For some reason im totally chill with Rey Palpatine. It makes absolutely zero sense yet i love that Rey, with her stabby lightsaber method, banshee screaming during fights, attack-first way (unjedi-like really), is def that bastard's grandkid.

Its kinda like the Leia "governer Tarkin, i thought i smelled your foul stench when i was brought onboard" to Anakin's "general Grievous, you're shorter than i expected." Dumbasses that dont know when to shut up, love them.

Basically the Palpatine legacy is being a screaming edgy thot and the Skywalker legacy is being a sassy dumbass bastard.

reblog if you think ghoulia is a main character. crawl into a hole if you don’t.

As someone with autism I also agree with, this like I wanted non-verbal Ghloulia and I did seen myself and her and wanted that positive representation

Can I ask why people assumed Ghoulia would be nonverbal in the movie?

While I agree that it's jarring that she speaks English, she always did speak, just in a completely different language that the audience didn't understand.

The weirdest guy I ever met in a church was this boy who referred to “Buzz Aldrin and his husband” going to the moon. I was completely baffled, and when I asked if he’d misspoken, he got really angry and accused me of being deliberately ignorant of the facts. It turned out that he was somehow comvinced that Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong were married. It took five Wikipedia articles to convince him otherwise.

Ice Age Children Frolicked In 'giant Sloth Puddles' 11,000 Years Ago, Footprints Reveal

More than 11,000 years ago, young children trekking with their families through what is now White Sands National Park in New Mexico discovered the stuff of childhood dreams: muddy puddles made from the footprints of a giant ground sloth.

Few things are more enticing to a youngster than a muddy puddle. The children — likely four in all — raced and splashed through the soppy sloth trackway, leaving their own footprints stamped in the playa — a dried up lake bed. Those footprints were preserved over millennia, leaving evidence of this prehistoric caper, new research finds.

Ice Age Children Frolicked In 'giant Sloth Puddles' 11,000 Years Ago, Footprints Reveal

The finding shows that children living in North America during the Pleistocene epoch (2.6 million to 11,700 years ago) liked a good splash. “All kids like to play with muddy puddles, which is essentially what it is,” Matthew Bennett, a professor of environmental and geographical sciences at Bournemouth University in the U.K. who is studying the trackway, told Live Science.
