I freaking love the idea that Bakugou needs hearing aids it makes so much sense too! Him doing explosives all the time it makes total sense! I could love to see more art for this concept!!!!

i actually draw bakugou with hearing aids in all my art ^^

my headcanon is he’s not entirely deaf- he can definitely hear enough for him to read lips if he’s not wearing the hearing aids but they make it easier for him. but in no means doesn’t bakugou feel it is a weakness

deku is aware because he kind of saw the progression of it and tried his best to learn JSL/ASL for bakugou because he cares about him

In the comic, bakugou isn’t crying because he’s feeling insecure about his hearing , it’s more of a “deku is trying to one up me ?????” but getting overwhelmed when he can’t pick up on the words dekus yelling at him. just more of a bakugou is a crybaby when it comes to deku and deku is always so sweet :’)

anyway! sorry for the long answer! :D i’m very passionate about this headcanon!! i plan on doing more comics about it but more so just sheinanigans
