you hurry out of the car and stand next to seungcheol, "ch-eol, please tell me this isn't mi-ngyu's car..." you cried out.

seungcheol peaks his head at the car and sees that no one is in there, then his eyes wander around the area and sees wonwoo, mingyu, vernon, and your kids sitting on the curb.

"they're right there, y/n..." you see them and start running towards them. tears are pouring out of your eyes as you tackle the three men.

"oh thank god you guys are okay. nari and kyun come here!" you say opening up your arms. arms quickly wrap around your figure and once you pull away, you can see some blood all over mingyu and nari. you softly wipe mingyu's face with your top and rub dab the blood off of nari's neck.

"y/n, we need to talk about ******... none of us are safe anymore."

"you think i don't know that, wonwoo? i know that we aren't safe anymore."

"y/n! us five almost died, ***** almost killed us.”

“...it was his car from high school..."

seungcheol wrapped an arm around your waist and stares at wonwoo, "woo, let's please talk about this at my parent's home. please."

all of you pile into seungcheol's car and drove to his parent's home. it was scarely quiet, even your kids weren’t crying...

he parked far from his parent's home but as you all walked there, a flood of emotions flow through your body. you start hyperventilating while everyone else was ahead of you. your legs start shaking and you kneel onto the ground to try and catch your breath.

"y/n! where are you?", you can hear vernon's voice and nari's cries...

it made you even more emotional and even dizzy...

vernon finally sees your figure on the sidewalk, he rushes to you and picks you up. your head feels extremely light and you can't seem to move your limbs but your hearing seemed to be heightened. your ears focused on your kids and their cries for you...

you couldn't help but cry even more because you can't comfort them

"guys, i found y/n... she's not okay."

your body laid limp on a bed that wasn't familiar, a cold towel was pressed onto your forehead and your eyes slowly open. you were greeted with your kids cuddled up around you, "mom-my... please wake up..." you hear kyun's soft voice and you cooed as a reply.

nari and kyun sit up and presses your face with kisses, you have never felt so happy to be with your kids.

suddenly the door opens and seungcheol's mother comes in, "y/n-ah... i'm glad you're awake, it's time for dinner!" you slowly sit up and took a deep breath. you hesitately plant your feet on the ground and slowly stood up but your knees gave out. "ms. choi, can you help me?" you pleaded.

she rushes towards your figure and wraps an around your waist. you slowly walk towards the dining room with ms. choi. everyone's eyes are on you and your eyes were tracing the patterns on the floor instead of meeting your eyes with others.

your bottom hits the chair and food is slowly places in front of you, mr. choi clears his throat and your eyes shot up at him and smile. "thank you mr and mrs choi for letting us come in at a short amount of time. i'm sorry if we created any discrepancies..." both of them smile at you and looks into your eyes, "of course, y/n. i hear about your problem and it sounds very dangerous..."

you sigh to yourself and nod, "i'm just worried for others, if i'm being honest. your son, mingyu, wonwoo, vernon, and even my kids... they don't deserve this, maybe i do." you reply while staring at your food. you can feel the guilt from the chois, suddenly mrs. choi grabs your hand and gives you a reassuring look. "these men in your life will protect you, we know seungcheol well enough and i am for certain he will protect you till the end of time." you give sly smile and finish your food.

wonwoo walks into the dining room and looks at you, his eyes showed fear and sadness... something you never really saw in him.

"wonwoo, wait." you say as you shot up and practically limp towards him. his hand meets your waist and walks you into the room with others. he lays your figure onto mingyu's lap, his arms wrap around your torso and hums softly. it brought a sense of comfort to you.

"guys, i'm sorry. i knew i shouldn't have talked about *****... it led us to this..."

"y/n stop it. as long as you, nari, and kyun are safe then we are okay."

"he almost killed you, vernon! i didn't want this for you guys, i didn't want him to come back into our lives, i didn't need this. not after all i went through... wonwoo is right, we just aren't safe anymore... my family and i aren't safe anymore but i have a feeling i know what he wants..."

wonwoo interjects, "y/n no, you're not going to him."

"woo, he wants to see me. i know it.”
