I believe at first Shouta would be cold. He would be distant, doing the bare minimum to talk to you, some person Hizashi set him up on a date with. At first, he would answer with one word questions. At first he wouldn’t care what you thought. You asked him what his favourite colour was, such a basic question. He new attack strategies, hero reports. He remembered almost everything about his student and yet this question stumped him. He went over the colours in his head, each seeming to dark, too moody, comfortable but not his favourite. He pauses when he thinks of yellow.

“I like yellow”

I believe Shota’s favourite colour is yellow. Not black, dark blue, purple or any others. But yellow. He soon purchases his sleeping bag, in his favourite colour.

Now I’m thinking abt how when he was younger he probably might’ve thought he was doing good in the world, playing pretend and imagining he was a knight, or a king, or a dragon. We seem to forget that he was a kid too once. Brb gonna go draw child Shiggy in a cardboard dragon costume.
