What if I was a robot and she was a robot engineer repair person and I relied on him to live as without repairs I would eventually break down and she relied on repairing robots for money to live and we bonded over that reliance and our shared interests and similar sense of humour and experiences and eventually we became more affectionate until one day she's kissing me and kissing me really hard and while I'm not fragile I'm not the most sturdy, and a part of me breaks, and he fixes me all while still giving me kisses and compliments as she reconnects wires and repairs me and the act of repairing is no longer just a monotonous part of her job, but an act of intimacy and love and once I'm all fixed up he continues looking at the wires and gears inside my arms and face almost longing to repair me again. anyway.
