*Stefon voice*: The My Universe MV had everything! Brilliant sets, diverse and unique casting, great message throughout the MV, beautiful cinematography, BTS being absolutely beautiful and vibing to the music, no whitewashing/skin brightening filters, Hobi flirting with an alien woman…
God it was so GOOD. I already love the song, but the MV just brought it to another level 🤩

Okay….those photos BH posted in that Navar article about their NYC trip….how am I supposed to function today? ESPECIALLY with Namjoon looking like this:

“My story, my rules” I whisper to myself as I rewrite my Jin fic to be set in a modern era
Okay, serious talk - how do other fic writers get the tone of writing for a past time period SO WELL? I’ve been trying to write my Rich Boy! Jin fic inspired by the Victorian - Edwardian eras for a while now, and I’m struggling big time. I set it in fictional countries, not using specific years, etc. But I’m losing my inspiration and motivation to even write the dang thing because I can’t get everything to go the way I want it to. Does anyone have any advice?
I have literally read fan fiction that is BETTER than actual published novels…and we are so blessed that they choose to give it to us for FREE
You ever read a fanfiction so, so fucking good that when you're done reading it, you're kinda disoriented? Like the place you were reading it in seems unfamiliar because the story sucked you into the fucking fifth dimension with how good it was? Unparalleled feeling.
Fanfic writers are an absolute gift to humanity.
To any fic writers who worry they are wasting their time... I read a fic for a relatively small and inactive fandom about three years ago. And there was one specific scene where a character watched another dancing like an idiot to a beyonce song and it was so sweet and loving that even now years later I have that song on one of my spotify playlist so every once in a while it will play and remind me of that fic, and every time it does I smile and feel a little happier.
The stats on a fic will never really tell you if your writing touched someone. There's no numerical way to show you what impact you made. Maybe you are wasting time, or maybe you are writing something that someone will remember for a long time, something that will never fail to make them smile.
