Our house was destroyed, we lost our livelihood, and we were forced to live in an uninhabitable tent. But in my darkest moments, I found unexpected hope from you. 🌟After we launched the donation campaign to save what was left of us and provide a better life for our little son Hamoud, you were the light that lit the way for us. I never imagined that there would be good people like you who, from afar, would be so sympathetic to us. You have helped us beyond our imagination, and thanks to you, we have raised $7,197 of our $5,000 goal. 💵🙏

You can imagine how happy that was, and how you gave us new hope under harsh circumstances. You were like parents to us that we did not know, but they provided us with unlimited support and love. 💖🏡I sincerely ask you to continue your support. She loves talking about her interests, and she never feels embarrassed about what she likes. 

She had to get braces twice because when she got them off the first time she didn’t wear her retainer

She would argue with anyone on their views about something in class, she lived to argue. 

If Hogwarts ever had a debate club, you know she’d either be in it or the one who organised it

In a modern au she would be in love with volleyball, she would be a volleyball pro

Big procrastinator, especially on essays. She just stressed about them and did them like last minute. 

Dorcas always loved her name, and she honestly really felt like it was such a big part of her for some reason. She loved it so much

She could play two instruments, the drums and the viola. Just because she wanted to try both out 

Kareman Dohan (@karemandohan1999), a brave teacher from Khan Yunis, reached out to me in this time of dire need where all her immense courage and determination is still reaching the limits of what she can do to support her family without external intervention.

Her husband, Ayman, is a business administrative graduate who had to work as a fisherman due to the unemployment crisis in Gaza prior to the war.

Together, they have a beautiful son named Hamoud, who is 1 and a half and dreams of a prosperous life far from this violence none of them deserve.

While they are currently stuck in a war zone and cannot yet hope to leave, we can still come together to help them endure these horrendous waiting conditions and help them weather this dreadful storm.

And then, eventually, let's get them out of there altogether. 💪💪💪
