3J DANCE TO BUTTER REMIX IS COOLER THAN I HAD EVEN HOPED IT WOULD BE. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Like this is literally about the same level of stuff you’d see a professional dance crew do, so NO ONE come at me about them being “pop music dancers” or “pretty good for a boy band”.

Thank you to the 20+ folks who have liked Microcosmos so far! It’s my first story I’ve ever posted, and now I’ve caught the bug to write more 😊 20+ might not seem like a lot, but as a new writer I’m always thankful for anyone who visits my tiny little corner of the internet. Stuttering (USE SPARINGLY PLEASE)

Scratching the back of your head

Shifting weight from side to side

Exaggerated hand motions (fanning self, vague gestures, etc.)

Nervous quirks (playing with your hair, picking at skin/clothing, etc.)

Turning head sideways to avoid staring straight ahead

Keep in mind that blushing comes from blood running to the face, so people aren’t going to turn cherry red, especially if they have darker skin where it’s less obvious.

I’m so glad the friendship between Hoseok and OC resonated with you too because he was an absolute delight to write - I hate it when a story introduces a character’s friends/roommates/whatever and just…forgets they exist to give way to the romance bits, so I wanted to make sure the friendships between the characters had just as much chance to shine (albeit in the background) as the romantic relationship did. Because friendships are important too! ❤️❤️❤️

Summary: After what was supposed to be a chill night with your boyfriend at his friend’s house, you wake up the next morning with no memories and an ugly botched tattoo on your thigh that you did not want or even ask for. Especially since it is well known you are very afraid of needles. As you heal from the trauma of that night, you meet Jungkook, a local tattoo artist who is assigned to cover the botched tattoo when you gather your courage to make an appointment. What starts as a chance meeting turns into something more as you find him again when your world turns out to be smaller than you realized. 

Author’s Note: This story will involve cursing and deal with vivid descriptions of a non-consensual event (not sexual) that occurred while a main character was under the influence of being drunk and drugged. There are also descriptions of the OC/reader, who is the protagonist of the story, having panic attacks directly caused from said event and everything surrounding it. I do not take this subject matter lightly, and I understand if this is too much for someone to handle reading. This is ultimately a story about healing and the comfort someone gains from letting people in, but in order to heal it needs to be understood what the person is healing FROM.
