Superb lighting here. His coloration gives me the impression that he's a dolphin-merman, though, which is not a fish.

His name is Kaamil and he’s a super spoiled prince/god thing that likes tigers and jewelry.

I made, once upon a time, a merman character based on a betta (fighting fish). How I would have loved to have this illustration then to portray him.

I also like the speargun he's brandishing. It's not often I see merfolk armed with (relatively) modern weapons.
