Takeshi & Keisuke - Falling Into My Heart

Takeshi & Keisuke - Falling Into My Heart

• Takeshi Nakazato x Reader x Keisuke Takahashi | Love Triangle | (Keisuke's Ending Here!) | (Takeshi's Ending Here!) • Word Count: 10,671. • Synopsis: In which the life long best friend of a certain GT-R racer holds hidden feelings for him but his sudden interest in Shingo's childhood friend leaves her feeling sad and jealous, which doesn't go unnoticed by a blonde FD racer who, after spending time with her, both start to gain feelings for each other. Will the girl end up choosing her best friend, or the blonde she had also come to love?

➽───────────────❥

Takeshi and (Y/N) have known each other since their first year in elementary school. They have been stuck together like glue ever since. However, when they both started high school, (Y/N) fell for Takeshi pretty hard. She was too nervous and scared to talk to him about it, in fear that he wouldn't feel the same. Even so, she still stuck by him and kept her true feelings to herself. Their lives continued on like normal, except for one small little detail. A detail that (Y/N) does not know about, nor has it yet happened.

Takeshi's taken interest in Sayuki from Impact Blue. Will this be the little push she needs to confess her feelings to her best friend, or will she come to accept they will be nothing more than that and move on to loving someone else?

--------

"Hey, Takeshi?"

"What's up?" he glanced at (Y/N) before focusing back on the GT-R's engine.

"Who are these Emperor guys we're going to see tonight?" (Y/N) asked curiously as she sat on some spare tires in the garage.

"Their team consists of only Lan-Evos. They go around prefectures to race against the local teams on their home courses. My best guess is that they want to prove they're the superior team and above others. It's like they have an Evo complex and have to be the best. They already beat our ass on Myogi. One of the guys has a knack for taking the opponent's sticker, cutting it, then putting it on his car's wing upside down. He's got ours added to his collection too." Takeshi explained with an annoyed expression.

"Well, someone will beat them eventually. Maybe the 8-6 will tonight! That'll teach them." (Y/N) hopefully exclaimed.

He nodded in agreement and said, "If Fujiwara can't beat them, I don't know who can. That kid is unnatural."

As Takeshi continued working on the R32, him and (Y/N) made small talk, and she occasionally handed him tools and various parts he needed for the car. She had spaced out at some point and thought of telling Takeshi how she felt about him, but it doesn't feel like the right time yet. Takeshi noticed she looked like she wanted to say something but kept reconsidering.

"Something on your mind?" he nudged her shoulder. He played around with some parts on the table that stood next to the tires she is sitting on.

"Uh, not really. Just thinking." (Y/N) shook her head a bit. Takeshi raised an eyebrow and looked at her unconvinced.

"You know you can talk to me about anything."

"Yeah, I know. I'm just trying to figure this out for myself first, then I'll tell you." The tone of her voice made it clear she finally decided on what to do. Takeshi smiled to himself and shook his head lightly. She's a stubborn one when she wants to be.

"Hey, do you know what time it is?" he questioned as he moved over to the black GT-R.

"Time for you to get a watch, mister." (Y/N) smirked when he gave her an unimpressed expression. She checked her phone.

"Six-thirty."

"Thanks. Do you want to grab a bite to eat before we head over to Akina?"

"Ooh, yeah, I'm starving." Nodding eagerly, she stood up and stretched.

"Good, let's head out. I just finished." Closing the hood of the car, he grabbed the keys. (Y/N) clapped and skipped to the outside of the garage. Takeshi got in and backed the car out. She closed the garage door and hopped into the passenger seat. Once settled, they left Takeshi's place and headed out.

--------

They talked along the way, making the trip fly by a lot faster. Pulling into a small restaurant, they got out of the 3-2 and went inside. As the two of them ordered and ate their food, they talked about cars and races. A typical topic to talk about for car enthusiasts if you ask me.

(Y/N) checked the time on her phone again. "Hey, Tak, it's 8:15. Should we head up to Akina?"

He nodded and put his drink down. "Sure. I'm ready when you are." Both getting up at the same time, the paid for the food at the counter then left. Back in the 3-2, they headed for Akina. On the way up, a lot of people were already there on the sidelines. It was almost a never-ending wall of people. I guess these Emperor guys are popular. Especially since the 8-6 is racing them.

Staring out the passenger window as her thoughts rolled around in her head, she thought about what these Lan-Evo guys were like and if Fujiwara would win. Soon enough, Takeshi and (Y/N) reached the top of Akina. The Emperors were already there and the 8-6... was not.

Maybe he likes to show up fashionably late on purpose. (Y/N) smiled a bit in amusement. She noticed all the other local teams came to watch as well. The rest of the NightKids, the SpeedStars, and even the RedSuns. Takeshi parked the car next to his team and they both got out.

"Hey guys." He greeted his team and they did the same in return. (Y/N) hung around the guys for while just listening to their conversations. Sometime later, Shingo came around with a girl following him. He exchanged some words with the team before introducing her.

"This is Sayuki. She's a childhood friend of mine." He nodded his head in her direction.

"Hi there." She smiled to the guys and it made (Y/N) feel uneasy. She was wearing a tight tank top, short skirt, and heels as well.

"Uh, hey." Takeshi slightly raised a hand and had a small blush on his cheeks. As everyone else was talking with Sayuki, (Y/N) couldn't shake the feeling of something. What was it? She doesn't know. All she knows is she doesn't like the reaction Takeshi had.

What if he ends up liking her? Surely, he can't be interested in someone who's that adamant for attention. She would just go around and play him when she gets bored. (Y/N)'s expression turned to a slight frown as she let her thoughts run rampant. The more and more she thought about this girl, the more of that feeling she got. Is she jealous? (Y/N) never gets jealous; or so she thought.

She brought her gaze to Takeshi. He wasn't blushing anymore, but he was definitely looking at Sayuki with what appears to be interest. Feeling a tap on his shoulder, Takeshi looked over to (Y/N).

"What's up? Are you alright?" he noticed the expression she wore.

"I'm okay, just a bit bored. I'm going to go look at some other cars here and talk with some friends for a little while." She spoke.

"Okay, you know where I'll be." Takeshi smiled and gave her a side hug. She smiled and returned the hug before heading off. (Y/N) slowly made her way around looking at cars she's only really seen from far away. She eventually made her way to her friends in the SpeedStars. Looks like Fujiwara showed up already.

"Hi guys." She waved to the four guys.

"Why hello there, lovely lady, how are you this fine evening?" Itsuki said first with a grin on his face.

"I'm alright. How are you guys doing?"

"We're good, just nervous about the race. These Emperor guys aren't playing around." Kenji said with a worried expression. As (Y/N) talked with the guys, Takumi was completely spaced out with that blank look on his face.

I wish I could do that to pass the time quickly. She thought to herself. She eventually parted ways with the SpeedStars and went back to the NightKids. Halfway through walking back she noticed how intrigued Takeshi was. Her face went sullen and she decided to walk somewhere else.

She went to a guardrail and sat down, facing the road and everyone else. Bringing her legs up to her chest, she rested her chin on her knees. I figured this would happen at some point. All because I'm too scared to tell Takeshi I like him. Now he is finding someone he seems interested in and what can I do about it? I don't want to ruin anything for him; I'd hate myself if I did that. But I don't want him with anyone else, as selfish as that sounds. She glared at Sayuki as she mentally talked to herself. She was too distracted doing that and didn't realize someone walked up to her.

"Hey." (Y/N) was nudged on the shoulder with something. Looking to her right she saw a good-looking guy with spiky, dirty blonde hair holding a small can of coffee out to her.

"Hi." She brought her gaze to his meet his.

"Coffee? You look like you could use it." He motioned it towards her a little more.

"Uh, sure. Thank you." (Y/N) took the can and opened it. Isn't he from the RedSuns? He looks familiar. As if the man could read her mind, he spoke.

"I'm Keisuke Takahashi, I'm with the Akagi RedSuns." He sat down next to her and held his hand out. Ah-huh, so it is him. (Y/N) took his hand and shook it.

"I'm (Y/N) (L/N). I have no car or a team so, I don't race." She replied awkwardly and he chuckled.

"I see that. You came with Nakazato, right?" Keisuke took a sip of his coffee.

"Yeah." She answered shortly, remembering what she was jealous of and took a sip of coffee as well.

"You look like you're planning someone's death. Is it his, or the chick he's talking with?"

This guy read through (Y/N) like a book. "As of right now, hers. The way she's dressed and looking at him makes me uneasy. I don't like it." Resting her chin back on her knees, (Y/N) stares at the girl with such intensity she could burst into flames. I wish she would right now.

"Are you and Nakazato dating?" Keisuke questioned with a raised eyebrow.

I wish.

"No, we're not. We've been best friends since elementary school and have stuck together ever since," she paused for a moment, "But now... I think that might start to fade." Her voice cracked and her eyes began to get watery with tears. Taking in a deep breath to calm herself down, (Y/N) felt an arm wrap around her shoulder and give it a comforting squeeze.

She tilted her head enough to see Keisuke through her hair. He had a sympathetic expression as he looked down at her then it changed to an annoyed one when he looked towards Takeshi. He kept quiet, rubbing her arm in an up and downward motion comfortingly. The two of them sat together, drinking their coffee in silence.

The race between Takumi and Emperor had already started was nearly finished. (Y/N) and Keisuke finished their coffee as someone announced that Takumi had won the battle. Some people cheered and others did not. Everyone started to head home now that it was over.

Keisuke was the first to stand and held his hand out for (Y/N). Taking it, he helped her up.

"Thanks." She gave him a small smile and he did the same.

"Mhmm."

"I'm going to head back. Thank you for the hanging out – and the coffee." She added.

"Yeah, no problem (Y/N). I'm sure things will work itself out for you." He gave her a nod and went back to his car and team. She nodded to herself as she walked over to Takeshi.

Only he wasn't there; none of his team was either. He's gone? He left already? Stopping in her tracks, surprise plastered on her features as her eyes glistened with sadness.

"Keisuke." Ryosuke nudged him.

"Yeah?" he looked to his brother who was pointing behind him. Keisuke turned around and saw (Y/N) standing in place. She was staring where Nakazato is- well, was. Where the hell is he? He didn't actually leave her here, did he? He looked around for the black GT-R, but it was nowhere to be found. What the hell? The bastard actually did.

Keisuke let out an angry "Hmph" and got into his yellow FD, starting it up. He drove over to (Y/N), rolling down his driver side window. "Hey." (Y/N) slowly turned her head to look at him. "Hop in; I'll take you home." Keisuke softened his tone. She nodded absentmindedly; her shoulders drooping as she walked to the other side of the car. Passing in front of the headlights, her sad features and glassy tears were illuminated by the light for a moment.

The passenger door opened with a soft click and she got in. (Y/N) was careful not to slam it shut, then buckled herself in quietly. Keisuke pulled out onto the road and followed it down the mountain pass.

--------

The car ride was silent, minus the occasional turbo whistles coming from the FD. As they neared the bottom of the pass, Keisuke was almost too nervous to ask for directions to get (Y/N) home, but she piped up when they reached the first stop light.

"Right." Keisuke turned. "Go straight for a while." He continued on and they drove through the outskirts of Shibukawa until they got to Nakajuku, the city Takeshi and (Y/N) lived in. It's almost in the middle of all the major places like Myogi, Akina, and Shibukawa.

"Left at this light." (Y/N) suddenly spoke and Keisuke almost jumped. The light turned green and he turned the corner. "Right at the first road then another right into the apartment complex." She said quietly, but it was loud enough to hear clearly. Keisuke pulled the car into the complex and his first thought when his headlights lit up the building was: It looks a bit shabby and in bad condition. It's small as hell, too.

"Thank you, Keisuke." (Y/N) hesitated a moment before saying his name, like she was going to say Takeshi out of habit. She unbuckled herself and got out of the FD.

"Wait! Uh, here, take this." He reached into the glovebox and grabbed a small piece of paper and a pen, scribbling something down. He handed it to (Y/N) and said, "If you need anything, call me." He smiled reassuringly. She returned the smile with a soft one and took the paper. Keisuke stayed until he saw her walk through her apartment door safely, before backing out and leaving.

--------

"So, Takeshi. How would you personally want to ask her out?" Sayuki took a sip of her coffee.

"I don't know, really. There's a lot of ways I'd do it, but I at least want to do it in some kind of nice setting, I suppose. That's why I'm asking you. I know (Y/N) pretty damn well but I don't know what she'd like for this kind of thing." Takeshi drummed his finger on the table as he explained.

"Well, for me and a lot of girls, we do like romantic settings. Of course, we all have different preferences on how we define romantic. Normally, you would think of a fancy restaurant or a walk on the beach, but she might find a road trip or street race to be her vision of romantic." He nodded and thought about what Sayuki was telling him.

You would think I'd know exactly what (Y/N) likes, but this is a little nerve-racking. What if I mess something up or it's not up to her expectation of a perfect date? Hell, what if she doesn't want to date me at all and just stay as friends?

Sayuki snapped her fingers in front of Takeshi, pulling him from his thoughts. "Earth to Takeshi, are you even listening? Do you want advice or not?" Leaning back, she crossed her arms.

"Yeah, sorry. Just thinking of possibilities."

"How about this, why don't you take her out places? Dedicate a weekend to go somewhere different, see new things, go out for food, then ask her out. Pay attention to her expressions and tone of voice. You'll know she's happy when you see it. If she's having a great time and likes being around you for this sort of thing, I'm sure she'd love to go out with you. Popping the question after everything you two did would make her day."

"Yeah. That actually sounds rather good. I like that, a lot." Sighing a bit in relief, he now had a good idea of how to ask her out. Now all I need is to figure out what (Y/N) would want to do for a weekend. Maybe go to Tokyo? "I just have to figure out what she would want to do, make a list, then put it into effect."

"Don't just ask her what she'd love to do on a weekend straight forward. That'll ruin the surprise. You got to make it subtle. Listen to the little details, and any additions she mentions. Say she wants to go see a popular landmark in the city but then mentions there is a little shop she heard of close by that she's wanted to visit. Take her to both." Sayuki took another sip of coffee. Takeshi nodded and hummed in agreement. They sat in silence for a minute before he asked, "Hey, what time is it?"

She checked her watch. "Eleven-thirty."

"Hmm. The race is probably done by now- Shit!"

"What?" she raised an eyebrow as he panicked.

"I left (Y/N) on the mountain." He looked at Sayuki with wide eyes. "I was too distracted trying to make things better and I forgot the one person I'm trying to impress. Damn it Takeshi, you're a dumbass." He said to himself as he panicked.

"Nice going, hotshot. Well don't just sit there, go get her. I'll call Mako to pick me up, don't worry about it." She waved him off, and he left right away.

Shit, shit, shit. God, I'm so sorry (Y/N). Takeshi tried calling her as he quickly moved to the 3-2. She didn't answer. Either her phone is off, on silent, she's got a ride home and is sleeping, or she's missing. Fuck, I hope it's not that last one. Takeshi drove to Akina as fast as possible and sped up more once he reached the bottom of the course.

He reached the top of the mountain and saw no one there. The man tried calling again and still nothing. Sighing, he ran a hand through his hair. Where are you, (Y/N)? he called three more times before driving back down Akina and heading to her apartment.

--------

Parking and shutting the car off, Takeshi ran up the stairs to (Y/N)'s door. He knocked, but not too loudly to wake everyone else. When a couple minutes passed and there was no answer, Takeshi looked through the keys on the keychain and found the one to her door. He unlocked it and went in. They gave each other the keys to their places so they could come over any time and if there was ever an emergency - like right now.

Shutting the door quietly, Takeshi flipped a light on in the living room. With no one there, he walked to (Y/N)'s room; it was closed. He quietly opened it and walked in. He immediately sighed in relief, leaning his head back against the door and whispered, "Oh, thank god." The light from the window dimly shined on her face.

Takeshi silently moved over to (Y/N) and kneeled down next to her. Gently, he weaved his fingers through hers and brought another hand to her face. Stroking her cheek with his thumb, he noticed the faint line of dried tears than ran down them. He winced at the thought of him being the cause of that.

Takeshi moved his hand from her cheek to her hair and gently moved his fingers through it to not wake her. He closed his eyes and rested his forehead against hers for a moment before leaving a light kiss on it. He brought her hand to his lips and gently kissed it as well before quietly standing back up.

He went back to the living room, grabbing a small piece of paper and wrote on it. Once he was done, he took it to (Y/N)'s room and set it next to her phone on the nightstand. Takeshi gave her one last gentle kiss on the forehead before leaving, shutting her bedroom door on the way out. Locking the front door to the apartment, he walked down the stairs to his GT-R, started it up and drove home.

--------

The alarm clock rung out in the once peaceful silence. (Y/N) groaned and slapped the nightstand repeatedly until she hit the off button on the clock. "Stupid thing." She sat up slowly and stretched the sleep away. She crawled out of bed and grabbed her phone, seeing a paper sit next to it. She picked it up and read it.

(Y/N), I fucked up and I know you're probably pissed with me, but I need to explain everything first. I did leave and intended to come back to get you by the time the race was finished. I lost track of time and you were gone when I got to the top of the mountain and I didn't know what happened to you. I tried calling and got nothing, so I panicked. I didn't know if you went missing or not, so I came over to check. I know it's weird that I was in here in the middle of night without waking you up, but I had to make sure you were okay. Come over to my place and I promise I'll explain everything. – Takeshi.

She sighed and put the note down. I have work; I'll talk to him afterwards. Saying that, she went to start her routine. Walking out the door twenty minutes later, (Y/N) walked to her job; A small coffee shop. Arriving in about fifteen minutes, she walked to the back to change into her uniform.

She punched in and headed to the counter to start taking orders. She made about twenty-five coffees before she saw someone with familiar blonde hair walk in. After serving the current customer, he gave a quick thanks and left, revealing Keisuke.

"Hi, Keisuke." (Y/N) smiled as she greeted him.

"Oh, hey (Y/N). I didn't know you work here." He wore a surprised expression that quickly shifted to a warm smile.

"Yep. I've been here for a few years now."

"Huh. I've never seen you any of the previous times I've been in here."

"Maybe I was in the back or off of work, then," she shrugged, "can I get you anything?"

"Uh, a large vanilla latte, if you will."

"Ah, I see you're a man of culture as well. Those are my favourite." (Y/N) gave him a cheesy smile and Keisuke returned it along with a laugh. He looks good when he smiles. He's got a nice laugh, too, she thought to herself with a small blush as she made the drink. (Y/N) handed the cup to Keisuke and he spoke with a playful tone. "Thank you, m'lady."

"Of course, m'lord." She played along, blushing when he winked at her as he walked to a table in the back. Continuing on with her orders, (Y/N) occasionally took small glances over to Keisuke, watching him stare out the window with a thoughtful look. She looked away when he turned her direction.

(Y/N) focused on work for the next few minutes before looking to Keisuke again, thinking he was looking at the window. However, when she made eye contact with him, she then knew otherwise. She blushed bright red and he smiled a bit. Whether it was in amusement or admiration, she didn't know.

Sometime later, Keisuke came back up to the counter. Is he getting another one? (Y/N) helped the few customers she already had before he was next in line. "Another latte?" she tilted her head in question.

"Nah, I need a large cappuccino. It's for Kenta; he's always tired as hell when he comes into work. The guy always looks like he'd pass out any minute when he walks in." The both of them chuckled as she rung up the order. He paid for it and she started making it. Handing it over a minute later, Keisuke asked, "Can I also get the pretty girl's number?" he wore a half-smile and half-smirk like he couldn't figure out which expression he wanted to have more.

"You gave me yours; I can text you and you'll have it." (Y/N) replied with an amused face.

"Yeah, but there's something about getting her number written down and handed to you. It just hits different, you know?" he finally settled for a smirk.

"Hmm." She rolled her eyes as she grabbed a pen and paper from a note pad, writing down her phone number. Tearing the page, she handed it to him.

"See? It just feels so nice." Keisuke said as he took it.

"Yeah, yeah, go to work." (Y/N) waved him off and he gave one more chuckle before heading out, waving his hand in a "see you later" gesture.

The hours continued on and it slowly came time for (Y/N)'s shift to end. Punching out and changing back into her day clothes, she remembered she was going to see Takeshi about the note he wrote.

The walk from the coffee shop to his house was about the same time it took to get to her apartment. Her thoughts ran wild and she wondered what he would say, what she would say and how it would end. Time flew rather quickly while she was in thought and was at Takeshi's place in no time.

The black 3-2 in the driveway indicated he was here. Passing it, she went up to the front door and rang the doorbell. She waited a few seconds before it opened, revealing Takeshi.

"Hey (Y/N), how are you?" he motioned for her to come inside and she complied.

"I'm alright, and you?" she took her shoes off.

"I'm fine. Do you want anything to drink?" he asked as she followed behind him.

"Water is good." (Y/N) replied as she walked over to the couch. Takeshi sat down a minute later and handed it to her. "Thanks," she smiled, taking it, "I read the note you left as well."

"Yeah, uh, sorry if it was weird or creepy doing that and not waking you up. You looked tired so I didn't want to bother you." Takeshi rubbed the back of his neck with a small blush.

"It's okay." (Y/N) chuckled. "I'm also sorry for not coming back up to Akina earlier. Shingo brought a friend and introduced her and I kind of got into talking with her pretty quickly. We ended up going down for coffee then to drive back up when the race was finished, but that obviously didn't go as planned."

"What did you both talk about?" she asked as she stared at the glass in her hands.

"I asked her for advice." Takeshi stated simply. What kind of advice would make him want to go all the way down for coffee and not just ask for it where we were?

"What kind?" she pressed.

"Just cooking advice." Takeshi shrugged and looked calm about it. (Y/N)'s expression went from a simple raised eyebrow to full blown confusion.

"Cooking advice... really?" she looked at him, her expression and tone saying, are you serious?

"Yeah."

"You could've just asked me for that, dummy." (Y/N) burst out laughing at the ridiculous answer.

"Hey, maybe I wanted to make one of everything you liked and surprise you with it. I wouldn't want to ask how to make everything and then give it you the next day. That would give away the surprise." Takeshi explained, keeping a straight face as best as possible.

"You left me on a mountain for cooking advice." (Y/N) brought her laughter down to a chuckle. "You're one of a kind, Takeshi. Only you would do something like that."

"I suppose I would. But I am sorry for leaving you there, nonetheless. You didn't walk all the way down Akina though, did you?" his expression held a bit of worry.

"Oh god, no. Keisuke gave me a ride back to my apartment. His team was the last to leave." She replied then took a sip of her water.

"Takahashi?" Takeshi asked, a hint of jealously in his tone.

"Yeah, I met him at the race, and he talked with me when I was kind of moping next to a guardrail. You were with that girl, so I kind of got angsty and sat there pouting." It was now (Y/N)'s turn to rub her neck awkwardly.

"Do you like him?" he questioned after a moment of silence.

"He's nice from what I've seen, but I only met him two days ago. It's not like I'd instantly take a huge liking to him as soon as I meet him. The same goes for anyone." (Y/N) shrugged as she spoke and swirled the water in the glass around. Takeshi only nodded as he thought about it.

She better not like Takahashi. The rich bastard has an attitude as big as his ego. Then again, she said she got jealous when I was talking with Sayuki so... maybe she does like me more than a friend. If so, I can put that plan into effect soon and see how much she really likes me. How the hell am I supposed to subtly ask where she wants to go and what she wants to do though? He was pulled from his thoughts when (Y/N) shook him.

"Are you back from the clouds now?" she asked with a smile.

"Yeah, thanks to your furious shaking." He said playfully.

"Hey! I didn't shake you too much. It's hard to get you out of dreamland. You're like Takumi. Maybe you two are secretly related. I mean, both your names do start with 'Tak.'" (Y/N) smirked.

"If I were related to Fujiwara, I'm sure I'd be on his level of driving." He said matter of fact.

"True, but maybe you need to drive a Trueno to be on his level."

"I'm not driving some old, outdated piece of crap like that."

"That "old, outdated piece of crap" beat you in a race, genius." (Y/N) laughed when Takeshi gave her a highly unimpressed look.

"Shut up." He muttered and leaned back into the couch, a small pout on his face.

"Aww, is Tak pouting?" she giggled childishly and hugged him.

"I don't pout, I'm not four."

"I don't know, that pout says otherwise." A cheesy grin made its way to her face.

"I'm not pouting!" He groaned and leaned his head back.

"Alright, alright, I believe you." She put her hands up in mock surrender.

"Yeah, sure."

"I think I am going to head home though. I do have work tomorrow and it got late." Getting off the couch, she stretched.

"I can drive you." Following her to the front door, they slipped their shoes on and headed out. Getting to her apartment a few minutes later, she thanked Takeshi for the ride, did her nightly routine and went to bed.

--------

Well, that was a long day. Stretching her arms as she walked, (Y/N) headed out of the coffee shop. Maybe I can go and pick up something for dinner. I haven't eaten anything outside of grocery stores in a while. She stopped at the end of the sidewalk, waiting for the crosswalk signal to turn green.

A car revved, causing her to turn around. Her eyes landed on the bright yellow FD and Keisuke leaned his head out. "Looks like I caught you just in time, huh?" he put on a charming smile as she made her way over to him.

"Good to see you too." (Y/N) grinned.

"Are you doing anything right now?"

"Nope, I just finished work and was going to get some dinner."

"I know a place we can go to and pick something up." Keisuke suggested.

"Sure, why not?" she smiled, getting in the car when he motioned to the door. As Keisuke drove, she couldn't help but watch how smoothly he did everything. From pushing the clutch in, shifting the gears, and maneuvering around cars, all in one fluid motion. It was almost hypnotizing.

This area is a lot higher end and rich looking. (Y/N) took in the scenery and the buildings, as well as seeing a couple expensive looking cars pass by.

"What area is this?" she faced Keisuke.

"Takasaki. My brother and I live somewhere over there." He pointed in a general direction to his right.

"It's nice here. Everything is in great condition." She said, impressed. Keisuke lightly chuckled at her amazed expression.

"Well, it is a richer area. They have to have everything looking pretty around here." He pulled into a restaurant parking lot and she nodded in acknowledgement. It makes sense; the Takahashi's are rich. Getting out of the FD, she followed Keisuke.

"You like sushi, right?" he asked, looking over to her.

"Yeah, I love it. It's been a while since I've had it." Her smile grew at the thought of eating some again.

"Have you ever been on Akagi?" Keisuke questioned curiously as they walked to the entrance.

"Nope."

"Do you want to get the food to go and eat up there? There's a little shrine we can sit at that's got a nice view." He suggested, a cool and calm demeanor on his features.

"Yeah, that sounds nice." She met his gaze with sparkling eyes and a smile. Luckily, she didn't seem to notice when Keisuke's eyes widened a little and froze in place for a moment.

Damn, she's beautiful.

He insisted on paying to the point he wasn't taking no for answer. (Y/N) gave up on trying to convince him otherwise and ordered what she wanted. He wore a prideful smirk that screamed, "I won." The two of them chatted until they got the food and returned to the FD.

(Y/N) held onto the food as Keisuke drove. Once they reached the bottom of Akagi, she was almost hypnotized again watching him speed up to the top. It was different than driving through the city. His movements were still fluid and smooth, but faster. His left hand is on the wheel one minute and within a second, he shifts, and his hand is back on the wheel.

It's so fast, it almost didn't seem to happen. He's amazing. Who knows how long he had to practice for to drive this smooth and in a rhythm?

--------

She's been looking at me since we got to the foot of Akagi. Is she watching me drive or spacing out? Either way, she's looking at me and I love it. The blonde smiled but kept it subtle. Slowing down, he turned the car into a parking spot next to the shrine. Keisuke noticed (Y/N) wasn't moving and she was still staring.

Maybe she did space out. He thought for a minute before smirking and pressed the horn for a second making (Y/N) jump and yell. Immediately cracking up, she looked at him with an "are you serious?" expression.

"Your food is mine now." She got out of the car and quickly walked to the stairs of the shrine.

"Hey, no it's not!" Whining, he got out and went after her. She chuckled and took out the containers, handing his over.

"So, what kind of job do you have? You said Kenta works with you, right?" (Y/N) asked curiously then took a bite of her food and Keisuke nodded.

"I own a repair shop not too far from where you work, actually. I took Kenta in when he needed a job like I took him in to teach him to race. Most of the other RedSuns also work there too."

"Aww, that's nice. What kind of repairs? Cars?"

"Yep. They're pretty easy to fix and you're working on something you love so it makes the job seem less like a job." The blonde gave a small shrug as he ate.

"Easy? Cars are so compact together with all their parts. How do you even know what is what, what goes where, and how to not mess it up?" she spoke, a highly confused expression on her features. Keisuke laughed at how cute she was.

"It's a lot easier than it looks. You get used to where everything is after spending time working on them." She nodded with a hum that didn't sound convinced. "You know... if you ever end up hating your job, you could always come work with me. I won't make you play around with the cars, don't worry." He suggested.

"What kind of work would I do then?" she asked, her head, tilted.

"Check people in, write down what they want done on their car, you give us the reports for it, and then we work on it. It's not very glamorous but it could be easy."

"I'll take that into consideration. It sounds a lot better than standing in a coffee shop for ten hours. Probably more fun with your group there as well." She giggled lightly and Keisuke smiled. They finished eating in comfortable silence from there on.

The sun set quickly and the rays of orange and pink across the sky are the only light left. Keisuke's sharp blue eyes landing on (Y/N), he loved looking at her. The soft smile she wore, the sparkle in her eyes, her hair gently being moved by the breeze. My god, she's gorgeous. I want to kiss her.

"(Y/N)." She turned towards him.

"Yea-?" He leaned in and cut her off as his lips touched hers. So soft. She froze for a moment before relaxing. When he pulled away, he saw her eyes wide with surprise.

"Uh, sorry. You're just... beautiful." The blonde chuckled nervously and looked elsewhere, embarrassed.

"It's okay, I just wasn't expecting that." She blushed. "And thank you, you are too; i-in a guy way, obviously." She replied with a stutter. He hummed at her cute response. It only made her blush more to the point she looked like a tomato.

As they sat in silence, Keisuke decided it would be a good time to tell her. "I like you. A lot, actually. I didn't think I'd end up falling for someone else after I broke up with my previous girlfriend. After I started racing, it was all I wanted to do. But you managed to work your way into my head and now you're all I think about. Almost everything reminds me of you." He played with his fingers as he explained, getting glances at her every couple seconds.

Her soft features were a bit shocked before turning into that bright smile the man started to love so much. "I really like you too, Keisuke. You are an amazing person. You're not bad like a lot of people say you are, you're a nice guy." She put one of her soft hands on his, linking their fingers together. Keisuke closed his, interlocking them and the tips resting on the back of her hand.

They turned more towards each other, eyes making contact. Slowly, the blonde moved his other hand to the back of her neck. Her silky hair was weaved through his fingers. Glancing at her eyes and lips, he started to lean in, and she did the same. As their lips barely brushed against each other's, they paused for a moment. After looking into her eyes one more time, Keisuke finally pressed his lips onto her soft ones.

They molded together perfectly. Every movement, every angle, it was perfect; not one flaw. (Y/N) brought her other hand up, running her fingers through his soft, spiky hair. He loved the feel of it, sighing blissfully into the kiss, making it a little rougher. He pulled away, changing the angle before reattaching their lips all in one swift motion.

They kissed for what felt like hours. (Y/N) moved and tugged on his hair making him moan loudly into the kiss. Keisuke instantly froze and she pulled away with surprise. She looked at him and he turned red. Thank god its dark out.

"S-sorry." (Y/N) said sheepishly. Did I do that? He actually liked it, though, I think. It was an accident.

"N-no, no, i-it's fine. I-i uh- well... umm... y-yeah." He stuttered, not knowing what to say. Fuck, way to go Keisuke. "Should I, uh, take you home? It's probably late for you." He asked awkwardly, not knowing what else to say.

"Y-yeah, sure. Thanks." Standing up, the two walked to the FD that sat, waiting patiently. Getting in, they sat in a silence that was kind of awkward. None of them said anything as the blonde took her home.

--------

"Thanks for the ride, and sorry about earlier." She rubbed her neck as she stood next to the driver side.

"It's fine, I didn't know I'd do that, honestly." He chuckled. "I'll see you around then sometime?"

"Yeah, definitely." (Y/N) smiled to him and he returned it along with a nod. She headed up to her apartment after that and Keisuke stayed until he saw her walk in the door before he left.

Tonight, was fun. Keisuke's a great guy; and kisser too. She blushed at the memory. Pulling her phone out to check the time she notices a missed call notification and instantly pales. Everything around her freezes, time feels like it stopped, and she is eternally stuck looking at her phone. The only thing she can hear, and feel is her heart beating heavily against her chest and the dread creeping into her heart and head. The dread of feeling like she betrayed him with what she did. Betraying the one she really loves.

Slowly walking to her bedroom, she can only think of how angry and betrayed he's going to feel when he finds out. Whether it's her that tells him or something else. Sitting on the floor and leaning against the side of the bed she stared at the wall, thinking of all the possibilities that could or would happen, what Takeshi would say and do.

Would he leave her? Ignore her, block her number and run away? She can't even imagine that; what she would do if that happened. She would die inside more than she already is. She could only hope he'd forgive her. She was caught up in the moment. She didn't fully think it through that Keisuke was confessing that he loved her. She should've realized when they kissed. God, Takeshi is going to hate her. Not only did she betray him like this, she kissed his enemy.

(Y/N) stayed in that one spot all night. She couldn't move, she didn't feel like she deserved to sleep. She felt like she deserved to stay up and wallow in her guilt. She called her boss saying she couldn't make it into work the next day. Setting her phone back down in front of her, she stared at it. The notification that was there, haunted her.

--------

"Hi! What can I get for you?" the barista at the counter spoke cheerfully.

"I was wondering if (Y/N) was in today?" Takeshi asked.

"No, she called in sick earlier this morning. She didn't sound good at all." A quick flash of worry ran through his head.

"Alright, thanks." Replying a bit short, he immediately left. He was definitely not getting a good feeling from this as he hurried over to his GT-R, driving to (Y/N)'s.

At her door, he knocked and waited. (Y/N), still in the same spot, the same position she was since last night, didn't move. Hearing the knocks made her thoughts run wild.

What if it was him? What if he found out?

"What if" was the only thing she could think of. All of the bad possibilities, and not a single good one. She didn't dare move if it was Takeshi waiting out there, waiting to- "(Y/N), you in there? You okay?"

He was worried.

Maybe he wasn't waiting to yell at her. She wanted to let him in but didn't know if she could handle how he'd react when he sees her. He called her name again. "If you don't answer, I'm going to let myself in." Takeshi waited another minute and sighed, finding the key to the door and unlocking it.

(Y/N) shrunk further into the blanket that was wrapped around her as she heard him walk in. With no one in the first half of the apartment, Takeshi went straight to her room. The closed door being the only separation between them.

"(Y/N)? You in here?" asking lightly, he listened for any kind of sound. Hearing a small, scared whine, he opened he the door. Seeing her curled up with a hand on each side of her head, he rushed over to her.

"Hey, what happened? You alright? Did someone do something to you?" he asked frantically, gently holding her face with one hand on each side of her cheeks. She shook her head and whispered, "I'm sorry" and "I didn't mean to" over and over.

"Talk to me, please. I'm sure what ever happened isn't your fault." Takeshi reasoned with a light tone.

"I-I can't... Y-you're going to h-hate me." She stuttered, still whispering.

"(Y/N), I can never hate you. You know that. I love you too damn much to hate you. Now talk to me, please?" as he spoke, he gently ran his fingers through her hair. She stayed quiet for a minute, but the motion seemed to have calmed her down slightly.

"I kissed Keisuke." (Y/N) reluctantly told Takeshi the entire story, not being able to look him in the eye as she did so. She didn't want to know what expression he had. She kissed his enemy, why wouldn't he be pissed?

"You think I'm going to hate you for kissing Takahashi?" was the first thing he said. Hesitantly looking up at him, he didn't look angry but maybe a bit disappointed... or jealous?

Is he disappointed in me now?

"Sure, I don't like the guy and I lost to him in a race, but I'm not going to hate you for liking someone. I can't control who you end up liking and I'm not going to be that douche that says you can't be around anyone but me. I'd hate myself for that before I ever hate you." He ran his fingers through her hair again with a small smile.

"But I love you too, Tak. I like both of you. I just- I don't know." Letting out a sigh, (Y/N) rested her chin on top of her knees. She was a lot calmer now that she knew Takeshi didn't despise her.

"You'll figure it out. Even if you choose him, I'll still be here for you just as I always have been since we met. Although, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want you to pick me." He chuckled lightly, (Y/N) doing the same with a small smile. He helped her stand up, telling her she should go to bed.

"Stay with me?" (Y/N) lightly held his wrist.

"Always."

He got on the other side of the bed, mostly laying down while leaning on his arm and keeping his head propped up. (Y/N) immediately snuggled into him. She fell asleep rather quickly, given how exhausting it was to stay up like she did. Takeshi had an arm wrapped around her shoulders, his fingers weaving through her silky-smooth hair as she slept curled up next to him. Even in the bright morning light, she can sleep like a rock. Takeshi stayed awake for a little while, eventually changing his position to lay down completely. Soon enough, he found himself falling asleep. Pulling (Y/N) closer so she was spooned in front of him, an arm wrapped around her waist, he finally falls asleep.

Throughout the rest of the week, her and Takeshi spent more time together. It was long overdue that they hung out again. They went to the beach, mall, restaurants, and shops. When there was a race on Myogi that one of the NightKids partook in, she would go along to cheer them on. Especially if it was Takeshi. He had lost the last few against the 8-6 and Keisuke, but he seemed to be improving greatly with the recent wins he has been racking up from these other teams.

--------

"Hey aniki, you got a minute?" Keisuke knocked Ryosuke's door.

"Yes, come in."

Opening it and walking in, he sat on the edge of his brother's bed. He was typing away on his laptop, running through all the simulations like usual. "You wanted to talk about something?" The blonde leaned forward, putting his arms on his knees as he looked at him. He typed a few more things before stopping and turning towards his younger brother.

"You're starting to remind me more of Fujiwara." He wore a teasing smile.

"What the hell makes you think I'm like that kid? Are you messing with me or are you saying my driving has suddenly gotten to a god-like level?"

"No, I mean with your spacing out. You've been zoning out and daydreaming a lot more recently. Reminds me of him, that's all."

"Oh. Well, I got a lot on my mind, alright?" looking away, Keisuke scratched his head, messing up his soft blonde locks, trying to hide the red covering his ears.

"It's that girl you've been with, isn't it? (Y/N), right?" Ryosuke said with a smirk.

Kei's cheeks started turning red. "No! It's not- maybe a couple times, but nothing major- yeah..." He sighed, giving up. All Ryosuke did was chuckle.

Aniki knows me too damn well.

"Maybe you should go see her again? Go plan something for a day. You seemed unnaturally happy when you came home the last time you went out with her."

"Aniki!" Looking at the floor, Keisuke pouted. "What would I do if I hung out with her again? I haven't made plans and she hasn't texted me since we went up to Akagi over a week ago."

"Have you tried texting her?"

"No."

"Maybe she's waiting for you to do something. She looked a bit shy when I first saw her."

"Yeah, I suppose. But still, where would she want to go or do?" Resting his chin on his hand, the younger Takahashi tried coming up with ideas.

"You did meet her at a street race, Keisuke." Ryosuke pressed.

"It's not exactly romantic..."

"It doesn't have to be. As long as you both clearly enjoy yourselves, that's all that matters. You took her to a romantic area on Akagi, now take her to something more laid back and casual. You saw how she looked at all the cars and talked with friends there; she enjoys it."

"But the next race is when I race. That would be a lame date when one of us isn't even with the other."

"Then the next one, when you aren't racing will do." Keisuke nodded and Ryosuke went back to his simulations. Getting up, the FD driver went to his room to think of a way to ask (Y/N) on another date.

--------

Ryosuke walked into the coffee shop (Y/N) worked at, heading for the counter. She was surprised to him, but greeted him nonetheless. He asked if she was available Saturday night to attend the race Keisuke was partaking in. Ryosuke explained what he and his brother talked about and that he thought of her showing up would be a nice surprise for Keisuke.

(Y/N) excitedly agreed, wanting to see the look on his face when he saw her. Ryosuke ordered a coffee and left soon after, telling her he'd pick her up from her apartment some time before the race.

When he picked her up as promised, and the got to the start of Akagi, she saw Keisuke's FD and him leaning against it, arms crossed. Driving past him, Ryosuke continued up the pass.

"He's racing uphill. When it's over and he's here at the top, you should be the first thing he sees when he passes the finish line." He explained when he saw her looking at the FD.

When they got to the top and Ryosuke talked with the other RedSuns, the uphill race started. Now, all (Y/N) had to do was wait. When the race was nearing an end Ryosuke told her to stand a little further out. Keisuke would have more time to look around after slowing down when crossing the finish line.

The headlights of two cars appeared around the corner, everyone waited to see who was in the lead.

"It's Keisuke!" Kenta yelled as he raised a fist in the air. They crossed the finish line, Keisuke being the winner. As the other RedSuns and some spectators cheered, (Y/N) had a proud smile while she clapped for him. As he slowed down, he took his gaze off the road and to the first movement he saw just to the left of him. His eyes widened with surprise when he saw (Y/N) standing there.

The proud smile she wore as she looked at him made him feel warm inside. He felt appreciated and that someone else was truly proud of him. Sure, he felt good when Ryosuke complimented his racing and wins, but not like this. Her smile alone got rid of any worries he was holding onto. Keisuke pulled the FD over to (Y/N) and got out. He wanted to say something but didn't know what to say.

"Nice job, Kei! I'm proud of you!" (Y/N) spoke first and hugged him. Her small arms wrapped around his waist, and her head leaning on his chest. He blushed at the nickname and her touch, hugging her back. He wanted to kiss her on instinct but held himself back. It felt like forever, but they pulled away from the hug only a moment later.

"Thanks. I uh- didn't know you'd be out here. I mean, I'm happy you are, I just wasn't expecting it." He rubbed the back of his head.

"It was a surprise. Ryosuke came up with it and I liked the idea. Looks like it worked, huh?" she gave him a childish smile.

"Yeah, it sure did." He looked over at Ryosuke who wasn't looking at them but had a knowing smile as he sipped on some coffee. Keisuke let out a short hum and focused back on (Y/N).

"So, were you planning on going back home, or hanging around for a little while?" he leaned against his FD and the engine seemed to hum in delight as soon as his body touched it.

"If there's nothing else going on after this, I'd probably ask for a ride home. But, if you want to do something, I'm all for it." She smiled up at him. He thought for a moment before the idea of food popped into his head.

"We can grab a bite to eat if you're hungry. That race got me starving."

"Sure, I haven't eaten in a while either. Is everyone coming along?"

"Would it be okay if it was just us?" Keisuke asked a bit hesitantly.

"Of course, I don't mind." (Y/N) replied happily. Keisuke seemed to light up at her words.

"Then let's go. The faster we get there, the faster we can get some good ass food." (Y/N) laughed as they got in the FD, driving away.

--------

As they sat in a booth next to the window, they chatted about races, cars, things they like to do in their free time, anything really. Keisuke listened attentively when she spoke about things she loved, places she likes to go, all of it. He wanted to know every bit about her, every detail of what made her so lovable, so beautiful. Their conversation soon turned to the events of when they were on top of Akagi.

"I didn't make that too awkward, did I?" Keisuke asked shyly.

"No, not at all. I liked it." (Y/N) reassured with a smile and light tint of blush on her cheeks.

"I probably should've asked first before I did that... I don't know if you already have a boyfriend or like someone else. And it could have made you really uncomfortable. It's just... I don't know, something about you is so enticing. You're perfect." Keisuke scratched his cheek with a blush. She knew he wasn't lying with the honesty that was laced in his voice.

"I'm not dating anyone; however, I do like two guys..." She trailed off, contemplating her next words. "But I don't know who I like more. They are both so sweet. I don't want to get too close to them and hurt the other. It wouldn't be fair, and it would seem like I was dragging the other along in some kind of sick game." Keisuke nodded in understanding. He knew who she was talking about.

Him and Nakazato.

"Don't pressure yourself too much about it, alright? Take the time to think it through; it's not a race. You've known Nakazato far longer than me, so it wouldn't be too much of a surprise if you chose him. But I would obviously prefer if you picked me." He chuckled, half-jokingly and half serious. She smiled and lightly giggled. "Either way, if I'm not the one, I won't think of you any different and I still got that job offer standing for you." He smiled reassuringly.

"Thank you, Keisuke."

"Mm-hmm."

The two talked a little while longer before deciding it was time to go. Keisuke drove her home, watching as the bright headlights of the FD illuminated her for a moment as she passed in front of it. He waited like he did the first few times until he saw her walk safely into her apartment. He lingered for a few minutes, his thoughts taking over.

What if she can't choose just one of us? Would we have to let the best man win? Would the two of us race it out again but this time, for her? Whoever wins, gets (Y/N). He finally pulled away and drove home, his thoughts continuing to run wild.

What if we... no, there's no way in hell I would be okay sharing her with Nakazato...would I?

--------

Keisuke waited at the top of Myogi for Nakazato to arrive. The thoughts of who she'd end up with and the possibility of the two guys sharing her would not leave his mind. He hates Nakazato and sure as hell doesn't think he deserves (Y/N), let alone date her. He hurt her once before, ditching her for some slutty looking chick. Keisuke would be damned if he let that happen again. They can be friends all they want, but she doesn't need to be hurt because the guy can't have just one girl to pay attention to.

Takeshi thought of a remarkably similar scenario as he drove up the pass. Takahashi was a cocky, self-righteous rich kid. He thinks he's better than everyone else because he's got the money. He would probably persuade (Y/N) somehow to date him because of that. Although, he knows she's smarter than that and won't use people for money. Takahashi can get any girl to be wrapped around his finger and do what he wants. Who's to say he won't do the same to her?

Takeshi reached the top of the mountain and pulled over near the FD. Keisuke watched him pull in from his spot on the hood. Getting out of the R32, Takeshi leaned against the side of it and met Keisuke's gaze.

"So. You wanted to talk?" Takeshi spoke first.

"Yeah. It seems we both have an interest in the same girl. Thing is, I'm not entirely convinced that you deserve her." Keisuke's tone held a bit of hostility.

"And what makes you think you do?" Nakazato narrowed his eyes.

"Easy. I'm not the one who ditched her for a slut."

"You don't know why I did."

"Then do explain. I'd love to hear it."

"I've been planning on asking (Y/N) out for a while. I didn't have any ideas on how to make it impressive, so, I was looking for advice from a girl that wasn't her to give the surprise away. Sayuki is a friend of Shingo's and when he brought her to the race, I figured that was my chance to get some ideas. I got caught up in trying to make plans that would pass (Y/N)'s expectations and when she suggested going down for coffee, I didn't think anything wrong with that when we left." Takeshi answered honestly, his voice never wavered with unsureness.

"That still doesn't explain the fact you forgot your fucking best friend on the top of a mountain and never came back to get her." Keisuke glared at him now.

"I did go back. Everyone was already gone. I tried calling her, thinking someone took her but never got anything. I looked for her around the area until I decided to try her apartment. She was there, already sleeping so I left a note for her to come and see me so I could apologize and explain everything." Takeshi was getting annoyed with Takahashi. Why would I lie about this?

"You broke into her apartment?" Keisuke asked with disbelief.

"No, we have the key to each other's place," Takeshi held up a key attached to the keychain, "for emergencies like that was." Keisuke hummed. That he could understand; it was a good idea, honestly.

"Now, you. I don't think you deserve her, either. You're a rich bastard who can get any girl he wants to be wrapped around his finger. And you're sure as hell one self-righteous ass; always thinking he's better than everyone else." He crossed his arms, his gaze never leaving Keisuke's eyes.

"Firstly, you seem to mistake self-righteous for confidence. I'm confident in myself and my skills. Are you? Secondly, I despise girls that overdress themselves. They flaunt themselves for attention and to get fucked by anyone; it makes me sick."

His tone became softer, "If I wasn't interested in having a girlfriend, I wouldn't have pursued her. It can't get any simpler than that. (Y/N) is one of a kind and she makes me feel like I'm actually worth something. The way she looks at you when she's proud of something you did, the glow in her eyes when she's happy to see you, and how her smile alone gets rid of any kind of worries or stress you've been holding in all day. She's beautiful. I can't give that up, I can't give her up." Keisuke stared at the ground; his voice had a hint of desperation.

Takeshi processed the blonde's words and he couldn't agree more. Everything about her was perfection. She was too good to pass up and let go. Takahashi was being honest as well. Takeshi might not get along with him, but he at least knew (Y/N) would be taken care of with him. That didn't mean Takeshi was going to give her up that easily, though.

"I can agree with you on that. I can also see you're serious about wanting to be with her." Uncrossing his arms, he walked over to Keisuke.

"Same to you." His gaze met Takeshi's; he wasn't glaring anymore, wearing a neutral expression.

"Heh, yeah. But I'm sure as hell not giving her up that easily, Takahashi." He stopped in front of Keisuke with a light smirk playing on his face.

"Neither am I, Nakazato." He returned the smirk.

"How about a race to settle this? Whoever wins, gets (Y/N). If she approves of this first, of course." Takeshi held his hand out.

"Deal." Keisuke took his hand and shook it, then they both said, "May the best man win."

Itsuki Takeuchi - I Need Your Love

• Itsuki Takeuchi x Reader • Word Count: 854. • Synopsis: In which a breakup leads a usually cheerful boy into sadness, his best friend's sister pays him a visit to help cheer him up.

➽───────────────❥

When Kazumi Akiyama chose her ex over Itsuki, he turned into a wreck. (Y/N) wasn't there when it happened, but Iketani and Kenji said Itsuki had his eyes closed and arms open for her. But then he heard footsteps running the other direction and he opened his eyes. He saw Kazumi in the arms of her ex instead of his. She chose that guy over Itsuki; a genuine, loving person with an amazing personality.

Since then, he had refused to spend time with his friends, doesn't talk much, and would rather stay inside all day. He had zoned out in school with a sad look on his face multiple times and has a difficult time concentrating on schoolwork and at his gas station job. Hell, he barely even talks to (Y/N)'s brother, Takumi! The siblings had spent a lot of time trying to get Itsuki over his heartbreak, but he wouldn't budge.

She felt horrible for him. All he wanted was love and to be happy with someone. (Y/N) loved his outgoing personality. How he fanboys over cars, cracks cheesy jokes, and gets along with people easily. How could someone leave such a caring guy? Kazumi broke up with her ex once for a reason, right? What did he have that Itsuki doesn't?

(Y/N) and Takumi were supposed to visit Itsuki tonight, but his friends dragged him off to go watch a street race on Akina. (Y/N) still decided to head over to see Itsuki. The walk didn't take long and she rang the doorbell to his house. It opened a minute later, revealing Itsuki and his saddened expression.

"Hey (Y/N), come on in." He said softly.

"I brought some tofu from the house. It's a little different than the normal flavours we make. Maybe you'll like it?" she said happily as she stepped inside.

"I'm not hungry, but thanks." Itsuki replied quietly.

"Itsuki, you need to eat. Skipping out on meals and eating little to nothing isn't good for you. You don't even talk to your friends anymore and they're worried about you! I'm worried about you." (Y/N) lowered her voice at the last sentence.

"You-you are?" he looked at her quizzically.

(Y/N) took in a deep breath and sighed, "Of course I am. You're my best friend and I want to make sure you're okay. Whatever this girl did to you, she doesn't deserve to be on your mind and be thought of 24/7."

Itsuki looked away sheepishly and stared at the floor. "I... I just thought we were doing good. Everything we did, everywhere we went, we had a great time. She seemed to like being around me... I thought I finally did something right." He said sadly as tears formed in his eyes.

"No, no, I didn't mean to make it worse!" (Y/N) started to panic, "You're an amazing person, Itsuki! I only meant that if she can leave you so easily for another guy, you can get over her and move on just as easy. Prove not only to her, but more importantly yourself, that you can pick yourself up and move on without letting this affect you so badly," she took him to the couch, sitting down before she continued, "I don't expect you to do it right away, but you can at least start by eating something and talking to your friends again. Hanging out with the guys and going back to street races would really help bring that outgoing part of you back. They're all worried about you and want to see the real Itsuki again, and so do I."

She smiled and pulled him in for a hug. He froze for a moment before relaxing and hugging back. He sighed and lied his head on her shoulder, hugging her tighter. A few moments later, he pulled away.

"Thanks for the talk, it really helped. You're amazing, you know that? I've always had a crush on you, but I never knew if you'd like me back. I suppose I dated that girl to try and figure out how to ask you out, but that didn't go so well." He laughed awkwardly.

"Really?" she looked at him with wide eyes, "I like you too, Itsuki!" She surprised him, pulling him into another hug.

He gasped in surprise, but his features quickly turned happy as his famous grin made its appearance.

"So, you'll go out with me?" he asked hopefully.

"Yes!" She smiled brightly, kissing him on the cheek.

"You really know how to turn my worst days in to the best ones, don't you?"

"That's what I do best! Now, how about some tofu and a cheesy comedy movie? I brought both." She gave him a cheeky smile and held up a plastic bag.

"Sounds fun, I'll get the movie ready." He took the case and headed towards the TV.

"I'll make dinner!" She took the tofu to the kitchen and grabbed other ingredients to make something. A few minutes later, she set the food down on the table in the family room and sat next to Itsuki as they dug in, enjoying a cheesy movie together.

Mako Sato - Breathless Night

• Mako Sato x M!Reader | Smut | • Word Count: 1,144. • Synopsis: In which a late-night drive in the cool weather leads the couple to heat things up in a hotel room.

➽───────────────❥

It's a cool night, (Y/N) thought as he drove along the winding roads of Akina, Mako sitting beside him. The windows were rolled down, allowing the cool, night breeze to move freely throughout the car. Mako looked over at him with a soft, fond smile. She watched how fluidly (Y/N) controlled his (F/C) as he tore up the roads.

"(Y/N), can we stop over there? I want to see the view of the city from here." She asked softly and (Y/N) pulled over onto the side of the road. The couple got out of the car and sat on the hood, sitting close to one another. The view was beautiful from Akina. The small, twinkling lights of the city below and the silhouettes of the mountains in the distance. It was almost ethereal.

"You alright, Mako?" he asked gently, slowly entwining his fingers with hers.

"Yeah. Everything is perfect." She inhaled and sighed calmly, a peaceful smile gracing her beautiful features.

Looking away from the view, they met each other's gaze and slowly leaned in towards each other. (Y/N) slid his hand around to hold the back of her neck. Their lips brushed against each other's for a moment before they closed the distance. Moving in sync, their lips molded together like two pieces of a puzzle.

Mako slid her tongue across his bottom lip and he lightly muttered her name. He opened his mouth and their tongues intertwined in a passionate dance rather than a fight for dominance. She moved to straddle his lap, a small moan escaping her lips. Mako pushed him down to lie on the hood as their kisses became rougher and more passionate.

She blushed lightly when she felt his length brush against her inner thigh. She trailed her hand down his stomach until her hand lied over his arousal. He sighed deeply from the touch and lowered his hand from her back to just above her ass. He had come back to his senses, realizing where they were and that someone, most likely a racer could drive by and see them.

"Mako, we shouldn't do this here," she also came out of her daze, the blush on her cheeks getting darker with realization, "but I know somewhere we can go, if you want?" (Y/N) suggested, his breaths becoming calmer.

Mako nodded and got off of the hood, "Sounds good, how fast can you get there?" she smirked and winked seductively.

"Faster than any race I've been in, babe." He quickly pecked her on the lips, and they got in the car before taking off. The (F/C)'s tyres screeched as (Y/N) drifted around corners, getting to the bottom of the pass faster. Back on city streets, he drove quickly through them before turning a corner to their destination: a hotel. Once the car was parked, the couple got out and headed for the doors of the hotel. Checking in and going to their room, they both could feel the anticipation building up with each step.

(Y/N) unlocked the door and immediately pulled Mako into a rough kiss. He picked her up and walked through the door, Mako kicked it shut and flicked the lock. He pinned her to the nearest wall and pulled away from the kiss to attack her neck. Gasps and moans escaped past her lips, strongly encouraging (Y/N) to continue. He painted the sides of her neck with shades of red and purple, the marks being in places that would surely be difficult to hide without makeup.

He set her down and unzipped the back of her dress, letting it fall onto the floor. Mako made quick work of his shirt and pants that joined her dress in a small pile. Left in their underwear, she was picked up once again and carried to the bed. (Y/N) unclipped her bra and slid it off, exposing her soft breasts. He took one in his mouth, his tongue pleasing the soft bud. Bringing the free hand, he wasn't balancing on, to the heat between her legs, he slipped two fingers in easily. The coolness of his fingers mixing with her warm wetness had sent a shiver down her spine, a soft moan following. By the time he switched to her other breast, she was well prepared with the stimulation his skilled fingers gave.

(Y/N) pulled away a minute later, pulling her underwear off completely, leaving her exposed to him. Sitting up, Mako slides his boxers down, his hard length no longer confined. She motioned for him lie on the bed before crawling over to him and lowering herself to take all of him in one fluid motion. They loudly moaned each other's name and (Y/N) stayed still, allowing Mako to adjust to his size.

She gave a few test movements and sighed at the pleasant feeling. Mako began to move her hips with slow up and downward motions, before going faster until she found a steady rhythm. (Y/N) had a rough grip on her hips as she rode him, his breaths quickly becoming ragged.

He started to thrust up every time Mako came down, making the experience truly euphoric. Her nails dug into the muscles on his stomach, leaving small crescent marks. Her moans rang out like a symphony as she begged him to go faster, her legs getting tired. (Y/N) held her hips steady and quickened his thrusts from below her. She had her head back and eyes closed, sighing, and moaning with pleasure.

Her walls tightened around him as she got closer to her release. She came not a minute later, a scream of his name escaping her throat. (Y/N) pulled out and Mako turned around, getting on her hands and knees, lowering her top half. She arched her back, allowing more of her ass to show. He moved to line himself up and slowly pushed in, making sure she was fine until he was fully sheathed. He pulled out and pushed back in slowly to test the waters and received a pleased moan when he did.

He started out with slow thrusts that steadily increased in pace. Mako moaned whenever he gave a sharp, deep thrust occasionally. Her heavy breathing sounded throughout the room and (Y/N)'s speed increased. He grabbed her hips and held them roughly, thrusting deeper. She loudly moaned his name as he came, filling her completely. He groaned out hers at the same time, slowly coming down from his high.

When he pulled out, Mako gave a small whine from the now empty feeling. They lied down as they caught their breath, Mako resting her head on his chest. He pulled her closer into a hug, that she gladly returned with a hum. She placed a hand on his cheek, having him look down at her as she placed a series of soft kisses on his lips before they soon fell asleep.

Takeshi Nakazato - Spark in the Dark

• Takeshi Nakazato x Reader | Smut | • Word Count: 4,652. • Synopsis: In which racing to help out friends leads to meeting a potential love interest, a spark ignites during introductions, and sadness forms after the conclusion of the race, but a surprise appearance wipes away all traces of sadness, and brings two GT-R racers together.

➽───────────────❥

The race on Akina starts at ten tonight. (Y/N)'s friends, Iketani and Kenji, had begged her to race in the SpeedStars name for the race. Their 'saving grace' Takumi, couldn't make it since his father had taken the 8-6 for a meeting. (Y/N) isn't a part of a street racing team, she's more of a neutral racer. If a team, like the SpeedStars, asked her to race in their stead, she would represent them for the night. Of course, she doesn't do this with every team she comes across, more so just for her friends.

She sighed and looked up at the clock on the café's wall. Only two hours to go and she's off to prepare her car for the race. (Y/N) works at the popular café styled restaurant in the middle of town from seven in the morning to three in the afternoon. It's a simple job and the customers were always friendly. It's more enjoyable when no one gives you a hard time.

The minute her shift ended, she made a beeline out the back door of the restaurant and to her beloved R32 GT-R. The sleek (F/C) paint shined, along with the rims. She hopped inside and started it up, the engine giving a low growl. She pulled onto the road and sped off to her house.

Having plenty of time to kill, she washed the car making it shine even brighter. She replaced the tires, brake pads, and calipers. It's always best to make sure your brakes work properly, especially on a heavy ass 3-2, she thought. Once she finished with her replacements, she checked all of the gauges on her dash and continued to work on anything else the car needed before heading inside for a well-deserved shower and change of clothes.

When the time came to leave, she eagerly grabbed her wallet, phone, and keys before heading back to the GT-R that waited patiently for her. She got in and started it up, backing out of the garage and onto the road, heading straight for Akina.

She reached the foot of the mountain and sped up, being sure to not take it too far to ruin her tires before the race. As she got closer to the top, the roar of the engine could be heard from where the others waited.

"Do you think that's her, Iketani?" Kenji asked.

"It has to be! The car sounds like hers!" Iketani exclaimed as he stared at the road intensely, not wanting to miss the soon approaching car.

So, their friend has a Skyline, huh? This'll get interesting. A man said as he leaned against his own GT-R, cigarette hanging from his lips as he listened to the familiar sound of an RB26 engine in the distance.

"Uh, who exactly are we talking about, guys?" Itsuki scratched his head, confused.

"Her name is (Y/N). You haven't met her yet, but she's won a few races for the SpeedStars! She's not on the team, but she's a great friend of ours." Iketani explained enthusiastically.

"Wait... you mean a girl is going to race for us tonight?! Oh, this is going to be great! I bet she's hot, is she hot?!" Itsuki rambled loudly, catching the attention of the NightKids' leader, Takeshi Nakazato.

The bright headlights of (Y/N)'s car came into view as she turned the final corner and pulled over next to her friends. She got out of the car and greeted them.

"Hey guys!" She waved and pulled them in for a hug.

"Hey, (Y/N)! How are you?" Iketani asked with a chuckle.

"Pretty good, thanks. I'm excited for the race. Who am I supposed-?" she was cut off by a guy with an undercut she's never seen before.

"Ho-holy crap, you're gorgeous! What's your name? Are you single? I love your GT-R, it's so hot- like you! I mean... I uh didn't mean it like that, it's just you're really, really, and I mean really pretty. I've never met a girl who can race, let alone one that owns a sweet ride like yours and all that just makes you like, a hundred times hotter-" Iketani cut him off by wrapping an arm around his neck and pulling the strange fanboy towards him.

"Alright, Itsuki, I think she gets it. Let's not scare her away with your questionable fantasies." Iketani held him in a playful chokehold as he scolded Itsuki. (Y/N) wore an amused expression and laughed at the two.

"Anyways, who am I supposed to race tonight?" she asked, not being interrupted this time.

"That would be me." (Y/N) turned around at the sound of the voice to see a man with gelled jet-black hair walking towards her. Wow, he's hot. They made eye contact and she noted how beautiful his silver eyes were.

"I'm Takeshi Nakazato, leader of the Myogi NightKids." He introduced himself and held out his hand for her.

"I'm (Y/N) (L/N), but I'm not with a team. I'm more of a neutral racer." She replied and shook his hand. When their hands touched, a small spark shot through them and they didn't want to pull away. They did so quickly after before anyone noticed.

"So, uh... a neutral racer, huh? Do you race for any team that asks you to, then?" he asked, a bit awkward at first but quickly regained his composure.

"Pretty much, yeah. I don't do it all the time and I don't do it for every team. I've raced for the SpeedStars the most since they're good friends of mine." She explained.

"Ah, I see. You got a sweet 3-2 by the way." He complimented her car, and it made her smile.

"Thank you. Yours is hot in black. It also kind of looks like you."

"It... looks like me?" he tilted his head and looked at his car, trying to find a similarity, "How?"

She giggled and explained, "The majority of it is black," she then motioned to his hair and current outfit which was completely black, "and the rims are silver, like your eyes." She looked into his eyes with a light blush on her cheeks as she finished her explanation. They really were something else, like two small pools of liquid silver. His eyes were almost hypnotizing.

Little did she know, he thought the same about her. She was easily the most beautiful woman he's ever seen, and she owned the same car as him? Perfection. He hoped he could gather the courage after their race to ask her on a date.

"Well, I'm ready to go," she turned to her friends, "wish me luck, guys!" The racers went back to their cars and (Y/N) lined hers up next to Takeshi's. They revved the engines to warm them up, the beautiful sound of two RB26 engines resonating through the top of the pass. Kenji walked out between the two Skylines to start the countdown. As soon as he yelled 'go', they sped off at the same time, staying next to each other until the first corner where (Y/N) gained the lead.

He probably has his car in all-wheel drive. I wonder how much under steer he has to deal with, not being able to drift, she thought as she threw her car into a drift around the third corner.

Takeshi's eyes widened in shock. Is she... drifting with all-wheel drive?! How the hell is she not ruining her car? He watched her movements, following behind her closely.

I must've surprised him. She chuckled when she saw him slow down then speed up just after the end of the corner.

She drifted around the next few corners and Takeshi felt both impressed and confused. All-wheel drive cars are hard as hell to drift because they're naturally made to want to grip onto the road. So, how is she drifting such a heavy car, so easily?

She's going to ruin the car if she keeps doing that. It's only natural that something would break, right? 3-2s are meant to grip, not drift. The weight of the car would put too much pressure somewhere it shouldn't, and something will blow. Takeshi thought something would've happened to her car by now, being close to the bottom of Akina now, but nothing did.

Soon enough, they reached the last corner and that's where Takeshi decided to make his move, pulling up next to her, trying to accelerate fast enough to beat her. Takeshi only had enough time to line up with her car equally, and they passed the finish line in sync.

"They just passed the finish line!" One of the SpeedStars called through the radio. Iketani quickly picked up the radio on his car, "Well, who won?!" Everyone at the top of Akina waited to hear the results.

"They tied."

"What do you mean they tied?!" Iketani exclaimed.

"I mean, they tied. They crossed the line at the same time, man. How else do you want me to explain it?"

The spectators and other teams talked amongst themselves while Iketani, Kenji, and Itsuki stood there with their mouths agape. The NightKids were surprised, but at least it wasn't a loss on their part. Tch. At least Nakazato managed to keep it together this time. Shingo thought, taking a drag from his cigarette.

Takeshi and (Y/N) pulled their cars over to the side of the road, getting out and meeting each other in the middle. "So, a tie, huh? I suppose this leaves an unsettled score between us." He spoke first.

"I suppose it does. It looks like we'll just have to settle it one day," (Y/N) smirked lightly, "you're a great racer, as well. You handle the understeering quite nicely." Her compliment took him by surprise and a small blush creeped up onto his cheeks.

"T-thanks, same to you. Speaking of which, would you mind telling me how the hell you can drift the 3-2? It's all-wheel drive, and extremely heavy."

"Normally, I wouldn't tell anyone but the look on your face when you saw me do it changed my mind," (Y/N) smiled cheekily when his blush worsened, "There's a type of 'switch' in the drivetrain that you can flip to convert it from all-wheel drive to rear-wheel drive. It's kind of a pain in the ass to get to, but once you do you can hook it up to some wires and electrical pieces to put through your dash so it's easily accessible, and you can change it back whenever you want."

"Wow, really? That's interesting." He replied softly.

"Mhmm," she pulled out her phone to check the time before looking back up at him, "I should head home, it's late and I have to work tomorrow. It was nice meeting you, Takeshi!" She waved to him with a smile before rushing into her car.

"Uh, h-hey, wait-!" Takeshi tried getting her attention, but she had already driven off. His shoulders dropped a bit as he stared at the road she disappeared on. Takeshi was a fast racer and he felt like he had met the girl of his dreams, but he wasn't fast enough to ask her on a date.

He sat in his beloved R32 thinking of her. How far away did she live? Does she live in Shibukawa? Is she far away from Myogi? Would he ever see her again? His heart seemed to tighten at that last question. It's only been a night and he's fallen hard for her. She is friends with the SpeedStars, she said. I might be able to ask them where to find her.

--------

Two weeks had passed since the race between Takeshi and (Y/N) and he hadn't seen any sign of her. He traveled to Akina on a few different occasions at different times to see if he could catch her practicing the course but found nothing. He went to all the nearest street races he heard of, hoping to see her at one. He never did. Takeshi was hesitant to ask the SpeedStars where she was, since the first time he met them at the gas station, he wasn't exactly friendly with them and quite possibly left a bad impression. If he didn't see her for the next few days, he would head over to the gas station and ask them, and apologize for being a dick.

Takeshi pulled into the car park of the popular restaurant a lot of the racers go to. Heading inside, a hostess greeted him and led him to a booth next to the window, the rays of the setting sun covered buildings in a brilliant glow.

"A waiter will be right with you." She chimed before leaving. A minute later a waitress walked over to his table.

"Good evening, can I start you off with anything to- Takeshi?" the man in question turned his gaze from the window to look at the woman he's been dying to see.

"(Y/N)?" he looked up at her, surprise on his defined features.

She gave him one of her beautiful smiles and replied, "That's me! How are you? It's been a while."

"I've been fine. I didn't know you worked here either, I usually show up around this time of day." He stated, curious for an answer.

"Normally I work from seven to three but I'm covering my friend's shift tonight since she had an emergency." Takeshi hummed and nodded.

"So, what have you been up to these last couple of weeks? Anything interesting?" she asked with a small head tilt. It felt nice that it was easy to strike up a conversation between the two of them. It felt natural and not awkward like when they first met.

"Well, I've been spending a lot of time practicing on Myogi and other passes. I spend most of my time driving." And looking for you.

"That sounds fun. Maybe I should hop over to Myogi one night and see what your home course is like, and we could possibly have our rematch there too."

"You want to race me on my territory? Good luck with that." He smirked.

"How about a little bet, then? Loser takes the winner to dinner." She suggested and held her hand out.

"Deal." They shook hands and (Y/N) went back into work mode, asking what he wanted to order and bringing them out moments later. This bet worked out in Takeshi's favour whether he wins or loses; he gets to go to dinner with his crush.

I see this as an absolute win.

--------

The rematch was a private race that no one knew about. They decided to keep quiet about it since it was more for fun and a test of who drove an R32 better. The next day was date night, and the loser of the race was currently on his way to pick up the lady at her apartment.

Yep, Takeshi lost. It's been a while since he lost a race on his home course, but he didn't mind one bit that (Y/N) was the one to beat him. It showed him just how impressive her skills were when it came to racing a mountain pass and controlling her car. If anything, it only made him fall in love with her that much more.

Takeshi parked his car in an open spot and made his way up to her apartment door, ringing the bell. A minute after, (Y/N) walked out the door wearing her favourite outfit.

"Hi, Takeshi." She greeted him with a smile then locked the door.

"(Y/N), you look... beautiful." He said as a blush began forming on his cheeks.

"Thank you. You're looking quite handsome yourself." She winked and chuckled when his blush got worse. 'It's so cute how easily he gets flustered.'

"O-oh, uhm, t-thanks." He looked at the ground, mentally scolding himself for stuttering. In all honesty though, Takeshi is really attractive. His black button up shirt was undone and had the sleeves rolled up over his elbows, showing his defined forearms. The white t-shirt underneath was slightly form fitting and was tucked in showing the belt wrapped around his black jeans that matched his black and white converse. He was looking like a sexy rebel today, wasn't he?

"You ready to go?" Takeshi asked and (Y/N) nodded enthusiastically.

"Sure am! I get to have dinner with a cute racer." She hooked her arm in his and pulled him along the down the stairs and to the car where he drove to dinner.

--------

They hit it off extremely well during their date that it led them to going on two more before Takeshi asked her to go out with him. She had said yes so quickly that she believed she hasn't replied to anyone that fast before.

The new couple had just finished another date and Takeshi was driving on Myogi. It was a calm drive with comfortable silence, the whistle of the turbos and Takeshi shifting gears being the only occasional sounds besides the constant growling of the engine.

"Ya know, this is a really fun pass to race on." (Y/N) piped up, breaking the silence.

"Why's that?"

"It has a nice balance of straightaways, corners, and hairpins. Some corners are easy, some are challenging. Same goes for the hairpins. It has a combination of everything, I can see why you love it so much." Takeshi couldn't help but smile. Finally, a girl that understands the importance of having a home course that offers everything.

(Y/N) watched him drive up the rest of the way until they reached the top of Myogi. Her eyes never left his form but definitely wandered. She noted how he was wearing the same outfit he wore on their first date. She kept complimenting him and couldn't get enough of it.

"See something you like?" Takeshi asked with a smirk and looking at her through the corner of his eye.

"Staring at someone I love, actually." (Y/N) replied smoothly with a mischievous smile. She wrapped her right arm around his left one, bringing her hand to his forearm to squeeze it. In an instant, Takeshi felt all the blood rush to his dick and he mentally cursed. Fuck.

Sometimes, he hated being a guy for the sole reason of being turned on and having to deal with a dick that gives it away so damn fast. When (Y/N) continued on with trailing her hand up and down his arm, giving it the occasional squeeze, he was quickly losing his mental restraint.

He quickly pulled in an empty parking spot in the corner, blending the black R32 in with the dark surroundings. As soon as he pulled up the e-brake and unbuckled the harnesses, Takeshi leaned over the centre console and cupped (Y/N)'s face with both hands, pulling her into an almost desperate kiss.

His quick movements took her by surprise, but she easily responded to his kiss. She kissed him back just as feverishly, her hand swiftly tangling itself in his soft black hair. Takeshi groaned lowly when she tugged on his hair. (Y/N) swiped her tongue along his bottom lip asking for entrance but Takeshi kept his mouth shut and smirked.

His smirk didn't last long when (Y/N) roughly tugged on his hair and brought her free hand to his neck to lightly squeeze it as she bit his bottom lip. He shivered and moaned loudly, allowing (Y/N) to slip her tongue in. Takeshi had a dark blush form quickly over his cheeks from both their actions. He had never moaned that loudly before and found it a bit embarrassing on his part.

On the other hand, he never thought he would love for a woman to take control so easily. Takeshi believed he would always be the dominant one during sex whether he was on top or bottom, but god damn he loved the dominance his woman was displaying right now.

Their tongues fought but (Y/N) quickly won that fight. Takeshi let her do as she pleased, marking every corner of his mouth as hers. She pulled away from the kiss a few moment later and slid her hand from his neck down to his chest, pushing him to lean back in the seat. She climbed over the console and straddled his lap, Takeshi's hands holding her waist.

"So," she started, a playful smirk on her lips, "you either like having your hair pulled or being choked, maybe even both. Which is it?" she finished with whispering in his ear, sending a shiver down his spine. This woman is going to be the death of him.

"Everything." He replied breathily.

"Do you want more?" she whispered again, tracing his jawline with her thumb.

"Y-yeah." He tightened his grip on her waist at the thought. (Y/N) happily obliged and left a path of feathery kisses from his ear to his neck until she found the spot near the crook of it that made his breath hitch. She focused there, kissing, biting, and sucking at it. His moans rang out, one after the other at her territorial actions. She pulled away and the spot was a dark purplish red with small traces of bite marks.

She moved to the other side of his neck, surprised to find another sensitive area that was just below the side of his jaw. (Y/N) gave the same treatment to the new spot as she did the last. Takeshi had his head leaning back against the seat, giving her more room. She could feel the vibrations his throat made as he moaned her name and groaned.

She loved how he fell apart so quickly from such simple actions as well as how vocal he was. The way his voice lowered when he groaned or slightly raised when he moaned was heavenly and it sent waves of heat straight down to her core.

When the second mark on his neck was made, she pulled away, getting a good look at him. His beautiful liquid silver eyes were clouded over. His ears, cheeks, and the bridge of his nose were tinted red with a blush. His silky blacky hair was messy and more of his bangs were ruffled over his forehead.

Takeshi was a hot mess.

She smiled affectionately and gave a series of kisses that he eagerly returned as he rubbed his hands up and down her thighs. (Y/N) took off his black button-up shirt and untucked the white t-shirt underneath. They broke the kiss so Takeshi could take it off while she did the same for her clothes. When she was left in her underwear, Takeshi eyed her up with lust filled eyes.

She pulled the lever under the seat up so Takeshi could push it as far back as it would go, giving them more leg room. (Y/N) made quick work in taking off his belt and lowering his pants. She lowered herself to the floor and palmed his hard arousal through his boxers, a low groan emanating through his throat.

She pulled his boxers down and Takeshi gave a relieved moan. With her slim fingers wrapped around the base, she started with slow pumps that had the worked-up man throw his head back against the seat with drawled out moans of her name following. (Y/N) continued her slow pace, waiting for Takeshi to beg her to do something.

Tonight, he was at her complete mercy.

Although, he has behaved wonderfully so far, which is working out in his favour. The better you behave, the more pleasure you'll receive. He brought a hand to her hair, tangling his fingers into it but wasn't able to hold it roughly due to his shaking from such euphoria. His other hand was gripping the edge of the seat so hard that his knuckles had turned white.

"(Y-Y/N) ..." He said shakily, his voice quivering as much as his body.

"Yes Takeshi?" she asked with a seductive tone that made his breath hitch.

"F-faster, p-please..." His voice cracked. (Y/N) complied and quickened her pace as Takeshi's moans resonated throughout the car. She brought her lips to the underside of his arousal and licked upward until she reached the tip. She took most of him in her mouth, bobbing her head up and down. She continued to use her hand for what she couldn't reach, keeping the fast pace.

Takeshi muttered that he was close to coming and (Y/N) stopped her actions, leaning back. The desperate man above her whined in protest from the denial.

"Don't worry love, you'll get it." (Y/N) hummed reassuringly. As she was pushing herself up, Takeshi weakly pointed towards the glove box of the car. She immediately understood and dug around for a second before pulling out the small package and tearing it open, sliding it down his length.

Takeshi watched as she straddled him, some strands of his hair slightly blocking his eyes. He was truly at a loss for words. He never thought he'd see the day where he became so undone under (Y/N)'s touch. He felt like he went completely numb, barely being able lift a finger and not having any feeling in his legs, yet he could feel everything she did to him so vividly.

All in one fluid motion, she had taken off her underwear and lowered herself onto his length. They moaned in unison before (Y/N) lightly wrapped her fingers around his neck with one hand and leaned in, capturing his lips with hers in a passionate kiss. She rubbed her thumb along the side of his neck in up and downward motions. When she lightly squeezed, he hummed pleasantly into the kiss. Takeshi slid his hands up her thighs to hold her hips, his grip tightening for a moment every time she lowered herself back down onto him.

As (Y/N)'s pace increased, the pressure she applied to his neck did as well. They had broken away from the kiss, their breathing getting heavy quickly. Takeshi moaned her name repeatedly as if it were the only thing he knew. His hold on her hips were rough and his nails were leaving small crescents on her skin. The vibrations she felt coming from his throat had her grip on his neck tightening just a bit more, another euphoric moan passing through the man's lips.

(Y/N) loved the way his length filled her so perfectly. The tip hit the right spot that had her eyes roll back and her back arch. When they were nearing their release, she let go of his neck, moving it to his hair. Lacing her fingers through the soft, messy strands, she tugged on it lightly and held onto his shoulder with the other hand for balance.

"Takeshi!" She screamed his name as she came, and he followed shortly after with a drawled-out moan of her name. (Y/N) placed her head on his shoulder, catching her breath. She lightly kissed Takeshi's neck, her hand caressing the other side. He rubbed her hip and pressed kisses on her head.

They sat there in comfortable silence until their breathing had returned to normal and they situated themselves with their clothes. "I don't know what you did to me," Takeshi started, "but fuck I loved every minute of it." He chuckled lightly and (Y/N) joined in.

"Seems to be that you love being the submissive one, hmm?" she gave at him a teasing smile.

"Only for you." He hooked a finger under her chin and pulled her towards him, pressing a long, passionate kiss on her lips then pulling away. "How about I get you home?"

"Only if you stay the night with me?" (Y/N) asked hopefully.

"What kind of boyfriend would I be if I didn't?" Takeshi winked and started the car. The minute they were under the covers of (Y/N)'s bed, Takeshi pulled her towards him, her back pressing against his chest as he spooned her.

"I thought subs liked being the ones that get spooned?"

"Yeah, yeah, just go to sleep."

Kenji - Lonely Love

• Kenji x Reader • Word Count: 1,852. • Synopsis: In which Kenji is a simp and finally gets a girlfriend.

➽───────────────❥

She's so damn gorgeous... why does she have to be so pretty?

"There he goes again. Staring at the waitress like always." Iketani said as him, Itsuki and Takumi watched Kenji hopelessly stare at the waitress by the front counter.

"I'm starting to think we're only coming here more often just so he can stare at her." Itsuki huffed.

"Well, what can you say? The guy looks like he found his soulmate or something. Look at him." Iketani gestured a hand towards Kenji. Completely in a daze, he doesn't even notice the other guys talking about him or anyone else around them. His eyes are gleaming as he watches the girl walk around helping customers and bringing out their food.

"So, you think he's gonna ask her out?" Takumi piped up.

"No way! We're not letting that happen! He's a Lonely Driver like us and he's going to stay that way or so help me...!" Itsuki argued.

"But you're dating Kazumi, Itsuki." Takumi replied nonchalantly.

"H-hey! We aren't officially dating, you know! That means I'm still a Lonely Driver." He hmphed and crossed his arms, facing away from Takumi.

"She's so... pretty." Kenji mumbled with a lovesick smile on his face. All three of the boys groaned and put their heads on the table.

--------

I know I look like I'm desperate, but I can't help it, Kenji thought as he once again pulled into the parking lot of Family's restaurant. This time he might be able to actually talk to the girl since he's by himself.

No guys to bother me and no one to look at me weird. Just as long as I don't mess it up or make myself look like an idiot, I'm good! Walking inside and getting to his table right away, he 'subtly' looked around for the waitress. A few seconds later he sees her walk out of the kitchen doors and to a table, carrying a few plates of food.

When she turned his direction and walked towards him, he quickly looked away and tried to look natural. Key word: tried.

"Hi! I'm (Y/N), I'll be your waitress today. Any kind of drink I can start you off with?" She said with the most beautiful voice he's ever heard.

"You can be mine any day." He said to himself, and it wasn't a whisper.

"Oh, really?" Kenji stopped with wide eyes before looking up at her. Did I really just that out loud? Crap. Luckily, she didn't have a disgusted look on her face but rather an amused one.

"Uh... I, umm." He fumbled over his words, unsure what to say.

"You come here a lot, don't you? I've seen you around a few times with your friends, yeah?" She asked, making the conversation less awkward.

"Yeah, we do. We don't really do anything with our lives unless it involves cars and racing, really." (Y/N) chuckled and Kenji blushed.

"You and your friends are street racers?" He nodded in response. "Maybe you could take me to one sometime? It sounds fun." She gave him a sweet smile as she ripped a piece of paper with something written on it and placed it on the table. Kenji turned his gaze to the paper with a hopeful gleam and mentally cheered when he saw a phone number on it.

"Y-yeah, definitely! That would be awesome! There's one this Saturday night at ten if you're up for it."

"Sounds great! I could meet you just outside the parking lot here at eight?"

"Perfect, I'll see you then!"

--------

"Well, looks like lover boy is here." Iketani said as the boys watched Kenji pull into the gas station.

"Honestly, doesn't he have anything better to do than hang out at a gas station for hours?" Itsuki shook his head disappointedly.

"I'm surprised he's here and not at the restaurant staring at his crush and drooling all over the table." Iketani shrugged.

"Hey! I can hear you, morons!" Kenji yelled as he got out of his 180SX.

"You're one to talk Iketani. You looked just like him when you were drooling over Mako and calling her a goddess." Takumi said as he scratched the back of his head.

"Wha- hey! Shut up, man! You're supposed to be on our side." He deadpanned. All Takumi did was shrug and stare at something as Itsuki and Kenji laughed.

"At least I'm the one who has a date tonight, while you three continue to be Lonely Drivers." Kenji crossed his arms proudly.

"WHAT?!" Itsuki screeched. "You can't do this to us, Kenji! This goes against the Lonely Driver's code, you fool! You're breaking rules!"

"Bold of you to assume I was a part of your sad club to begin with." He chuckled. "Besides, Takumi has a girlfriend and I don't hear you complaining to him."

"Yeah, well..." Itsuki trailed off, not being able to come up with a good argument. "I will when I think of a good time to yell at him!" He piped up.

"Yeah, sure you will." Kenji hung around the gas station for a few hours, talking with the guys before he cut the conversation short with, "Nice talking with you guys, but I have a date to get ready for, so I'll see ya later." He waved as he walked over to his car and left. Iketani and Itsuki were huddled up and grumbling to each other, while Takumi was the only real one working. Yuichi watched the whole ordeal from the window and laughed, saying, "Kids these days."

--------

(Y/N) arrived at the restaurants parking lot on time and Kenji showed up not a minute later. "Hey Kenji, how are ya?" She greeted with a smile as she got in the car.

"Doing great, how about you?" He smiled happily.

"I'm just fine, thank you."

"Hell yeah, you are." (Y/N) giggled at his clever response. They chatted on their way to the mountain the race was taking place on. He was surprised to hear her talk about all kinds of cars, their parts, and how tuning them in different ways would work best for them. He didn't expect her to be this knowledgeable about cars. If anything, this made him mentally fanboy as much as Itsuki does out loud. It almost scares him. Luckily, none of the guys could make it since they all worked the night shift today, so, Kenji and (Y/N) had tonight's race all to themselves.

Finding an empty spot at one of the hairpins, Kenji parked the car and they got out. Kenji decided to see just how much she knew about cars and tested her as they waited for the racers to speed past the hairpins. Least to say, he was shocked how she nailed all of them. She even explained some things he didn't even know were possible to do to a car.

"You're amazing." He said dreamily.

"Thanks Kenji, so are you." She smiled and playfully nudged his side.

"Heh, thanks." He blushed and rubbed the back of his neck. The sound of engines and squealing tires pulled their attention to the road. The cars drifted around the corner and once they passed (Y/N) quickly said, "The S15 is going to win."

"How do you know?" Kenji asked quizzically.

"Did you see the way it drifted around the corner? The angle it maintained gave it the advantage of a faster acceleration after coming out of the corner compared to the other car. It put quite a gap between the two. Since there isn't much course left and the hairpins are the same size, he would just repeat the process, putting even more distance between them when he pulls out of the corners and quickly accelerates making more of a gap and winning from it." (Y/N) explained and Kenji's mouth was open in shock as he stared at her.

"Marry me."

"How about we start with the dating process first?" She chuckled. He nodded eagerly with a blush back on his cheeks.

--------

Kenji pulled into the gas station, parking behind Iketani's S13. As Kenji got out, the guys greeted him.

"Hey man... who's that?" Iketani looked back at Kenji's 180 seeing the passenger door open. Itsuki's eyes nearly popped out when he saw who it was.

"My girlfriend."

"Your... what?" Itsuki asked.

"Girl. Friend. It's clearly a word the both of you don't understand yet since you don't have one." Kenji smirked as he leaned against his car. Iketani and Itsuki gave him a deadpanned stare and you could hear Yuichi chuckling in the background. (Y/N) walked over to them and gave a small wave and introduced herself, the guys doing so in return.

"By the way, I am no longer a part of your Lonely Driver club." Kenji added and Itsuki slumped down with a groan.

"Come on, Kenji you can't leave us alone like this! I mean yeah, she's gorgeous and all, but we're the Lonely Drivers! We don't need girlfriends!" He puffed back up, trying to look prideful. (Y/N) looked between them, amused, while Kenji looked completely unimpressed.

"Well, if that's all you got to say, we're gonna head out now." He gave them a smug smile and got in the car, (Y/N) following along, giving the guys a nice smile and wave. Itsuki gave her a dreamy smile and Iketani walked up to Kenji. "Where are you two going?"

"On a date, while you get to hang out with Takumi and Itsuki."

"Kenji, don't be mean." (Y/N) lightly scolded him. Iketani waved his hand,

"Nah, it's all good. I got a date with Mako in a couple days anyway. But Itsuki doesn't have to know that." He smirked.

"You two made up then?" Kenji asked.

"Yep, we're doing great so far. Just don't let Talksalot over there know about any of this. I'll never hear the end of it." Iketani shook his head slightly.

"I gotcha buddy, I'll see you around." They nodded to each other before Kenji drove away from the gas station. "So, those are the guys for you. I'm still not wrapping my head around why you wanted to meet them; they're just a bunch of nerds."

"So are you." She teased.

"Yeah, yeah." He waved his hand aimlessly.

"I was thinking about how you said you wanted to upgrade your car a bit. I came up with quite a few ideas of what you could do to it to make it faster and handle better with a lot more stability." (Y/N) began listing off everything she came up with, still surprising Kenji from time to time with certain things. The rest of the drive mainly consisted of tuning and other car topics. My god, she's perfect. I still don't know how the hell I managed to get her, but damn I'm sure glad I did.

"You know, if you keep it up with all that car talk, I'll have no choice but to marry you. You better watch it." He warned lightheartedly. (Y/N) simply laughed with that beautiful voice and Kenji couldn't help but smile.

She's one hell of a perfect woman.

Keisuke Takahashi - Lost into the Night

• Keisuke Takahashi x Reader | Smut | • Word Count: 1,911. • Synopsis: In which a bored day at home, turns into a hot night with a famous blonde racer on a secluded overlook, and on the hood of a sexy yellow FD.

➽───────────────❥

(Y/N) had been cooped up at home all day, bored out of her mind. Keisuke had called her yesterday evening asking her if she wanted to go on a small road trip with him. She quickly accepted, being quite excited for the little event to come.

"Yeah, I can't wait! What time and where?"

"Be ready by six, I'll pick you up then, and you'll just have to wait to find out where we're headed."

(Y/N) glanced up at the clock on the wall. Only four o' clock... what the hell am I supposed to do for the next two hours?

The clock ticked away agonizingly slow until it was finally time for her to get ready. She took a shower, styled her hair, and put on her usual amount of make-up. Heading to her room she looked through her clothes for an outfit.

Keisuke never told me where we're going or if we're stopping somewhere along the way. She hummed in thought before pulling out casual, but nice-looking clothes and slipping them on. She looked at herself in the mirror. Pretty damn good. Glancing over at the clock on her nightstand she checked the time. Five-fifty, only ten minutes until Keisuke shows up. Knowing her man, he'd most likely be here sooner. Speed means everything to the blonde.

As if on cue, she perked up at the sound of a loud exhaust and the small squeal of tires getting closer to her apartment. Speak of the devil and he will come. She chuckled lightly, grabbing her keys and wallet. When she opened the door, Keisuke was standing there like he was about to knock.

"Hey, babe. You got a sixth sense for me, don't you?" Keisuke smirked at her.

"No. Unless you count your loud car, that can be heard a mile away mind you, is considered a sixth sense, then sure." They laughed as they walked down to said car, the bright yellow FD sitting patiently in a parking spot. Keisuke opened the passenger door, and (Y/N) gave him a loving peck on the lips before getting in. He smiled and shut the door, moving to the driver side and hopping in.

The car growled as the engine turned on, getting louder as he pulled out of the parking spot and began the drive. The couple striked up an easy conversation and jokes along the way.

--------

As they got closer to their destination, the drive had quiet down some, bringing a peaceful silence. Enjoying each other's presence, looking at the scenery around them, and the occasional whistles of the RX-7's turbos. They drove on for another half hour before Keisuke pulled over into a secluded forest area. He guided the FD down the small windy path to reveal a breathtaking view of a small city below them, the beach close to it. The sun was just about to set completely as they arrived, giving the sky brilliant hues of reds and purple. (Y/N) gasped lightly as she stared in awe.

"Hey, are you going to sit in there and stare or are you going to come out and actually see it?" Keisuke's voice pulled her out of her trance.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm coming." She got out of the car and moved towards him.

"Heh, you will be soon." Keisuke said under his breath, a subtle smirk on his lips.

"You say something?" (Y/N) looked at him curiously.

"Nah, just talking to myself." The blonde gave her a wink and charming smile as he pulled her closer, his strong arms wrapping themselves around her waist. She sat down on the hood of the FD, cuddling into his right side.

Humming contently, she laced their fingers together and he lightly rubbed his thumb over her soft skin, placing a soft kiss on her head. "This is beautiful Kei, thank you." She looked up at him, a loving smile on her face.

"Just for you, love." He said with his famous grin, leaning down to press gentle, loving kisses on her soft lips. They kissed for what felt like hours, the remaining light of the sunset, dimly illuminating their features until it disappeared completely. Their fingers gently tangled in each other's hair as their lips moved in sync.

They pulled away slowly to catch their breath, oxygen sadly being a necessity that interrupted them. Keisuke leaned down further, his slightly rough lips, leaving a path of feathery kisses along her neck. "Keisuke..." (Y/N) said lightly, tilting her neck to give him more access.

"I like the sound of that, gorgeous. Say it louder."

Picking up on his actions, he kissed rougher on the other side of her neck until he found the spot that earned him a delicious moan of his name. Leaving a dark hickey, Keisuke licked up her neck before grabbing her thighs and pulling her over to straddle him. He gripped her ass with one hand and placed the other on the back of her neck. Leaning forward, his lips ghosting over hers and he looked her in the eyes. They were darker and glazed over with lust.

The needy look she saw on him sent a wave of heat through her down to her core. Keisuke tightened his hold on her ass and crashed their lips together. (Y/N) lightly grinded herself against Keisuke's growing arousal that had him growl deeply. He bit her bottom lip, roughening the kiss until he could snake his tongue in. With her arms wrapped around his neck and fingers tangled in his soft blonde locks, Keisuke slid his hands up her body until they reached her breasts, squeezing them. A muffled moan passed her lips as she rubbed up against him further.

Keisuke muttered her name with a raspy voice before wrapping his arms around her and picking her up. He gently laid her onto the hood, wanting to make quick work of taking off her clothes. With her shirt quickly unbuttoned and removed, Keisuke slipped a hand behind her back, unclipping her bra and pulling it off.

(Y/N) turned her head to the side, cheeks quickly turning pink. She felt Keisuke gently take hold of her jaw turning her to face him. He leaned down pressing soft, loving kisses on her lips. She melted into them, feeling his slightly calloused hands move her arms away from her chest and onto the hood.

"Don't be insecure, love, you're beautiful. Understand?"

He gave a reassuring peck on her lips and nuzzled his nose against her cheek with a small hum. Keisuke made sure to go slow to ease her uncertainty. With every kiss and soft touch that he left, she relaxed under him quickly, soon reveling in the sensations Keisuke worked out of her so easily.

Trailing his skilled hands down her stomach to her hips, he busied himself on getting rid of her pants, eagerly pulling them off along with her underwear. (Y/N) loudly gasped out his name, the coolness of the night's air and FD's hood coincide with the building heat of her arousal.

Keisuke's fingers rubbed at her arousal earning him sighs of pleasure. She squirmed, her thighs rubbing against his arm in her attempt to gain more friction. A small moan escaped her throat when Keisuke put in a finger, soon adding in a second, then a third, until she was moaning hopelessly under his touch. She threw her head against the hood and arched her back.

"Kei...suke..." She whined.

"That's what I want to hear. I want to hear you scream for me, babe," he said with a low and husky voice, "I want you begging for me."

"Please, K-Keisuke."

"Please what, gorgeous? What do you want from me?" he smirked, slowing the pace of his fingers and curling them. A loud moan followed before she spoke.

"Fuck me, Keisuke!" She exclaimed frustratedly, drawling out his name. "P-please Kei, I w-want you so bad."

"Good girl." He hummed, satisfied with her pleads.

She gave a small whimper when he withdrew his fingers. He licked them clean, a seductive smirk on his lips. "You taste amazing, love. Now, your reward for behaving so well." Grabbing her hips, he pulled her closer to him. (Y/N)'s legs hung over the FD's hood. She watched Keisuke take off his shirt, revealing his rippling, well-toned muscles that nearly made her salivate.

Undoing his belt, the blonde pulled both his pants and boxers down enough to free his painfully hardened length from its tight confinements. Keisuke groaned lowly and grinded himself against her wet heat. (Y/N) bit her bottom lip as her breath hitched. The deep sound of Keisuke's voice resonated throughout her body, sending a shiver down her spine.

"Ready, gorgeous?" he asked, lined up with her entrance. She nodded eagerly; arms wrapped around his neck. She pulled him down, crashing their lips together. Their moans were muffled by the kiss as Keisuke slowly thrust into her.

"(Y/N) ... fuck you're tight." He growled, thrusting his hips with a slow pace. (Y/N) sighed deeply, her eyes fluttering shut and legs wrapping around Keisuke's waist. She sharply tugged on Keisuke's blonde locks, a loud groan escaping his throat.

Gradually, his thrusts got faster, the hand on her hip leaving a red print and nail marks on her skin. When (Y/N) opened her eyes, she took in her boyfriend's appearance. His silky blonde hair was shaggy with some damp strands sticking to the side of his face and forehead. The small beads of sweat that traveled down the strong muscles of his neck to his chest enhanced his natural, sexy appearance. The way his arms tensed up when he thrust deep into her, the low sounds of his voice when he moaned her name, everything about the man was perfection.

Keisuke snaked his tongue past (Y/N)'s soft lips and eagerly explored the new territory, marking every detail he could with his skillful tongue. When he pulled away to breathe, a strand of saliva connected the two for a moment before breaking. With heavy pants, he made his thrusts rougher that reached places deep inside her, turning (Y/N) into a moaning mess that was nearing her sweet release.

"K-Keisuke..." He knew that tone in her voice. After hearing that beloved sound many times, he knew when she was going to unravel underneath him.

"I know, baby, me t-too." Keisuke replied between breaths, the familiar feeling of his own release, building up quickly.

With a series of rough, sloppy thrusts, they came together making the already euphoric sensation even more intense as they loudly moaned each other's names. When they came down from their high and had their clothes back on, the couple cuddled up closely on the FD's hood. Keisuke had her seated on his lap, legs on each side of him as she leaned into his warm chest.

She hummed with a smile as he held her, arms wrapped protectively around her body. Keisuke gently nuzzled his nose against her hair, leaving gentle and loving kisses atop her head. Her man really knew how to make aftercare a cuddly, warm experience.

"How about we go home?" he asked lightly, "I just want to lay in bed and fall asleep with you next to me." (Y/N) hummed eagerly in agreement, the thought sending a warm feeling through her. By the time they got to the mansion and were under the blankets of his large bed, the couple fell asleep quickly tangled up in each other's arms.
