Just want to make a quick post about autism and empathy, as I've seen some responses in regards to the EQ test post.
The EQ test isn't that great. It's very narrow scoped. It doesn't take in the many nuances of empathy.
That said:
High empathy autistics exist, and this is okay! We need to acknowledge them.
Low empathy autistics also exist. And it is okay! We need to acknowledge them.
No empathy autistics exist, and it is okay! We need to acknowledge them!
Assuming all autistics are low or no empathy is bad.
But also ignoring that they do exist is equally bad.

(also, 2 more things: 1: if that photo has multiple fictional characters, all of the fictional characters in that photo will be your roommates. 2: for characters that can only live in certain conditions, those conditions will be ignored, and they’ll still be able to live.)
