Why is there a print version of The Midnight Heir but none of the other short stories? I need a tiny copy of Nothing but Shadows to carry around as an emotional pick-me-up.

Besides that, Devils Paladin is clearly the most straightforward and the rest is just guesswork.

Though this kind of makes me want to compare these to the way Cassie used previous chapter titles in the series, and generally deep dive into all her literary references cause I’m pretty sure you could deduct something from looking at the poetry/prose that some of the titles are most certainly pulled from.
