There are people who think Silbek is incestous? I never really came across them and just randomly hearing it here made me really confused

it all started with people who just like to headcanon them as brothers (which is absolutely normal), but it ended with those who wish shippers to burn in hell because silbek is spiritual incest ☝🙄 (they don't see that they are wrong and try to prove to people that the shippers here are villains who need to be exterminated, although these people simply don't like the ship, but they will prove to the end that silbek is illegal)

I'm not sure if Silbek is a rare pair but given there are other popular ships in the Twisted Wonderland, Silbek stands way lower but not much. Like I can tell some artists doing one certain ship they like the most and the others the same. I don't know any artist besides you who often done Silbek.

But honestly Silver and Sebek pairing can be easy shippable compare to other ships for Silver and Sebek seperately since they grew up together and know their history.

Silver and Sebek are childhood friends who were trained by the same guy. Silver was raised by that guy, while Sebek has his own family; siblings and grandfather included.

Diluc and Keaya, due to a mistranslation, are seen as step siblings in EN, while the OG Chinese version has their relationship more akin to childhood friends and 'brothers sworn by sword', like, from what I understand, JP Silbek.

Im not saying that shipping either of these couples is bad, I think it's more so a matter of taste. Many people can enjoy the 'childhood friends to lovers' trope, I know do, but it more so comes down to execution and, I would think more importantly, which translation you stick to.

Several games have had entire aspects and relationships changed due to 'lost in translation' moments crossing international boundaries, but I think, above all, people shouldn't jump to conclusions when analyzing relationships, especially is the Original Language doesn't entirely support their claims.

Since i already told my headcanons I'll just tell you some random stuff from my head

I like to make her neither a positive nor a bad character because of her connection with Henrik, as long as Henrik is against the fairies and Dawn doesn't know who he's on, she doesn't care. For her, family is a priority, so she, like Henrik, is ready to kill everyone for the sake of getting the Maleanor`s magic stone for her father (although Henrik understandably takes advantage of this situation, while Leah just wants to save her father). I am also alarmed by the fact that Leah ran away from the castle alone without her son, so maybe family is not always a priority for her.

I also like to think that Leah wasn't Dawn's salvation, but simply the only one who treated him like a person and not a tool. So Dawn is simply drawn to Leia, because he is afraid of the world around and she is the only one who will not wipe her feet on him (although she can command, but this is nothing compared to Henrik).
