~ manifesting an sp

thought i’d post on how i manifest SPs since I am manifesting a new one rn, literally starting today.

i have manifested an SP successfully similarly to this (same SP multiple times, currently not manifesting this old SP).

1. create a playlist

— with songs that remind me of my SP, of their vibe / the vibe that I imagine our relationship has or songs that remind me of our encounters and interactions.

2. create the new story

— this step i missed before and it was a mistake, so now i’m fixing that, how do you want your sp to be like? how do you want them to view you? well, you can make a list (like i do) or keep it simply in your head, now that’s the idea that we keep, we let go of the unfavourable version of your sp, that version is outdated, the new one is in.

3. affirming

— i have a really old list of sp affs, there’s like 20 at least, so i will probably be inspired by those and pick a couple affs i like, i like to focus on one thing so i will pick about 2-3 affs for specific stuff such as their personality & their feelings towards me. for me it would look like affirming: “he’s so kind & loving” “we’re in a healthy relationship” “he’s so in love with me and he shows it” “he is my perfect person and i am his.” and so on… i also recommend affirming for self concept, so affirming you are loved, you deserve the best always, you manifest easily, that manifesting is easy, that sp is easy to manifest etc.

4. subliminals

— i like to include subs when i manifest, i listen to them sometimes when falling asleep and asleep or just when i’m doing something like scrolling on tumblr. i listen to all sorts of sp subs, honestly whatever you want to do, i like to listen to subs that re-affirm he’s into me or that he gives me princess treatment.

5. just know

— letting go of the 3d is often hard, but you have to remind yourself whenever you doubt that 3d looks to you for validation not you to the 3d, remind yourself there is shit going on behind the scenes, remind yourself they are in love or your friend or anything you fucking want.

REMINDER!!!

all those steps are optional, this is just how i PERSONALLY manifest my SPs, you can take one step and leave the other.

I love how he's OBSESSED with me!! He has been texting me abt how much of a mistake it was to leave me and that no other woman could ever make him happy as much as I do. He has been STALKING all my socials and asks me for a picture of my beautiful face ALMOST EVERY HOUR ! We're both so lucky we have eachother. 💓
