In the quiet hours of morning light, When the world still sleeps, and dreams take flight, I wake with a heart heavy, full of care, Lost in thoughts, tangled in despair.

Life's burdens pile high, a mountain steep, Promises to keep, and secrets to keep, Tasks unfinished, dreams left to fray, I stumble through each fleeting day.

My soul, once free, now feels confined, In a maze of worries, my peace I can't find. The weight of the world on my shoulders rests, In this silent struggle, I am put to the test.

Yet in the midst of chaos, a glimmer of light, A whisper of hope in the darkest night, A reminder that I am not alone, In this journey, I’ve grown.

For every storm will pass, every night will end, And in these trials, strength I find, my friend. Through tears and pain, I learn to see, The beauty in life’s fragility.

So, I take a breath, one step at a time, Embrace the mess, and in it, find the rhyme. For being overwhelmed is not a sign of defeat, But a testament to the depth of my heartbeat.

For storms will pass, as they always do, Leaving the world fresh and new. So face the tempest, stand your ground, In the heart of the storm, peace is found.
