just read the timing series for the first time and I'm glad i bumped into, thank you so much for this!! first, I'm so sad for oc, she's ready to give all to jk, there's alot of things that she didn't deserved, all these heat breaks she had, she's one tough woman. jk didn't even think once of her emotions and got selfish :(( i genuinely want them to be together still..

but it's just so painful for oc, i hope jk will think everything she gone through because of him, a conversation will be nice wherein oc and him will talk whole heartedly and may oc voiced out everything she feels, then if by means she'll get the love she deserves to somebody else, sigh.

jk needs to grow up and know what's going on, it's just so sad :((

i totally agree with you, a conversation could be helpful for both of them but by experience, i can tell you that if jk is still in the same state of mind, it won’t change anything at all! oc could say everything she wholeheartedly feels, jk could not give any shit about it! it has to come from him and not from her…

also i wanted to take advantage of this ask, to thank you all! to be honest, this series is very much inspired by something i’ve been living for a bit more than a year and all your asks have helped me to realise the extent of the situation and how bad it has been. i had to deal with a jk and it made me realise how toxic it has been. of course, also my friends and family made me realise it too but i still wanted to thank you all! 💖

jungkook‘s character and his baybmothers character disgusts me.

i don’t like how he feels entitled to take time away to „think“ about this situation when he didn’t do it in the first place like a man who‘s raising a child for years should’ve done. he wanna act like he has a „perfect“ family well let’s unpack how he’s not even a man in the first place. he doesn’t know how to raise his daughter and put boundaries with his babymother including not talking about his past relationships with her when they’re not together i mean yeah you can be friends and what not but i don’t feel comfortable knowing his babymother knows about oc when she a) doesn’t even know oc and her past and b) puts her two cents into the situation when she has no right to all because she’s oh so worried for kookie right? like get the fvck out of here (sorry for cursing but she doesn’t come off as innocent you‘d like her to be) i also could care less about his damn daughter or the name of her even when it makes me angry knowing he did it out of spite like who in the right mind would do that knowing your „love of the life“ wanted that name for her own child?again his character just shows us how immature and childish he was and still is he didn’t change and never will. i mean he has a child and didn’t choose to change his attitude why would oc think he’s gonna do it for her now lol? hes the most selfish man i‘ve ever read in a fic and im not trying to bash your characters it’s just shows how we involve us with your story’s because it’s so interesting right? so pls don’t think this is me criticizing you no. i would also like to add that i believe his babymother is threatened by oc bc why else would she say stuff like that to jungkook (no i don’t believe that she’s worried for him lol💀) i mean where was she when he fucked around? could’ve told him to stop doing it before he has a 2nd babymother and what not see this is why i don’t like her she’s threatened bc oc is not like the others im pretty sure she’s scared that her own child’s gonna call her mom or some sht.

also i do not wish for oc to take him back, she deserves way better than this whole sht show. i also don’t like how she should take care of his daughter later on fuck his family (ON GOD) when she can have her own kids on her own with somebody who’s willing to take their time and energy to understand HER and HELP HER instead of tossing her away when things start to get difficult and as if she didn’t have feelings too. i wouldn’t want to be tied down with these kinds of people in real life they give off to much toxicity and some might think where did you come up with that when you can see it how they act as if everything was ok between them. god im gonna puke bc i didn’t forgot how he said „this is my perfect family“ well then whats stopping yourself from pursing your babymother idiot? he did all of this to hurt oc let himself get manipulated by his babymother and i don’t fuck with that at all especially if you have a child and are in an age where you don’t have time to play around. #teamoc

sorry for writing so much and again hope you didn’t get offended about your characters i love you’re writing it definitely makes one think about how they would’ve done in such and such situations. 😊💛

hi angel, first of all, thanks a lot for your ask 💞 i wasn't offended at all by your ask, i've liked reading all your thoughts on the fic & especially on jk, it has made me laugh a lot 😂 i also take them into consideration for perfect time, it helps me build the characters and it also helps me to understand how you perceive them. because i imagine one thing but i can be understood totally differently.

the perfect example is eunjin, the baby mama. for me, she's simply trying to help, she doesn't want anything from jk and she doesn't feel threatened by oc because she isn't in love with jk nor does she believe that her daughter would call oc mom. she's concerned and wants to help. i didn't build her to be toxic but some of you perceive her like that.

then yeah, jk has been acting like a complete idiot. he hasn't moved on at all, and is very immature. he simply was overwhelmed with everything & didn't know how to act when he finally got what he desperately wanted for 10 years.

for sure, oc deserves better, jk didn't treat her right. he didn't move on from their relationship & treat her badly when she's finally back. however, I want to believe that people can change with time & maybe jk will change in the future 🤷🏻‍♀️

“Did it take you and Eunji so long to find Arya’s name?” you ask. 

Even though you know where the name comes from, Eunji also chose it. Your ex didn’t name his daughter all by himself, there’s a mother too. At the end of the day, she was the one who carried Arya for nine months. 

“Well, it for sure took us more than 5 months,” he replies. “When we found out that it was a girl, we started a list with all the names we loved. However, we didn’t like the names the other liked. For 2 months, we kept adding names to the list to see if we could find one. Arya wasn’t on my list because it had a deep meaning for me, it was the name we agreed to give to our daughter,” his eyes stare deeply at you. 

You still remember the day you were talking about all the cute names you’d give to your children. It’s a moment that always warms your heart because back then, everything seemed so easy. Your sister was still alive, you hadn’t kissed your ex-crush, everything was going well with Jungkook, and you were still head over heels in love with him. Well, honestly, it is still the case today even if he broke your heart. 

The man standing in front of you has been your greatest love, the first man you really and deeply loved. A first real love always remains in your heart although they hurt you. They will forever stay in your heart. Hopefully, with time, the strong feelings you have for Jungkook will diminish, or at least, you hope that you will be able to keep moving with your life without those sentiments being an obstacle to your romantic life. 

“Proposing that name would be like a betrayal towards you. I couldn’t do that,” he whispers. “Eunji was the one proposing it and at first, I pretended I didn’t like it. She really loved it but it was kind of removed from our list, which was still empty when she was 7 months pregnant,” a little smile appears on his face. “Then, at that point, you realize your daughter will be here very soon and you have to find a name. We needed to find compromises, we needed to find names that we at least liked a little bit. Again, Arya was not on our list,” his eyes never leave your face. 

Honestly, as you glare at him, you can see in his eyes all the affection he has for you but you brush it off. However, it is actually the way he’s looking at you. Jungkook holds a lot of affection for you. He’ll always cherish you even though he behaved like a child. His heart still burns for you but he can’t come back in your life. Or at least not right now. For sure, if he does so, he’s very much aware that he’ll break your heart once more and you absolutely don’t deserve it. He’s even convinced that he doesn’t deserve you. 

Those past nine months, he got the time to sit down and contemplate his actions. Unquestionably, he acted like a child. He was selfish, he only took from you what interested him, and then threw you away. But honestly, he never wondered what it would be like to have you back in his life. For the past ten years, he desperately wanted you back but he didn’t consider past that, probably because deep down, he was convinced that you would never come back. However, you came back and everything simply became overwhelming. 

“Eunji kept bringing back Arya, and I don’t know, I simply gave up at some point because I always adored that name,” he explains. “I only explained after the birth of Arya why I didn’t want that name for our daughter, but honestly, for a long moment, I felt I betrayed you. I know it’s a deep emotion but back then, I hadn’t moved on.” 

It is still the case today. The only difference now is that you’re actually around him and things are way more complicated than back then because he’s the one that messed everything up. Today, it’s his own fault if he can’t move on.  

For a brief moment, you simply stare at each other like there’s nobody else but you in the room. It brings you both back to the time when you were lovers, when everything was absolutely easy. For a moment, you forget all the terrible things that have happened between you. You forget how toxic your relationship has been. It’s easy to forget when strong feelings are involved. 

“It’s nice to finally know the background of Arya’s name,” you break this special moment.

Hi! In the Right time, I’m a little confused with what you wrote:

“Without you, this issue at Jeon Industries would have been solved quickly.”

What is JK blaming her for? Outside of work, he’s happy with yn, but we didn’t see what impact yn has had on his work or during his work, so I don’t understand why he’s overwhelmed with having her back?

I’m just trying to understand why he’s overwhelmed when they’ve been fine for 2 months and then he all of a sudden thinks she they shouldn’t be together?

Was it coz of her resignation? But I don’t see how her resignation would affect anything? And she said she would still be with him and support him even if she left his company so they could still work so I don’t understand why he’s overwhelmed.

Hope my asks makes sense 😅 I’m just confused with JKs thoughts because it seemed like everything was fine. I’ve reread the story like 3 times to try understand him, but I still don’t get him 😅

hi angel, sorry for the late reply. life has been crazy lately & i finally managed to find some time to reply to you ✨ don’t worry at all, it makes perfect sense!

as from the moment oc resigns, it is slowly described how jk has been feeling and how things between oc and him are not going well. i tried to subtly describe it so it doesn’t come out of nowhere, it’s really little sentences here and there but it grows. the resignation of oc is what makes everything blow up, and the day after she resigns, he cries in her arms saying that everything isn’t going well & that scene ends up with this: “He closes his eyes. His life is falling apart in front of his eyes, everything is out of control. Of his control. The only thing secure is his daughter. All the rest is simply overwhelming. Too overwhelming. He needs a break from the world. Even one from you.”

What i tried to explain throughout this part is that having her back in his life messed up with him in a way he didn’t realize at first but slowly started to show with his behaviour. then, things happened in his life (an issue at the company, oc resigning) and he simply feels powerless, he feels like he doesn’t know what to do. it’s then that he realized things & he acted a bit not in a good way but at least, he took a step back to not make things worse.

in the end, he’s not blaming her directly for things. he’s simply thinking that before she came back he was able to quickly solve issues but now that she’s here it’s harder. but it’s to depict how bad he’s feeling. my purpose was to slowly build things so nothing is surprising in the end but maybe it isn’t done well 🤷🏻‍♀️
