As Jason and Y/n stepped out of the limousine Jason's hand firmly grips her hip.They walk out onto the red carpet to be met with flashes from the paparazzi. They did their best to pose for the cameras despite the bright flashes of light burning their eyes. After a few moments, they made their way inside the Annual Wayne Charity Gala. Inside was glorious, from the delicate crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling to the transcendently impressive table and wall decor along with the specious ice sculptures it was breathtaking. “Bruce really outdid himself this year,” she whispered to Jason.“I know” he keeps his hand on her waist as they maneuver through the groups of people to find the rest of his family. They search through crowds for a few minutes before seeing a familiar blonde ushering them over. Stephenie. They make their way over to. the young girl bubbling with excitement. “Hii how have you been” she squeals pulling the dark-skinned girl into a hug. “I've been doing good. How about you Is college doing you any justice” she responds as they release from the hug. “I've been great thanks for asking now please stop stealing my girlfriend” Jason interrupts sarcastically rolling his eyes. “No need to be jealous I'm all yours.” She softly smiles at him. The smile that Jason would cause a war over, the smile that melts Jason like a popsicle in the summer heat. God, I love her Jason thinks to himself. She grabs Jason's bicep and drags him to the dance floor. “no”  Jason tries to walk only to be pulled back and see his girlfriend giving him puppy eyes. “fine” a small smile creeps its way onto his lips as he danced the night away with his lover

Mindlessly I play with my fingers nervously as we approach the manor. “You ok sweetheart?” he questions reaching over and grabbing one of my hands

“Mhm,” the anxiety begins to slowly fade away as he rubs my hand with his thumb. “Don't worry yourself they love you I'm sure ok.” he counties rubbing my hand. I kiss his cheek in response. Lost in my thoughts I don't realize we're at the door until Jason pulls me out of my trance.

“Hello, master Jason and Miss Y/N” he greets us

“Hello, you must be-Alfred,” I say uncertainly

“I am its a pleasure meeting you. Please come in.” he opens the door wider allowing us to step inside. Inside I feel a slight chill however warmer than outside. I look around the house is very classic with paintings and other decorations that look as if they cost a fortune. “Hey, nice to meet you I'm Dick” I'm suddenly greeted by whom I'm sure to be the oldest brother. “It's nice to meet you too I'm Y/N” I greeted before a bubbly blonde-hair girl and a more timid black-haired girl approached us. 

“Oh my god hiii you must be Jason's girlfriend. I'm Stephenie this Cassandra” she motioned to the girl next to her. 

“Nice to meet you both I’m Y/N”

“Jason has a girlfriend” questions a green-eyed boy in disbelief.

“I also find that hard to believe” a slightly taller boy with blue eyes chimes in.

“Yes, I have a girlfriend brat,” Jason replied harshly moving his hand to my waist. The boys began spitting insults at one another. “Enough’ a voice echoes through the room. “Y/n will be going to us for dinner tonight” Bruce informs his children. 

“How much are you being paid” the green-eyed boy ask

“Damian” Bruce warns

“Has he kidnapped you blink twice if you need help. I honestly wouldn’t have expected you to stoop so low Todd” ignoring his father's warning

“I'm not being paid and I haven't been kidnapped seriously” letting out a breathy chuckle.

“Dinner is ready whenever you all decide to act appropriately”

“It was so nice meeting you all but think we better get going it's getting late” I grabbed my purse and phone before standing up. A chorus of byes filled the room. Alfred walked us to the door as we made our leave. We silently walk to the car. “I told you they’d love you didn't I,” he kisses my temple. “You got lucky this once don't get used to being right.” I tease wrapping one of my arms around his waist to absorb some of his body warmth as we walk back to the car reminiscing about our night.

~ You’re the product of a former one-night stand Jason had as a teenager.

~ Jason didn't know he had a kid until he got a call from bruce saying, Commissioner Gordon need him down at the station. He didn't know what he was expecting but having a kid, wasn't it. He was informed that your mother had passed and you would now be put in his care.

~ Jason had no clue how to take care of a kid so the first place you went after being released into his custody was Wayne Manor. You were greeted with a warm welcome by both Alfred and Bruce. You roamed around the house as Jason, Alfred, and Bruce were talking when you ran into Tim.

~ Tim was already sleep-deprived running on 1 hour of sleep and 4 cups of coffee was oh so very confused hearing that JASON TODD had a daughter. I mean how could this be he’s never heard of you. Eventually, you got tired of him asking the same question trying to comprehend what he heard, and walked off. Where you ran into Dick. 

~ Who was also confused but slightly less. You explained the situation once again. He tried comforting you with the loss of your mother knowing what it's like but you brushed it off. He offered to take you to the kitchen to get food which you didn't decline. neither would I. You guys make random small talk until Jason's voice could be heard echoing through the manor yelling your name you follow the noise meeting him. “There you are come on where leaving,” he said in an uncertain gentle but stern voice. 

~ He took you shopping to get all the necessary things. yes, he used bruce's card but in his defense, he gave it to him to use on you. He took you to get new clothes, shoes, a phone, and anything you asked for.

~ He struggles with discipline because you obviously just met him and he doesn't want to seem like the asshole. That is until you put yourself in a dangerous position like drinking, or smoking at a party. You guys have a nice heart-to-heart convo and told you if your gonna do stuff like that at least do it when he is there cuz it's better to have supervision and guidance than be on your own.

~ You guys definitely develop one of those close father-daughter relationships. You can talk to each other about anything where you’re looking for advice or someone to listen to. 

~ Your fav uncle is Dick and ur fav aunt is Kate there just superior. don't attack me love all the bat fam.

~ Like I said earlier he is kinda lenient you can curse around him and at other people just not him, you can have a S/O but don't think for one moment the entire bat fam won't interrogate them before and pray for them if they break your heart
