Jeonghan

jeonghan would just be standing idly when he gets bumped by you

you stuttered an apology, showing him your shaking hands and panicked eyes

you flinch as you find the stalker that's been following you for the past 20 minutes

he notices this and goes in in front of you blocking your sight from the person

you look up at him tears brimming in your eyes

he steels his gaze and turns back to the man approaching you both, jeonghan hiding you behind him in case anything happened

the man backs off seeing that jeonghan wouldn't back down, and left

jeonghan takes you to the side of the path as you calmed down

you thank him for his help and he gives you a warm welcome

he would even give you a pat on the head when he's assured that you'd be safe by yourself.

Joshua

you're a foreigner who had the lucky chance to come to Korea for vacation

unfortunately, you couldn't speak the language save for a few casually used phrase and sentences

so being confronted by a person who you didn't know, in a country that didn't speak english was very intimidating

he kept saying stuff that you didn't understand, even though you poorly communicated to him that you didn't understand anything he was saying

it had gotten to the point that he was basically harassing you, as he grabbed your wrist and pulled you away from the cafe

fortunately for you, a tall gentleman that wore the worker uniform came to your rescue

they exchanged words before the man glared at the both of you and went of the establishment bitterly

"oh thank you so much. i thought i was gonna have a panic attack," you said relieved with a hand over your heart

"you're welcome. you should be more careful though. those groups take advantage of foreigners. next time don't entertain them, just walk away immediately," he politely advised, "i'm joshua, by the way, and i believe this is yours? (y/n)?"

you blushed at how prettily he said your name and responded, "yes that me. thank you again so much for your help."

he smiled and nodded as the both of you exchanged your goodbyes

with your beverage in your hand and a cute boy helping you, you couldn't help but blush at this wonderful vacation event in your life

You and Joshua needed a vacation desperately and he couldn’t agree more. The months before the public holidays always get busy for the both of you in your respective field of work. So, this announcement was a pleasant surprise on your part, courtesy of your boyfriend.

He’s lying down on the beach chair, the light wind and the Nipa Hut’s shade a balm to your sun kissed skin. After taking your own photos, you wanted nothing more than to just be with him. If you could attach yourself to him, you would. You know you’re usually not like this. But the rarity of spending time together when you’ve both been so preoccupied prompts the thought.
