Should I write a SM fic that follows the outline of a 20 year old British comedy? (I swear it'll be cooler than I'm making it sound)

I can't speak for everyone, but the reason I have a problem with that line is because, like with reducing Stella to being so one-dimensional, Viv is trying to have her cake and eat it too by trying to make the viewers see the characters (in this case Ozzie and Val) in black and white despite the inherent moral greyness of a show about the interpersonal relationships of a bunch of hellish hitmen.

And the biggest spit in the face is that one of the few things we know about Val is that he has a very toxic relationship with Vox, which already gives an, at least understandable, reason for the audience to see him as worse than Ozzie, so the random consent line is not only out of place in the seen and almost insulting, but also unneeded.

I really do like the show, but these little moments just really set me off.

Helluva Boss haters on Twitter are complaining that Ozzie is NOT a rapist…I wish I was lying.
