Btw after a reread, i can't stress enough how good Sakamoto Days is... i just love it so much.

All the characters and what drives them are so dear to my heart, and i like a lot the direction the mcs seem to be taking in these last chapters (dismantle the system? Fuck yeah)

Also it's probably the first manga i've ever read that has me actually invested in the fights- i hardly ever read shonen because fights usually bore me, but these? MAN, I WAS EXCITED. art museum arc had me completely blown out and so so excited for every fight (NAGUMO VS GAKU HELLO I DIDN'T BREATHE READING IT)

Tbh to me, from volume 7 onwards it's such a masterpiece- i feel like the plot really took off from there (even if maybe the light/slice of life-ish chapters we used to see more of before suffered from it, but heh, can't have everything)

The only complaint I have is Lu :/ they completely sidelined her! I've been waiting for her to be relevant again for sooo long, and still nothing! When will they do my girl justice? She was so important in the earliest volumes, but now she's basically a background character, i really hate it. I need her to be back soon...
