Meet our Chef de Cuisine - Heather Roberson Born and raised in San Myshuno, chef Heather Roberson began her career at the renowned L'atelier restaurant in the uptown district of San My, working under the guidance of esteemed chef Joël Rebuchin. Committed to exploring new techniques, Heather embarked on a five-year working tour throughout Selvadorada and Tomarang, sampling her way through different regional flavours and immersing herself in the essentials of regional cuisine, both traditional and cutting-edge. Green Hill at Bagley Barns is the expansion of all of Heather’s endeavours, a project close to her heart that she focuses all her creativity into, which guests can sense in each meal. Heather has now been head chef at Green Hill for over 8 years and it is due to her vision of creative and innovative cuisine, Green Hill was awarded 2 Simelin stars in the past 4 consecutive years. What is your favourite flavour of ice cream?
I would actually say lemon, but in the ice cream store where I work the lemon ice cream is way too sweet for me. We have a vegan very dark, rich, and creamy chocolate ice cream and I would almost say that's my favorite. But if there's coffee flavoured ice cream, I can hardly resist! 🍋🍦

Sul Sul from Malcolm (I finally captured him on Polaroid) - the man at my heiress Leandra's side. During the day, he's up to his knees in the tall brambles that gave the area around their little farm its name - Bramblewood - trying to grow fruit and vegetables. 🍓
Apparently an art that needs to be learned. Malcolm may not come from a wealthy, respected family like his wife Leandra, but he knows just as little about gardening and farming as she does. He has spent his life so far among books, old manuscripts and obscure artifacts of unknown origin. Sometimes, when he lies awake at night because the buzzing of mosquitoes in his bedroom won't let him fall asleep, he misses this life.
But only out here, where no one knows who they are or where they come from, can Malcolm and Leandra be together. Only here can they be who they want to be, even if that means mucking out the cowshed every day, chasing slugs off the vegetables, and having legs full of mosquito bites and arms full of sunburn. But what is Malcolm actually running away from? What is the secret he is hiding? And will the neighbors from Henford on Bagley perhaps find out in time?
Malcolm is terrified that this could happen and could even end up putting his wife and their little baby in danger.
However, until then, he will keep up the facade of a simple country man, harvesting vegetables, driving to the market, chatting with the locals about the weather and the harvest, and pretending to be one of them.
Stay tuned! đź’š
