Ive Got This Thing Rotting In My Gallery For Two Weeks Or Something. I Should Make A Collection Of ORV

I’ve got this thing rotting in my gallery for two weeks or something. I should make a collection of “ORV animatic ideas that I sketched out / made a small part of but didn’t put my mind into finishing it.”

ORV x TMA AU where Kim Dokja is this new head archivist who reads statements because he enjoys horror stories and has mass denial and skepticism just so he can keep enjoying the statements as fiction while Yoo Joonghyuk is the tired exasperated closed off assistant who’s the one doing 90% of the job and is like “Dokja, this thing is actually real can we pay attention ffs” and Han Sooyoung is this Stranger but also a bit of an eye Avatar who’s lived hundreds of years and discovers that the Fears are the ones driving this universe’ existence so she starts an institute to keep records of all the Fears, and then this one archivist comes along that’s really bad at his job and then she finds out Dokja is like the ultimate eye avatar who refuses to eat fresh statements so he’s fucking dying, so she makes a plan for Archivist Dokja kickstart the voyeuristic apocalypse to keep himself alive but she doesn’t want him to be lonely so she makes a clone of herself that’s basically Gertrude and Yoo Joonghyuk in her plans somehow got the memo and he now has to convince Dokja to not throw himself into every dangerous situation possible.

The other avatars wants to start their own apocalypse too so they’re tryna kill Dokja even though he’s like “???? tf do you mean apocalypse” Sangah as Sasha gets Not-Sangah’ed later on, Hyunsung dies mid story trying to protect the archival gang during a desolation ritual, Heewon is Daisy who constantly contemplates her sense of justice and is simultaneously trying to put Dokja in a coffin and befriend him. Jihye is her junior who looks up to Heewon a lot but has to watch her sister slash mentor figure’s humanity deteriorate. Hayoung is Melanie who at first didn’t join the institute but then did later on even though Dokja warned her and now feels very pissy. Seolhwa is Georgie who’s the mom friend, also Joonghyuk’s ex and now friend and they still talk a lot like “damn this job” “yeah that sounds bad wanna start a horror podcast with me”. Gilyoung is a random corruption child avatar and Yoosung is a hunt avatar that Dokja decides to adopt because he can. Pildu and the others are here too, idk where but they’re here.

TMA ships don’t apply here properly.

Constantly moving cycle theory (Bendy)

Here’s a Bendy theory. There’s something I wonder about a lot about the ink realm/cycle, which is its deterioration that spans across the games. In batim, the cycle was straightforward. Think a film reel constantly playing. It just kept looping, that was it. No one can break apart from the script (well I guess except the weird mysterious yellow messages that still has an ambiguous meaning). In batdr, Wilson can forcefully hop dimensions, stop it, mess with it etc etc, and by the end of it, when Audrey receives the book, she outright said that the cycle is leaking into the real world. So, say there’s like, a space between the cycle and the real world. And from the looks of it, a hole is gradually opening in between them.

Why? How? It definitely kickstarted from when Wilson began to hop dimensions, or at least after batim’s (god knows how many)’th cycle.

What if the Cycle was supposed to remain a cycle?

The Cycle runs on its own rules, what if one of them is that [it must be stimulating]. If we take Joey’s creation of the cycle in FTB as a reference for canon, he built this world like some mind-fucking hellscape memory lane, and the cycle idea was added later. All in all, he was going to add some kind of script to it later. The ink world operates that way, a story that starts, and ends, and starts again, with a definite storyline and script. But when someone deters off that script, stops time from moving forward, everything becomes stagnant, and begins to crumble. Maybe it’s built like something that should always be used/moving, and if it doesn’t, it’ll speed up the deterioration process. Maybe, it’s like a record that’s always meant to be playing, and if it stops, it’ll begin to break apart. That’ll add an interesting stake to Audrey. That trying to make the cycle better for everyone comes at a price— which is the ink world slowly eating into the real world. She needs to pick between keeping everyone inside or bringing everything out, including the horrors the real world may not be able to handle.
