Ok so hear me out, what if the dress thing wasn't the first time silver was put in a dress (because maybe a dress accidentally got slip into the clothes ilia got form sebek's parents) and so silver ends up in the dress while roaming about (who is going to tell litte silver anything if ilia is off somewhere and he lives miles away from his nearest neighbors) and sebek realizes "oh shit, I think i like him" the moment he sees silver after having go to the cabin after ask to be trained. For maybe silver was napping under a tree as little animal watch him and of course sebek his draw to him like a moth to the flame and only snaps out of it when cupped silver's cheek and had been slowly leaning in, while mumbled out his awe. Of course silver is unaware of this and sebek might have actually kissed him had a loud sound caused him to jump away. Now wouldn't admit to it to his actions and he'll struggles to try and justify it, but at the end of the day sebek will realize he like likes silver, but will try to deny it
