What’s up with me posting Art all of a sudden???

ASTER: THE FALLEN CHAMPION

This is Aster. He’s the Red from my own Blue Tears AU. I’ve never actually drawn him before, he’s just kinda lingered in my mind for two or so years—so this is the first pass of his design! Aster is a free-roaming spirit that, while missing his own tangible body, uses his new ghostly form to try and spread a little joy. Leaving nice messages and gifts of flowers for those he thinks need a reason to smile.

I’ve been wanting to draw him like this ever since I first saw him smile, but my will to draw eluded me until now! This started off as a doodle, so, please excuse the messiness. I drew this to de-stress.

Personality: Kind and gentle when not tired, but when tired she is sick of your shit and of her job. Sadly she has insomnia and a bit of a midlife crisis going on. So…don’t piss her off.

Appearance

She is 5 ft 11 in, 195 lbs. She has dark brown fur, with lighter creamish colored hair, chest fluff and arms. She doesn’t wear gloves, and wears boots.

Powers: 500+ IQ and adaptive learning. She is a master of all things space, and may or may not have multiple weapons that can create mini stars and black holes. She also has a mouth that she has honed over her long life. Even Immortale is afraid to make her angry, lest he get a mean talking down to.

“Listen here you little shit, I spend ALL of my time working out the multiversal kinks in this nightmare of a LMQ you have, and you’ve got the audacity to say that I am ‘Doing it wrong’. If I quit, you’d all be fucked! So shut up and let me work!”

Abridged Biography: 

Born on July 5th, 1980, Bessel was born into a failing marriage, her mother left after she was born. Her father raised her, and tried doing the best he could by himself. He got her into Astrophysics and started teaching her all about space and the stars. She was quickly becoming far smarter than she should. By age 10 she graduated College with a doctorate in Astrophysics. She didn’t get a lot of dates, due to her being far smarter than everyone else, and she had a hard time sleeping.

Over the years, she found a good friend, Dr Ivo Robotnik. In this timeline she turned him good, and with him started developing more and more advanced technology. Sadly, Robotnik would pass away at the age of 31 from cardiac arrest, and at that point her insomnia got worse.

She would get a job with Wraith Immortale as the lead scientist for the Local Multiverse Quadrant, keeping the universes from colliding, and forming celestial bodies between said universes. She can often be seen with a stained mug of coffee, with bags under her eyes and wearing a labcoat. She still loves her job, and for her friends she is still a nice person to be around, just don’t expect her to be all that willing to talk at the moment, unless it’s about something she is studying at the moment, then she’ll talk constantly.
