Congratulations on reaching a new milestone! So so proud of you! đ
May i request a little blurb? I came up with my own prompt, I hope that's okay.
Sirius + "Don't make a girl a promise, if you know you can't keep it" đ
Thank you, lovely ^^ I don't mind writing for your own prompt, so don't worry :D Though I hope you don't mind I decided on the place since you didn't add that to your request :) Also, this is probably not what you imagined, but I like to twist things around and I kind of ran away with it :D
Unbroken promise [Sirius Black x Female!Reader]
Published: 1 September 2021 Word count: 0.9k Author: Heloise Daphne Brightmore Prompt: "Don't make a girl a promise, if you know you can't keep it"

One whole hour. 60 minutes. 3600 seconds. That's how long you have been waiting in front of the little muggle restaurant Sirius promised to take you to. But he was nowhere to be found. After all the week-long missions he had to attend, you just wanted to spend some quality time with him. You knew the war was closing in on you and you couldn't be selfish enough to take Sirius away from what could potentially save millions of people, but you needed him too.
A sudden voice calling your name made you jump, awakening you from your thoughts. Looking over your shoulder, you found Remus standing behind you, his face pale, almost grim. As if your heart could process what your brain couldn't just yet, it started raging anxiously.
"What are you doing here, Remus?" You asked, but he didn't answer. Instead he offered his hand to you, waiting for you to take it. A deep frown spread across your brows as you tilted your head, questioning the meaning of his presence, his gesture, his exhausted gaze. Your heart fluttered uneasily, uncertainty settling in the pit of your stomach. You knew something wasn't right. Heaving a heavy sigh, you accepted Remus' gesture and placed your hand in his palm, letting him drag you across the street to a dark alley. Before you could have even objected, he apparated with a strong hold around your hand, not daring to lose you.
Within seconds you found yourself at the Order's headquarter. Your frown grew deeper as you looked around, studying your surroundings. "What are we doing here, Remus?" Without a reply, he simply led you inside the house, pulling you up the stairs, before he halted in front of a black, wooden door. You were tired of the silence, the secrecy, you needed answers, but once Remus opened the door, you wished you didn't ask for them.
The room was barely lit by the dim lamp on the nightstand, but you couldn't have mistaken the person laying across the king-sized bed, his head wrapped in a white bandage, his eyes shut tight as though he was battling against the pain. Your legs led you inside, even before you could have realised.
Taking a seat on the edge of the mattress, you reached for his face to brush away a lock of black, silky hair, damp from sweat and tucked it behind his ear, whilst gently holding his other hand. Your heart thundered under your ribs, your own skin feeling tighter than usual. Seeing the love of your life injured, unsure of his condition made you feel useless. Without realising your own tears, they slowly escaped down your cheeks, leaving a trail of proof of their existence.
"Isâ is he going to be okay?" You asked Remus in a hushed whisper without looking away from Sirius, your voice shaking regardless of trying to sound strong.
"Yes, it's nothing major," he said, earning a simple nod from you, accompanied by a relieved sigh.
Sirius stirred under the heavy duvet, a silent groan leaving his lungs. His lushes fluttered once, twice, before his eyes focused on you and a soft smile spread across his paler than usual face. "Hey," his voice was strained as though he was screaming for hours. His gaze moved to Remus who still stood in the doorway, but once his eyes met Siriusâ, the door shut and Remus' receding footsteps echoed from the corridor.
"I hate you," you whispered weakly, your words more of a plea.
But he understood, his smile unfaltering. "I'm fine," he reached up to your face and cupped your cheek. "I'm alright."
"I still hate you," you repeated, relief-filled tears sliding down your face. "You promised to take me out on a date. A date that would take my breath away," you murmured, unwilling to raise your voice, fearing it was a dream to have him beside you with what seemed to be only a minor injury.
"I did, I'm sorry," he replied with a pained expression.
"You are a liar!" You said as tears continued to roll down your cheeks. "Don't make a girl a promise, if you know you can't keep it," your voice hitched. Sirius attempted to push himself into a seated position, but your hands stopped him, gently forcing him down. "Don't you dare move. You need to rest," though you were meant to be stern, your words were nothing but a plea.
"I didn't mean to break my promise," he shook his head.
"You still did, so I'm going to give you one more chance,â you sniffled, waiting for a reply.
"Anything you want, love," his voice was soft, a gentle smile dancing in the corner of his lips.
"Good, because youâre going to have to promise me a lot,â you pouted as you wiped the remaining tears from the corner of your eyes. âPromise me that you will always come back to me. Promise me that you will live for me. Promise me that the next time we plan to do something together, it won't be Remus coming to get me just to tell me you'reâ that you areâ," you couldn't even finish the sentence.
"I promise you. I promise you I will come back to you. I promise you I'll fight just to see that gorgeous smile of yours again. I promise you I'll come home just to wrap my arms around you, to show you that I'm still here and I don't intend to ever leave you," although they were only words, you believed them. You needed to believe them.
"I still hate you," you whispered as you buried your forehead in the curve of his neck.
"I love you too," he chuckled, pressing a soft kiss on your head.

hello!! thank you for requesting again. this is a part two. i hope you like it. <33

pairing: joshua hong x gn!reader
prompt: a platonic relationship between idol!joshua and idol!reader, part two
genre: fluff
word count: 1k
nia's notes: maybe a little rushed, but i tried my best. thank you again for sending something in. im so sorry that it took so long, school has been a lot lately.

the world tour of your group had finally finished and the next big schedule for your teammates and yourself was the asia music awards, the biggest ceremony for asian artists. with the massive success of the tour and your groupâs album, your team had been invited to the awards show and nominated in multiple categories.
right now, you and your teammates were in the car, waiting to arrive at the venue for the awards. as you moved closer you could hear the sound of fans and the shutter of the camera from the paparazzi. the nerves were creeping up on you but the calming and comforting words from your cousin reminded you and brought serenity to you. a few hours earlier, your cousin, joshua hong, had called and spoken to you about your feeling towards the award show and immediately assured you that things will go amazing, as well as wishing you and your team luck for winning an award.
the car reached a halt and the door slid open, signaling you and your members to walk out and greet the people waiting for you. the fast-paced shutter and the words of the paparazzi asking you and your members to look in their direction welcomed you and your team. the instant screams and cheers of your fans also were present as you walked over to the red carpet. smiling and waving your hands, you bowed down in respect and greeted the people outside. the flashes and the cheers didn't stop even as you and your team headed inside the venue.
as you walked in, you could immediately see your cousin off in the distance talking with his members. you told your teammates that you were going to visit your cousin and walked up to him.
âjoshua,â you called out his name and waved your hand slightly, your other hand holding your dress. he turned around and smiled a big smile and made his way towards you. the other svt members in the background smile too, happy to see joshua reunited with his sister. joshua ran a little and pulled you into a big hug, this action resulting in the cheers of your fans and carats.
the fans were currently in the venue getting seated in the fan aisle. the both of you laughed a bit and walked over to your designated table. it looked like the staff made sure that you and joshua were sitting together. your team on the left table and the svt members on the right table.
the smile never left your face as you talked about your family. "are you nervous?" joshua asked while looking at you, if you didn't know your cousin you wouldn't be able to catch the tint of worry seeping through his tone.
you looked down, the smile still presents on your face. "i am, isn't everyone nervous before such an important event."
"you're right but don't let the nerves get to you. it is not any better than now." joshua's advice helped in regaining the confidence that slowly left your body when you walked inside the venue. a few hours later, the awards ceremony finally started. the hosts entered the stage, and the nerves showed up again.
the category which your team was nominated for was next and the winner was announced in a few minutes. joshua's hand found yours and he squeezed it in encouragement.
"and now the winner of the newly recognized female group is." the anticipation killed you and your teammates, all of you looking at each other. the sound that resonated through the speakers next to you sang with the name of your group.
tears sprung from your eyes and your teammates as you walked over towards the main stage to claim your award. reaching the stage, your team and yourself bowed your body. saying the greeting, you could hear the cheers of your fans. in your farsight, you could see your cousin smiling so brightly, with so much pride in his eyes. the happiness that resonated with him reached you and made you feel even prouder and happier.
each of your members took turns to thank your fans and now it was your turn.
"i want to say thank you from the very bottom of my heart to all the fans that stood by us. i never expected such support and love from all the fans and it feels amazing to receive all of the generosity. words cannot be framed in how much we love you and how appreciative i am to be following my passion with people i can gladly call my family. i also want to thank my cousin."
just mentioning your cousin was enough for more cheers to pop up, in the distance the smile on his face just grew. "thank you joshua for always believing me and making sure that i never wanted to give up in my dreams even when i wanted to."
after collecting your award, you walked over to the table and were immediately brought into a big hug by your brother. congratulations and praises rolled off his tongue. his members came up and congratulated you and your team too.
"let us take you out to dinner sometime," joshua said as he looked at his members, they too looked quite supportive of your cousin's statement.
your team nodded their heads in confirmation, the offer was too good to pass by.
today reminded you how lucky you are to have joshua as your brother, in your opinion joshua was and will always be the best brother in the world, and you were thankful for him every single day.

quiet love â° svt bsk

pairing â boo seungkwan x fem!reader
genre â one-shot, fluff, high school!au
summary â itâs been four years since seungkwan developed his crush. maybe one day his love wouldnât be so hushed.
warning(s) â kissing, pining, supposed one-sided love, written in third personâs view (she/her)
word count â 2.0k words
authorâs note â this fic is finally done and released đ I started this last september and I canât believe I dragged it out into the next year. besides that, seungkwan is so <33 in this fic Iâm BLUSHING at my own writing

Seungkwan was oblivious to the fact that she could feel his stare from the back of her head. She was seated right in front of him, a pen in her hand, neatly scribbling down notes. For years, he had been pining for her silently, thinking up ways to make her swoon over him during the two classes they have together (not that he doesnât anywhere else): English and Mathematics, the two at the end of the âbest to worst subjectâ line. He would often think that it was fate they were in the same classes for these specific subjects, because she was always the best in English while he was somewhere at the bottom, and he was an expert at Maths while she was constantly racking her brains when doing her homework.
And what became the most surprising thing to both their friends was how well they got along. Theyâre attached to the hip every moment of the day when theyâre not in class, almost always teasing each other. Anyone who knew them, when given the chance to, would describe their relationship as âadorableâ. Their interactions are beyond sweet and it was like their friends were watching a really well-filmed romance drama.
But that seemed to be the worst part for Seungkwan, because three months after befriending her, he fell. He fell hard. Theyâd met when they were thirteen and it has been around four years since. He was getting really good at hiding his feelings, but just as he was about to assure himself it would never slip from his mouth, he would be reminded of the times they spent together and throw himself back to square one. He gave up on himself after he realised his efforts were going to waste, deciding to slowly show his affection and love for her. Maybe sheâd realise one day.
It started with the smiles that he would flash to her whenever she asked for his opinion on her outfit, hair, nails or whatever. Then he began getting more intimate with her â she never bothered flinching away or calling him out for the sudden hand-holding or him swinging his arm over her shoulder. He took that as a sign to go on. It escalated to light kisses on the forehead or temple or cheeks. She didnât care one bit.
Seungkwan thought she didnât actually like him despite her not swatting his arm away whenever he initiated the interaction, as she did with everyone else who wanted to hug or hold hands with her. But even though he had doubts about the reciprocated feelings, he still continued showcasing his adoration for her, until she decided to accept or reject his silent pleas. He would never stop unless he heard from her directly that she didnât like it.
The bell started ringing as the teacher wrapped up the lesson, signalling the end of school. The clock at the front of the class read four oâclock, and since he wasnât on class-cleaning duty that day, he packed his things and waited for her by her table. Unlike him, she was making sure her books were packed nicely into her bag and she had kept everything she needed for self-revision at home. Once she was finally done, he rolled his eyes, saying, âAre you done yet? Can we go now?â
She glared up at him from her seat and stood up, thrusting a textbook lightly into his arms. He caught it swiftly, chuckling under his breath as she walked away. He had no trouble catching up to her, an arm wrapping around her waist by habit.
They reached her locker in no less than a minute, and as she opened it up and took her textbook from his grasp, she said, âAre you going to tell me why you were staring daggers into my head during class? Or do I have to bribe you?â He pretended to ponder for a while, earning a flick to the forehead. He mumbled a little ow and trailed behind her as she left first again.
âI was zoning out,â he admitted, slinging his right arm around her shoulders, playing with the tip of her hair.
âI know you werenât. Tell me the truth.â
He tried to hide his smile, but he knew that he was failing and she could see it through her peripheral vision. âIâll tell you tonight, I promise.â He felt her lean into his touch slightly and whisper, âYou better keep that promise.â
ââââââ
Night fell in the blink of an eye and Seungkwan found himself waiting in her favourite park on a bench. He wasnât planning on going anywhere at night, but because of the impromptu promise he made to her earlier in the afternoon, he had to drag himself out of his apartment. He wasnât one to go back on his promises â especially ones he made to her.
Around five minutes had passed since their agreed meeting time and he was starting to worry about her. That was until she came speed-walking towards him with a stick of cotton candy in one hand. He stood up from his seat and slowly made his way towards her, closing the gap between them.
When they were within distance to be able to hear each other better, she said nonchalantly, âSomeone was selling cotton candy on the way here. I couldnât not get some.â Seungkwan wanted to scold her for making him worry, especially since it was nighttime, but he only forced himself to smile and take some cotton candy for himself.
âHey,â she started, frowning playfully, âI didnât say you could have it.â He looked at her with disbelief coating his face while she rolled her eyes and turned her body to start walking away. He caught up to her and swung his arm around her shoulders, like always, grabbing more cotton candy anyway.
They walked together in comfortable silence for a bit, before she spoke up in a soft voice, âDo you remember when we had to walk my cousinâs dog and ended up losing it even though it was huge?â She chuckled at the memory and Seungkwan swore she was going to lean her head on his shoulder.
âYeah, I remember,â he responded fondly. âAnd we spent two hours searching for it just for your cousin to call us to say it already went back home.â He laughed quietly, remembering the exhausted state the two of them were in, as well as the absolute shock on her face upon discovering that her efforts were left in vain.
Seungkwan was left dumbfounded when she actually put her entire headâs (not really, maybe about 80%) weight on his shoulder â even more so when she subconsciously offered him some of her cotton candy by moving the hand holding it in front of him. He hesitantly plucked some and fed himself.
The two of them continued walking in this comfortable (?) position, with her initiating more physical contact than he would have expected. It wasnât that he disliked it â if anything, he loved it! â but this wasnât her usual self. Ah, there he goes again. Worrying about the littlest details ever known to mankind.
âOh, right.â She jolted out of his embrace and stopped walking, turning her entire body so that she was facing him. âYou havenât told me the real reason why you were staring at me during class.â The smile on her face was so sweet, Seungkwan almost admitted his feelings to her right then and there.
But it wasnât the right time. He wanted everything to be perfect before he confessed his undying love to her â the setting couldnât be in a park, for Godâs sake. And she couldnât be holding half-eaten cotton candy on a stick, while he stood before her in an oversized sweater and jeans. She always seemed to be the more properly-dressed one.
Seungkwan looked nervous as he gazed at her, palms starting to get clammy. He couldnât think straight as he silently admired the beauty right in front of him.
âYouâre not usually like this,â she said, and his mouth went dry. He hadnât planned a confession yet, and he was worried that he would say something embarrassing and have her reject him on the spot. She noticed him gulp and reached for his hand, caressing it slowly. âYou know you can tell me anything.â
But not this, he thought to himself, relishing in the sensation of her hand on his. Why was it so hard just to say âI love youâ? Heâd thought about it so many times, but when he actually had to say it, the words simply did not want to come out.
Itâs not the right place. Itâs not the right time. Itâs not the rightâ
Seungkwan, against his better judgement, suddenly pulled her against him, hugging her close as he took in the smell of her shampoo. Her eyes widened in shock as she processed what was going on, her hand holding the cotton candy stick awkwardly sticking out behind his back, but relaxed soon after and leaned against him a little. This hug could have been like any other hug they had, but this one felt different. The feeling it gave the both of them was different.
What was this feeling? Why was it so strong? And why did it feel so right?
âI love you,â he mumbled (at last) into her hair, closing his eyes to gather more courage to continue, âso much. Ever since we were thirteen and immature, pranking our friends every moment we got to. You were so brave whenever we had to get an injection, while I was always afraid of the needle and the pain. You could help me with almost every subject but I could only help you with Maths. You knew the right words to say whenever I couldnât take it anymore, but all I gave you was a hug and sweet nothings. I donât deserve you, but I want you so much.â
The silence that followed was comfortable, yet scary. The longer it lasted, the more afraid Seungkwan got. Was she not responding because she felt bad rejecting him, or she just didnât know what to say to accept his confession, or she was too shocked to even react?
âFriends donât casually kiss each other on the forehead, as far as I know.â
A weight he didnât know had been there was lifted off his chest at her response. He felt her head move slightly, no doubt to allow her to continue easily, âWe havenât been just friends for quite some time. I donât know if you knew, but that fine line has been pretty blurry for the past few months.â
She pushed him off lightly, gazing up into his chocolate-coloured irises. They were shining as bright as the night sky and were filled with utmost joy at the revelation. She could really kiss him right now.
Seungkwan grabbed her free hand, his hand easily swallowing hers whole. âI didnât plan for this to happen in a park, of all places, but now that weâre here âŠâ he trailed off, pulling her closer and locking his lips onto hers.
He felt as though heâd reached heaven early, from the way her lips fit onto his so perfectly â like two puzzle pieces coming together. She moved at the same pace as he did: slow yet passionate, pouring all her feelings into the kiss. Her hand found its way to the back of his head, where it attempted to bring him impossibly closer.
A minuteâs long kiss would have been longer, if it werenât for the fact that they were breathless and in a public area. Seungkwan leaned his forehead against hers and they laughed softly. He couldnât believe heâd just kissed his crush and best friend of four years.
âI love you, Seungkwan,â she confessed, pecking the corner of his mouth, where a smile began to form at her honey-like tone. âI have been for some time. I donât know how you didnât notice.â
He was too busy pining for her silently.
