I know the data books are pretty messed up but like. Some of the stuff in there is just so funnily wrong. “Find Itachi and settle the score swiftly. For this sole purpose, Uchiha Sasuke selects three shinobi. Hoshigaki Kisame, the child prodigy of kirigakure. Karin, the female member with her prominent sensory skills...” etc etc Pretty sure Kisame wasn’t hunting Itachi down alongside Sasuke,,,

5. Do you respond to comments, why/why not?

Sometimes. I love reading comments, but I get nervous replying to them. So sometimes I just don't unless it's a question. It really just depends on my mood.

6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

I don't really do angsty endings all that often. If I had to pick one, though, I guess it would be Parenting101. (Though that was more bittersweet than angsty)

7. Do you write crossovers? If so, what is the craziest one you’ve written?

I don't think I've ever published any, but I've written quite a few for personal enjoyment. The strangest was probably a Digimon x Naruto crossover I did where Sasuke got the crest of endurance.

8. Have you received hate on a fic?

Yep. It sucks, but it's a natural part of writing.

9. Do you write smut?

Nope.

10. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not as far as I'm aware.

11. Ever had a fic translated?

Nope.

12. Ever co-written a fic before?

No.

13. All-time favourite ship?

I'd have to go with either Kisame x Itachi from Naruto or Cherry x Joe from Sk8 the Infinity.

14. What’s a WIP you want to finish, but don’t think you ever will?

I have a Sasuke and Itachi focused Naruto x The Promised Neverland WIP that I've been working on for months now. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to finish planning it, let alone write it. The worlds just have so many layers that need to be considered. Fitting the lore together is so tricky.

15. What are your writing strengths?

I like to think my fighting scenes and internal dialogue are pretty well done. I'm not sure, though.

16. What are your writing weaknesses?

Sticking to plot points. I get distracted and go off on a new idea way too easily. It's something I'm trying to work on.

17. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages?

I'm pretty neutral on it. I enjoy seeing it as a reader, but I've never done it as a writer. It definitely seems to help clarify that it's in a different language. Explaining it in the text surrounding the dialogue seems a lot tricker.

18. First fandom you wrote for?

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. That was back in 2017, I think.

19. Favorite fic you’ve ever written?

Either In The Dancing Of Fire, In the Curve Of Old Bones or Guppies.

I started The Untamed and??? I’m crying???

I’m on spring break right now and the best part of it has been getting to read a new chapter of “In The Dancing Of Fire, In The Curve Of Old Bones” each day. Tobirama and Itachi are probably my two favourite Naruto characters and getting to see them together is great.

The whole thing kind of makes me think of those two KC Green comics with the dog in the burning house? Like all of the other characters are the dog in the first one like “this is fine” as all of these horrific things are happening

And then Tobirama shows up and is like the dog in the second comic like “No!!!! Oh my god!!!! This is not fine!!”

I live for Itachi (and Sasuke too) finally getting actual help from an adult who has their well-being in mind and doesn’t have some kind of ulterior motive. And also for Tobirama realizing what Danzo has done and just being like “go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200 or any more children for your child soldier program.” Love that he didn’t even hesitate or be like “well we have to make a case first”. It was just. Immediate. Love to see it.

I really hope that Tobirama can get Itachi out of the Akatsuki and back into Konoha soon (and also maybe into some therapy while he’s at it). Also hope that we get to see what happened to Naruto after he left the library soon as well!

Anyway I probably sound deranged but every time I get a notification that you posted another chapter I go “YES! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Out loud. This is like my favourite Naruto fic right now. Thank you!!!!

This makes me so unbelievably happy to hear. I have the same reaction when the fanfics I read update so it makes me so excited to hear that someone has the same reaction to one of my stories. I'm very glad you're enjoying the story so far!

The burning house meme is 100% Konoha 10 for 10 and Tobirama is not having it ghdufgndg. Danzo has done more than enough and there's no way he's getting time to send orders out before he's carted away. Tobirama could probably write a book titled "The Failings of a Pathetic Leader" to sell based solely on Danzo's screw ups. As for Itachi and Sasuke, I completely agree. I live for them getting the adult support they need! They deserve so much love and support that they never got. Same thing for Naruto, Neji, Hinata, and so many others. Like damn, their village truly screwed up in so many aspects. And thank you for taking the time to read!

Note to self: Do not mention the moon phase or you will have to spend 20 minutes digging through the story to figure out how many nights have passed so you can accurately describe the sky’s lighting

Or at least keep track of the day count. It will help immensely. 

People should really stop entrusting their children to Hiruzen. Not sure why Itachi or Minato thought that was a good idea, really. I feel like he should have been, like, an absolute last resort. I know there wasn’t exactly an array of options but sometimes I wonder if even mind-fucked teenage Kakashi would have been a better choice.
