could you just imagine coming home to him after a long day? He’s already got your fave pj set ready for you for when you get out of a shower(and a warm towel)

when you get out and finally get dressed he’s already got your favorite tea started when he guides you to the couch. He’ll wrap you in the softest blanket(burrito style) then he’ll turn on your favorite show.

he’ll actually leave you alone for awhile after that to allow you to decompress after your long day. But don’t worry he can’t stay away for long.

he’d eventually arrange you on the couch the way he saw best so he could get cozy on top of you. Essentially crushing you with his body weight (i dunno about u but i wouldn’t mind) as he nuzzled into the crook of your neck. Groaning lowly as your scent is just so comforting to him.

When bedtime rolls around he’ll let you lay on his bare chest for awhile. Until he starts to feel his eyelids get heavy, he’ll ask when it’s time to go to bed

“we’re already in bed, chosito.”

“Yeah but you know… this isn’t usually how we sleep.”

blushing, would be the word to describe his face. He didn’t want to admit it but he wanted to be the little spoon SO BAD. You couldn’t tease him about it, how could you after he cared for you all day. You’d sit up, patiently wait as he got comfortable before pressing your chest flat against his warm back. Wrapping an arm around his waist and he’d grab your hand, kiss it a few times before embracing your hand like a child with a stuffed animal, pulling you closer to him(if at all possible). Your legs would be intwined under the sheets and he’d rub his feet together like a little cricket. Satisfied and happy as he quickly fell asleep.

You put your hand on his head and gently stroke his silver hair, causing him to let out a moun or two. Did he like what you're doing? Suddenly Hades sought your hand and looked deep into your clear eyes. "Sorry (name). I can't do anything but apologize to you several times for not being able to offer you a nicer realm than that of the underworld." You listen to him while the two of you maintain physical contact with each other. "Helheim is not the place for you to live and rule. This realm is made of death, fear and despair." Despite his alcohol consumption, he tried to kneel upright in front of you, even if you notice that the alcohol doesn't really make it easy for him. "You are full of life and your light of hope gives me the strength to keep going."

You are touched by his words. That the king of the underworld would show himself so open and fragile. Alcohol is truly a miracle drug when you want to find out the true character of a man or God. But it makes you happy to know that Hades has these beautiful thoughts and attitudes towards you. That's why you took both his cheeks in your hands and gave him a quick kiss on his mouth. "Don't worry Hades. No matter what happens..no matter who stands in your way...I...I will protect you! After all, I am the wife and queen of King Hades. I am a strong woman!" Hades flushed his face with joy and shame. "(name) you're going to be the reason I'm throwing all my morals overboard..so you have to take full responsibility for it." And after defeating you in an intense French kissing battle, he breathlessly whispers in your ear that you are responsible for everything that will happen tonight.
