has ANYONE ever seen Victory over the Sun the futurist opera plot from what I can tell is this post it was so bizarre and way out of like my comprehension and taste range my dad showed it to me but it didn’t have any sort of subtitles and was in Russian and I believe a made up gibberish language the costumes were crazzzzy I would say it was just a fever dream of mine but it is so readily available on YouTube

Spotify seems to have laid off the “maybe this girl needs to listen to Taylor Swift and Chappell Roan for secret spotify reasons” song recommendations lately and it recommended me a bluegrass band singing about organized labor in the northeast which then led me to their songs featuring North Carolina so it’s nice that the music recommendations make more sense now

I got rlly into like organized labor music (often like folk) and it bangs !!!!!!!!! I wrote a research paper on the federated farmer labor party and the fiasco that was and made a whole mood playlist for it :) while abt the Harlan county war tell me Which Side Are You On isn’t a banger -> side note I think when I become a teacher or student teacher in. a month. I want to have music from the time period I’m teaching play before like class starts :) need to start working on those playlists
