For anyone who has been in panic (like myself) of this change, there is a way to get your art back and save it to your computer. Yoruyorurin wrote a guide on how to get your cloud saves back. According to the program it stated that I have used 17gb of cloud storage, I was panicking over the fact that I lost years worth of ideas over paywall. DO NOT USE MEDIBANG OR JUMPAIT!!!

I have been a user of Medibang and Jump Paint for years and they have just crossed the line within 24 hours.

Up til yesterday they have informed everyone who used them that there would be a scheduled maintenance to fix and repair bugs. After the maintenance it was revealed that it wasn't a simple maintenance it was a complete revamp.

Artist including myself were now faced with a HUGE PROBLEM.

We try and access our art on the cloud that we were kinda tricked/forced to use and we are told "You have exceeded your cloud storage. Please update to our premium plan to access your project".

Many including myself were confused and looked at our profiles to discover a new feature showing how much cloud storage we had. Everyone discovered that now the company will only allow 3 GB of cloud storage for free. So many of us were already at 6 GB or others 11 GB some more.

They wont let us have our art now unless we pay them for a premium plan.

ALL OF MY WORK IS ON THAT CLOUD.

I am not sorry to say I WILL NOT BE GIVING ANY PAYMENT to this company not even my time. I WILL be getting MY art back and I will not be paying for my own work. To me this is THEFT.

Even if they fix this problem I will not continue with them. There was no warning they will not help you. All they do is say upgrade to our premium plan.

Who is to say down the road they wont pull this again?

If I am going to spend money on a program it will be with one that wont STEAL and KEEP MY ARTWORK HOSTAGE!
