.” he shrugged, eyes shifting away from the evil smirk forming on your mouth. it was wrong, he wasn’t supposed to be here, but something about you reeled him in. he knows the consequences he could face within the next 24 hours. the fact that he came to see you in broad daylight was one of them, but the fact that his “pure boy” image could be ruined in a matter of seconds, all because of a lifestyle choice he made could make for some bad publicity. he knows all the risks, but he didn’t think twice before he pleaded taeyong to let him sneak out and cover his back while he snuck out to meet you. and now? you were making fun of him? “don’t look like that, pouty boy. come join me,” and you patted the spot next to you on the wooden bench, scooting to the side ever so slightly. “you’re not scared?” he turned to you, smoke leaving his mouth, and bangs falling in front of his eyes, “scared of what?” he asks. “several things.”

he smiles, “try me.” 

“you can face criticism from the public,” you start. “they’ll get over it.”

“your company will place limitations on you,” “they’ll eventually get busy, seeing as we get new members all the time.”

“dispatch could see you talking to me,” “they’ve fucked over people so many times, the public is immune to their nonsense.”

exhaling, you finish, “I could very well be the worst thing to happen to you.” jungwoo froze, and you wrapped your jacket around you tighter, feeling sick as he stayed silent. you knew it, you’re a bad person who corrupts everyone and everything. contrary to your exterior demeanor, though, the last thing you wanna do is corrupt jungwoo. that’s why you flinched when jungwoo breathed out, “you could be, but I don’t know that yet. I’m willing to risk it all for you, sugar. give me a chance.”

that being said, i’ve also decided to scrap carpe diem, and instead i’ll do something else with the dead poets society/boarding school trope. I also kinda wanna just switch to writing long ass scenarios instead of committing to series.

eventually tho, i’ll finish coterie, since that’s my baby lol

which new trope would you like to try writing? I wanna try writing a e2l but kinda gradually build up to that relationship so i’m probably gonna start small then kinda work my way up! I also wanna do something horror-based!

which trope do you want to write again? I wrote/am still writing a mafia!au and I had a lot of fun with some of the older tropes I incorporated into that so maybe something along those lines!

which drafts are you most excited to post? right now a lot of them are still ideas?? hahaha but there is something I wanna start on asap, along the lines of rival camp counselors, mayhaps???

new genre you want to explore? hmmm maybe sci-fi? I really like the variety that’s in that genre. also horror, mystery and thrillers? I don’t do a lot of that on this blog, but I feel like I have enough background to write about that stuff!

do you have a favourite line in any of your drafts right now? “stoner? I prefer the word... cannabis enthusiast. or I guess, that’s two words.”

have you decided on any creative goals for 2021? maybe to think a little more realistically. I thought I would be able to crank out all these series, but it’s so difficult while also being a student and I work, too. I’m just gonna take it slow and focus on quality over quantity.

describe your journey on this blog in the last year in three words! and three more words for what you hope for 2021! for the past year, I would say: didn’t think realistically... I’ll be honest, in the beginning of 2020, my blog had been blowing up because of my x1 series, and they soon disbanded after that which meant either people lost interest or they didn’t want to read it anymore. I was very quickly starting to lose motivation to continue writing, period. however, I came out of that, and still have decided to finish the series, as well as expand on my main purpose, which was writing for nct. I hope that 2021 brings: even better stories. I have some ideas that I’m really excited to bring out from the drafts, and I hope that once they are out, they do well :))
