I’m not here to teach (or educate) anything to anyone but only as a reminder about the benefits of nature which, has its own limits. Wilderness cleans our air, filters our water and provides home for human as well as for wildlife. So it is crucial for humanity, which is already to blame, to bring radical changes today before it’s entire extinction tomorrow. That is my only intention here folks. #NorthernBarredOwl
The hoot of a Northern Barred Owl (Canadian Chouette rayée aka la Chouette Folle) has been heard last night. My girlfriend caught the sound with her mobile. Of course no picture or video has been made; It is always pitch dark around here at night. But the sound is great. It was around 2am.
#LooksLikeMeatIsBackOnTheTable
This is the sound that we hear in the valley when the Raven Family, 6 members, finds some meat for lunch.
The original video is bigger, longer and with higher quality but due to the restriction of Tumblr, I have to cut most parts and reduced it to the lowest quality which is 540p. You can still see one of them at 00:46sec mark on the upper screen and 2 others at the right bottom of the screen at 01:06 mark.

Hey, check that out my friend @phphotography1980; this is our lockdown result. You have inspired us with your nice looking technic on how to make good bread. Thanks!

#Anting
Not Sunbathing but Anting.
Blue Jay practicing his favorite activity which is, Anting; get rid of some ectoparasites using ants. I thought the bird was dead !
Apparently many birds have this common activity. Like over 200 species are known to "ant".
