Art Of PCs With Surviving NPCs From An MtAs One-shot I've Storytelled A Few Months Ago. My Brain Exploded

Art of PCs with surviving NPCs from an MtAs one-shot I've storytelled a few months ago. My brain exploded while I was trying to figure out MtAs rules, but we had a ton of fun. As a proof, here is a list of things my dear PCs achieved:

- Reached a good ending, saved the city from ghost invasion, helped with reunion of brother, sister and their ghostly grand-grand-grand-uncle (see in the upper right corner)

- Instead of running away from Technocracy went with them willingly. Technocrats were shocked. I was shocked. PCs proceeded to behave in a "I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me!" manner.

- Helped an NWO agent get free from nephandic influence in his life and convinced him to switch sides for the Cult of Ecstasy (Upper left corner, the guy in question is the one with dark shades – old habits die hard. The grandpa in the middle is PC, the girl on the right is another Ecstatic).

- Were saved from Room 101 by Nephandus. They didn't know his affiliation at the moment, but the fact still stands.

- Helped another NWO agent with getting rid of his evil nephandic ex. Saved another few technocrats from being hurt by Nephandi. Had a reluctant alliance. Were let go in peace after Nephandi had been dealt with, because the amalgam my PCs mostly interacted with are losers, but they are grateful-for-PCs-help losers. See lower-right corner for losers /affectionately.

- Yeeted a wolf in space (he was evil).

- Saved a sparrow. It was an important plot point, actually.

- The girl on the right in the lower left corner (yeah) got a hold of an Euthanathoi cult. I mean, she's a Euthanathoi herself, so it makes sense. But it was a huge growing step for her.

- Made quite a bit of friends among wraiths in the local library.

Yeah, the one-shot was really goofy and I was storytelling technocrats as basically clowns (in my defence, they were low-ranking and unprepared for everything that went down) and I pretty sure I messed the rules up even if I have 0 idea where. BUT. We had a lot of fun. And that's all I needed from this silly story.

I Have A Story About Species Who Exist Sorely To Rebuild Worlds After Local Apocalypses, Giving Life

I have a story about species who exist sorely to rebuild worlds after local apocalypses, giving life there a new start, before dying. Creatures keeping the circle together, y'know?

Here is a girl who has somehow survived apocalypse of her world, and one of such creatures who has kinda adopted her. Also this creature is a special case, since they have rebuilt many dead worlds instead of just one they were meant to. That's why in creature's society, if you can even call it that (creatures are very, very solitary beings) this one is a criminal.

By the way, girl goes by Survivor (very on the nose, she likes it that way). And she also likes naming things, so she named the creature Agglutination, honouring not the biological one, but psychological. As far as I'm concerned, this term doesn't exist in English with the meaning I'm about to cite, but in my native language agglutination means, among many other things, the process of glueing together different concepts while fantasizing.

I'm studying clinical psychology, yeah :D

So, A Bit Of Disclaimer. This Is A Beast The Primordial OC. He Is Based On A Rewrite Of Original Game.

So, a bit of disclaimer. This is a Beast the Primordial OC. He is based on a rewrite of original game. I love the idea of making characters out of something that scares me, I've done it since childhood and it has always felt therapeutic. It's a direction I'm going in with this guy, for example. And it really is a shame that a gameline that could have given me a game made for this was partially written by a messed up person. I do not support him, his actions, or his ideas, obviously. That's why, once again, I'll be using a rewrite.

Having said that, here is Eric vibing in his native reality, sort of custom-made dream (or, more precisely, nightmare) called Lair in game's term. I've also put a doodle with Eric's design under the cut.

Eric is based on fear of exposure, but in an indirect way: he is dedicated to the time, when I, thanks to the religious household I grew up in, was terrified that someone was hearing my thoughts, no matter how terrible and sinful or not. That's what Eric is all about.

His Lair, for example, has a trait where anything one thinks in there is automatically said out loud. Which does mean that Eric has heard some really weird, to put it lightly, things, and sometimes he gets psychic damage while trying to scare someone to feed from their fears. But actually this experience is slowly teaching Eric not to be scared of accidental thoughts, even weird or "sinful", and especially not to stigmatize people based on their intrusive thoughts, because words and actions speak louder and mean much more.

May I Interest You In My Fast Doodles With Potential Sinner OCs, Which Were Made Ridiculously Early In

May I interest you in my fast doodles with potential sinner OCs, which were made ridiculously early in the game while I haven't known anything? Yeah, these two need a redesign and a rewrite... My goal for the near future is to finally get into lcb properly and rework them.

Anyways, here are Winston from 1984 and Ted from IHNAIMS... I thought about how in 1984 love was a huge deal and how it got messed up and replaced in, ironically, Ministry of Love; and then I thought about how in IHNAIMS hate was a huge deal (AM's monologue, do I need to say anything else?), and this weird duo was born in my head.

But yeah, this is probably pretty bad in terms of canonical designs and designs in general pft. So expect a redesign later, hopefully. I just wanted to post them like this for now 😌

❗kinda creepy (shadows with eyes, distorted people, fun stuff)❗

More Delta Green OCs doodles! Starting with agent Ardour. He's got a golden retriever energy and no clue about what's going on, which is probably good for him.

Kinda Creepy (shadows With Eyes, Distorted People, Fun Stuff)

A sudden crossover. My MTAs OC, codename Tulip, and my DG OC, codename Daisy, swapped clothes. If you know about World of Darkness in general and Mage the Ascension specifically, first of all, I'm sorry /j, and second, I feel like guys from Technocratic Union and guys from Delta Green would have a lot in common to talk about. Like being agents of messed up organisations which are protecting common people from supernatural and don't get even a bit of acknowledgement for it. Do you see the vision? They would understand each other so well.

Kinda Creepy (shadows With Eyes, Distorted People, Fun Stuff)

Daisy and Wilt, an FBI agent and a psychiatrist respectively. They have quite a sad dynamic, since both of them get what's going on the most out of their group, but they fundamentally disagree on whenever or not Delta Green is actually doing any good. Wilt desperately searches for a way to go rogue, while Daisy is pretty loyal to the Program, since she doesn't see any other choice.

I also feel like Wilt is pretty much doomed by narrative, he's slowly getting corrupted by cosmic horrors, and Daisy sees it, and she contemplates whether she should end Wilt or not quite a bit. She likes him (platonically), she'd hate to see him go, but like... She should probably stop him before he gets dangerous... And Wilt knows that Daisy is thinking about this, but still hangs out with the group, because he believes he can still figure out a way to abandon the Program and survive. And Daisy knows he thinks this. So yeah. They understand each other perfectly, and yet they disagree and are constantly waiting for other to try and end them. Tragic.

Btw, don't worry about cosmic horrors, I feel like if Wilt's life would end, it'll happen while he is still relatively sane. Though is it really better this way? I'll let you judge.

Kinda Creepy (shadows With Eyes, Distorted People, Fun Stuff)

Shitty comic about Wilt getting replaced by a mimic or something. Daisy usually pretends to be "stupid blonde" since that way people (and not people) think she's harmless, which helps with missions most of the time, and she tries extra hard whenever the group encounters supernatural. Mirk usually doesn't see through Daisy's facade and is unable to grasp how this lady who was really competent just a minute ago now seemingly doesn't see what's going on in front of her. This ends up in some wacky situations. Yay.

Kinda Creepy (shadows With Eyes, Distorted People, Fun Stuff)
Kinda Creepy (shadows With Eyes, Distorted People, Fun Stuff)

Mimic assuming Wilt's form and Mimic assuming Mirk's form. The mimic is pretty goofy, because I adore goofy antagonists who are still really dangerous, and protagonists have to kinda humiliate themselves a bit by taking such dorks seriously.

Kinda Creepy (shadows With Eyes, Distorted People, Fun Stuff)

If you're here, thanks for reading through. Have a random fact: Daisy says "oopsie-daisy" insted of swearing when it's appropriate 😌

Have a nice day!

I Have A Lot Of OCs Loosely (or Not) Related To "1984" By George Orwell. They Are Incredibly Bad In Terms

I have a lot of OCs loosely (or not) related to "1984" by George Orwell. They are incredibly bad in terms of conveying the horrors™, but they are interesting to think about. That's all I need. Afterall, I feel like Orwell has conveyed the horrors™ pretty well already.

Some more info under the cut.

From left to right, we have:

- Winston, a Limbus company OC. I'm powering through the game right now, it's right up my alley, I'm so glad my friend talked me into it. I still have to catch-up with all the lore and storyline, so I won't talk about Winston much, he's still a work in progress in a way. All I'll say is that he has a pet rat, formerly a lab rat, which he named "Big Brother". This is pretty fucked up reference, yeah, but I have an explanation in-universe. Besides, I like converting the horrors to something silly. This helps me cope, y'know?

- George, OC from an original setting. Okay, if I'm being honest, he was a BSD OC at first, but that was in the past, and he was a very different person then. Now he's a protagonist of a utopian (?) world, where the AI watching over it makes anything to make everyone happy... Which means that people being upset is treated kinda like people being sick and in dire need of a cure. In this world, three boys, George, Ray, and Evgeny, all named after authors of famous distopias (I'm so sneaky with my references /sarcasm) just want to be able to grieve over their personal tragedies in peace.

- Eric and Julia, my OCs for Beast the Primordial's rewrite. I've talked about Eric a bit in one of previous posts, as for Julia, well, she's a Hero to Eric's Beast, however, she doesn't enjoy being wrapped up in the narrative of the Dreaming (which is what happening with Heroes in BtP rewrite), so in-between fighting with Eric (since that is the whole reason she exists) she tries to sustain a semi-friendly relationship with him. They both try to.
