OKAY SO a week ago or sumn like that I saw this movie on amazon (js the cover) called 'I saw the TV glow' and so I looked at it and in my head I was like 'damn it'd be cool if alex G played songs in that, we're all going to the worlds fair vibes' AND ITS SO FUNNY BC THE NEXT DAY/NIGHT I WAS SEARCHING UP ALEX G AND IT ONE OF THE SEARCHES WAS 'alex g i saw the tv glow' WHICH IMPLIES HE MADE MUSIC FOR IT SO OBV I WAS FREAKING OUT LMAO, ANYWAY ITS SO MUCH FUNNIER BECAUSE WHEN I WATCHED IT (i watched it today, also its a really great movie with many meanings I would 100% reccomend if you are trans(im not) or have struggled with mental health issues or overcoming relationship/friendship obstacles n stuff) BECAUSE I LITERALLY FOUND OUT IT WAS MADE BY THE PEOPLE WHO MADE 'we're all going to the worlds fair' ANNYWAY LIKE ITS SO COOL N SUCH A COINCIDENCE?? THE POWER OF AN ALEX G FAN RAAAA SPOILERS ISH: Srsly though the movie is really great and it has alot of ways to be interpreted, I relate to it because I interpreted it to be like, afraid of what you are, knowing but not knowing and always questioning, always afraid and paranoid, dettached from reality and you have someone who knows, someone who has a way to escape and they offer you help, but youre so unsure of it, because you've been taught otherwise your entire life so you deny the chance you get to escape your own nightmare, and you keep looking back and eventually everything catches up to you and you just question it all, idk, thats how I interpret it, ME, personally. I know thats not the point but I feel like there can be many 'points.' I felt like the constellation scene was heavily metaphoric, I'm not gonna dive into it rn but def later. quotes I made "People are scared of death because they're not certain what'll happen after, but was there ever any certainty?" She was sneaking out to firewalk, cussing out david, and when you play two truths or a lie, if you pick 'I hate science' as a lie, Rachel talks about her not having good grades because 'Blackwell doesn't inspire your best work,' or some shit like that, meaning Chloe already had bad grades and a bad attitude before she even talked to rachel. Rachel isn't the only one at fault, and people need to understand that she was also going through her own shit. It's so weird how people glorify when Chloe literally talks max into SNEAKING INTO BLACKWELL itself. Meanwhile when Rachel ASKS Chloe to skip school, all the sudden everyone is like 'OMG NO SHES SUCH A BAD INFLUENCE OMG.' like yeah, sure she is but so is Chloe. Yes, (again), it was heavily implied that Rachel was a devil in disguise, (idk how else to describe it lmao), based on the scene where Chloe falls asleep in her dad's car at the junkyard, dreaming, and her dad says something like 'fire is beautiful, but dangerous.' or something like that, but Chloe wasn't all that good either. I'm so sick of people glorifying her actions. Rachel loved Chloe, she didn't just use her. They had a genuine, two-way relationship. (THIS IS NOT CHLOE SLANDER I LITERALLY LOVE HER, HER ACTIONS WEREN'T BAD IM JUST MAD BECUZ PPL KEEP SAYING SHES SO BADASS WHILE RACHELS JUST A BAD PERSON? warning : lots of yapping, read at ur own risk (please do) okay so my parents went on a silly vacation to this like resort kinda for 3 days (its only like 15 minutes away so they come back everyday to check up on the animals and stuff,) and before they left we went shopping for groceries and I got lunchables (2), and then I ate one the day the left, and the day after I had one left over, so my parents came home in like the morning to do wtv, and then they left, so I did things (watched lis gameplays) etc etc, and then I was hugnry so I looked 4 my last lunchable, and I was like erm what the sigma where is it, I deep dived throguhout the entire fridge becuz i wanted to find my damn lunchable, so like I thought my brother ate it so I got mad asf at him but then I got mad at myself for being mad at him because I didn't even know if he took it or not, so after like one or two autistic breakdowns later I found out my fookin (wonderful) mom took it when she left. which is hella(lis ref??) weird becuz I specifically remember seeing it in the fridge after she left..idk man..its weird oh I forgot to include I was also more pissed at my brother because we also had hot pockets and I couldn't find them (they were right infront of me I just couldnt see the label so I was confused) so I thought my brother also ate those so I got even mroe pissed(and sad)..it was baaad
