God i hate it when people act so entitled of these kinds of things. Like Gem said, this fic isn't behind a fuckin paywall or anything maybe i would've sorta understanded where you were coming from if that was the case, but that isn't. And even if it's a 'joke', it's just not funny. At best it's extremely passive aggressive and at worst, It's a straight up death threat.

Folks, I don’t know if this was supposed to be a joke or not, but please don’t do this. It’s not funny, it’s not motivating, and it’s not something I want to have to see. There are much better ways than mild death threats to cheer on a series you like.

I’ve been on and off hiatus and updating slowly because it’s what I need. I have a lot of stuff to do other than writing fanfic, and I don’t feel bad for taking my time to write. Jesting or not, with everything I have going on in life right now, this kind of stuff is the last thing I need.

Please don’t act entitled.

Agent 32 headcannon: 4 started to notice that 8 was uncomfortable when speaking inkling for a long time or when they tried speaking octarian but nobody understood them. So 4 asks Callie, who learned octarian while she was kidnapped, to teach her in secret and after a few weeks of practice. Maybe on a special day like 8's birthday or something, 4 woke 8 up with breakfast while speaking in semi decent octarian. 8 was ecstatic about it and further helped 4 learn it and didn't stop telling 4 how much it meant to her.

They both switch between speaking inkling and octarian, though if 8 gets upset or stressed 4 will comfort her in octarian no matter what.
