mohammed al-shawish is a father trying to save his family from the devastating effects of war in gaza. he’s doing everything he can to protect his pregnant wife, touhfa, who is in critical condition, and their three young children—suhail, jowan, and azad. their home was destroyed, forcing them to live in a tent after being displaced multiple times. he has lost his family’s shop, his home, and even his father, who passed away after being unable to receive medical care.

touhfa’s pregnancy is now life-threatening due to stress, poor nutrition, and the constant moving. her cervix has begun dilating early, putting her at serious risk of miscarriage or premature labor. along with this, she suffers from poor iron levels, and an allergy covering her body with no available treatment. even the children have developed skin conditions. i have spoken to him personally and he is extremely worried for the wellbeing of his wife and unborn baby.

mohammed is asking for donations to get his family out of gaza to somewhere safe. while exits from gaza are currently closed, your donations will still help cover critical expenses like medical care, food, and basic necessities, all of which are extremely costly right now. once the borders reopen, these donations will also be crucial in helping the family flee to safety. your support can make a difference in their lives during this difficult time. his campaign has been vetted by @gazavetters
